Abstract

To ensure imports, or organizations must comply with regulations by the Department of Immigration and External Border Protection of the State and customs. This study aims to determine the effect of administrative completeness and importer category on Dwelling Time at PT. The Indo Maritime Prosperity Award in Medan Belawan. The results showed that the t-test on administrative completeness had a negative effect on residence time. In this regard, the exporter is not careful in issuing commercial invoices and packing lists as filling in the PIB by PT AIMS. The import category based on the t-test has an effect or is in the direction of residence time. In this regard, the OSS application made by the government as a registration requirement in the issuance of API, NIK, NPWP related to the importer category has not been well integrated. The general importer category can only have one API-U for each imported item. The requirements for tax rates for the import category are limited, high tariffs make companies (customers) delay payment of import taxes to the state treasury. In the single agent importer category, quota restrictions for imports of factory-produced goods abroad are an obstacle because goods that are almost at the port due to the new enactment of this regulation make imported goods enter the customs inspection lane because they exceed the quota for imported goods. In the determination test, administrative completeness and importer category only affected 20.2% of residence time and the remaining 79.8% of other factors not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the recruitment system, job ability, and employee training affect employee performance at the Deli Serdang Regency's Regional Revenue Agency. The sample size in this study was 53 employees, and the sampling method was simple random sampling using the Slovin algorithm. Interviews and the distribution of study questionnaires to personnel of the Regional Revenue Agency of Deli Serdang Regency provided the research data. Multiple linear regression analysis was utilized to analyze the data. The findings of this study show that the recruitment system has a small but beneficial impact on employee performance. Then, work ability has a favorable and significant effect on employee performance, and finally, employee training has a positive but negligible effect on the performance of the Deli Serdang Regency's Regional Revenue Agency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) hubungan karakteristik individu dengan pengembangan karier; (2) hubungan disiplin kerja dengan pengembangan karier dan (3) hubungan karakteristik individu dan disiplin kerja dengan pengembangan karier. Subjek penelitian adalah pegawai PT. Telkom Medan dengan sampel sebanyak 260 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan proportionate stratified random sampling. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang suatu gejala pada penelitian. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan: (1) terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara karakteristik individu dengan pengembangan karier sebesar ry1.2 = 0,268 > rtabel = 0,138 dan thitung = 5,869 > ttabel = 1, 645; (2) terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara disiplin kerja dengan pengembangan karier sebesar ry2.1 = 0,292 > rtabel = 0,138 dan thitung = 6,612 > ttabel = 1,645 dan (3) terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara karakteristik individu dan disiplin kerja dengan pengembangan karier sebesar Ry(12) = 0,402 > rtabel = 0,138 dan Fhitung = 16,205 > Ftabel = 2,65. Hasil penelitian diperoleh karakteristik individu dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan sebesar 16,2% terhadap pengembangan karier, dan sisanya ditentukan keadaan lain.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between organizational commitment and the quality of human resources on employee performance, using descriptive and quantitative methods. The sample used is as many as 99 respondents, namely employees of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Regional Revenue Agency of Deli Serdang Regency. The results obtained are organizational commitment and the quality of human resources affect the performance of regional revenue agency employees of Deli Serdang Regency as shown from the results of multiple regression Y = 12.090 + 0.223X1 + 0.482X2 + e. With the results of the partial test (t test) of organizational commitment with a value of tcount = 1.921>1.66 and the results of the partial test (t-test) for the quality of human resources, namely tcount = 4.480>1.66, this indicates that organizational commitment and quality of resources Human resources have a positive effect on the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of Deli Serdang Regency. For the F test results obtained Fcount>Ftable (62,701>3,091). The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.566, which means that organizational commitment and the quality of human resources are able to improve the performance of employees of the regional revenue agency of Deli Serdang Regency, by 56.6% and the remaining 43.4% is explained by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee performance at PT. Socfin Medan Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research, namely research that aims to determine the variable X (Independent) against variable Y (dependent). The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan, totaling 190 employees from several divisions. The sampling in this study used random sampling with the Slovin technique with an error rate of 10% as many as 63 respondents. The techniques used to collect data in this study were documentation studies, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis, Classical Assumption Test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. From the results of this study, it was found that the t-test of the X1 variable against Y obtained tcount (2.225) > t table 1.670 with a significant level of 0.030 < 0.50. The t-test of the X2 variable against Y obtained t count 1.680 > t table 1.670 with a significant level of 0.048 <0.05, F test obtained 30.499 > 3.150, the value of 30.499 is greater than 3,150 tcount is greater than t table. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.504. This means that 50.4% of the variation in employee performance variables (Y) is influenced by the two independent variables, namely financial compensation (X1) and non-financial compensation (X2). So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on financial compensation. and Non-Financial Compensation on employee performance at PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) hubungan gaya kepemimpinan dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Deli Serdang; (2) hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Deli Serdang dan (3) hubungan gaya kepemimpinan dan kecerdasan emosional dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Subjek penelitian adalah pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Deli Serdang dengan jumlah sampel 90 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan propotional random sampling. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang suatu gejala pada penelitian. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan: (1) terdapat hubungan berarti gaya kepemimpinan dengan kepuasan kerja sebesar ry1.2 = 0,309 > rtabel = 0,266 dan thitung = 3,261 > ttabel = 1,67; (2) terdapat hubungan berarti kecerdasan emosional dengan kepuasan kerja sebesar ry2.1 = 0,432 > rtabel = 0,266 dan thitung = 5,530 > ttabel = 1,67 dan (3) terdapat hubungan berarti gaya kepemimpinan dan kecerdasan emosional dengan kepuasan kerja sebesar Ry(12) = 0,602 > rtabel = 0,266 dan Fhitung = 10,034 > Ftabel = 2,65. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan kecerdasan emosional secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan sebesar 36,2% terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Deli Serdang, dan sisanya ditentukan keadaan lain. Dengan demikian gaya kepemimpinan dan kecerdasan emosional mempengaruhi peningkatan kepuasan kerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between price and promotion on buying interest. In this study, the authors use descriptive and quantitative analysis with a sample of 100 consumers who shop for Uniqlo Jeans at Deli Park Mall Medan. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to Uniqlo Jeans consumers in Deli Park Medan. The results showed that price and promotion had an influence on buying interest in Uniqlo Jeans at Deli Park Mall Medan as indicated by the results of multiple regression Y = 7,733+ 0,420X1 + 0,375X2 + e. In the results of the partial test (t test) of price on buying interest, the value of tcount = 4.133>1.66 and the value of the partial test (t-test) of promotion obtained a value of tcount = 4.083>1.66, this shows that partially price and promotion have an effect positive and significant on buying interest in Uniqlo Jeans at Deli Park Mall Medan, besides the F test results obtained Fcount>Ftable (98,767>3,090) with a probability level (0.01<0.05). The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.671 means that price and promotion can increase buying interest in Uniqlo Jeans at Deli Park Mall Medan by 67,1% and the remaining 32,9% is explained by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

Based on the results of the research with the t test, it is known that the tcount value of the variable number of products (X1) is 9.259 which is compared to ttable of 1.69092 which means 9.259 > 1.69092 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the variable number of products has a significant (significant) effect) with distribution variables. In addition, the results of the research using the t-test showed that the t-count value of the purchasing pattern variable (X2) was 2.467 which was compared to t-table 1.69092 meaning 2.467 > 1.69092 so that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that the Purchasing Pattern variable had a significant effect (Significant). ) with distribution variables. Furthermore, the results of the research with the f test, it is known that the value of fcount = 4.389 which is compared with ftable of 3.26 means fcount > ftable (4,389 > 3,26) so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that the variable number of products and purchasing patterns together positive and significant effect on the distribution of UPVC door products at PT. Smart Techtex Medan. Based on the determination test, it is known that the percentage of the effect of the number of products (X1) and Purchase Pattern (X2) on the distribution (Y) is 0.823 or 82.3% while the remaining 17.7% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

 An electronic toll card (e-toll) is an electronic card used to pay toll road entrance fees in some parts of Indonesia. E-toll card users only need to paste the card to pay tolls in 4 seconds, faster than paying in cash which takes 7 seconds. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the electronic toll (e-toll) card and determine the constraints on the effectiveness of the electronic toll (e-toll) card at PT. Jasa Marga Tbk. Belmera Branch. The research method used is qualitative research. The result of this research is the effectiveness of the electronic toll card at PT. Jasa Marga Tbk. The Belmera branch has been effective as having a good understanding of the electronic toll card program, in implementing the electronic toll card program it has been right on target in accordance with its target, namely the implementation of cashless and has provided time efficiency that makes it easier for the public to access toll roads in the range of 1-5 seconds, although not 100% but it is very good where people have transacted using electronic toll cards in accessing toll roads in Medan City, it has provided real changes in the form of no queues of congestion at exit gates, for companies the HR burden is reduced and more efficient in operation, for people are getting used and educated in the application of cashless, it is easier to detect the details of people's transactions, and is more time efficient.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap motivasi berprestasi; (2) pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap komitmen afektif dan (3) pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap komitmen afektif. Subjek penelitian adalah pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Medan dengan jumlah sampel 117 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan proportionate simple random sampling. Metode penelitian bersifat analisis jalur bertujuan untuk menguji teori dan memperoleh informasi tentang penelitian. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung iklim kerja dengan motivasi berprestasi dinyatakan dengan thitung ρ21 > ttabel α=5% (5,685 > 1,645); (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung iklim kerja dengan komitmen afektif dinyatakan dengan thitung ρy1 > ttabel α=5% (2,873 > 1,645) dan (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung motivasi berprestasi terhadap komitmen afektif dinyatakan dengan thitung ρy2 > ttabel α=5% (2,357 > 1,645). Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran tentang iklim kerja dan motivasi berprestasi mempengaruhi komitmen afektif sebesar 35,4% dan sisanya ditentukan keadaan lain.
