Abstract

Coastal development strategy of Liang Village as tourism object area hasnot been implemented properly, where the role of government is very dominantcompared to the community and the absence of an ideal concept resulted in manyproblems that arise. This study aims to determine the strategies implemented byLocal Government with the community in developing coastal village of Liang astourism object area. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach usingobservation process along with interview where the subject of research is Head ofTourism Product and Business Department of Tourism and Creative Economy ofMaluku Province, Head of Liang Village, Community of Traders at Liang VillageBeach. The research instrument is self-researcher and to test and check the validityof data used used source triangulation technique.The results of this study provide an illustration that the supporting factorsin the development of coastal Liang Village is to have the potential of touristattraction or tourism object in the form of coastal areas are quite wide and long,the public support for tourism development and the government's concern intourism development. Inhibiting factors are land ownership status which resultedin the development process of coastal areas is limited, public awareness is notgood about the tourism awareness and charm, the limited facilities andinfrastructure of tourism, and limited funds available in the development ofcoastal areas as the object of coastal tourism. Strategy that must be developed isformulation strategy by making scale development priority that is making productmarketing and implementation strategy by applying of management function thatis institutional strengthening.

Abstract

The aims of the research were to anayze marketing performance of processing industry of earthenware vessels and to find out whether product,business,and theeffectiveness of distribution channel strategies have influence on the increase ofmarketing performance.The populations were the owners of processing businessof earthenware vessels in Pattalassang district of takalar Regency consisting120industries.The sample consisted of 57 industries selected using simple randomsampling method based on Rao formulae.The data were obtained in two step,i.e.library study and questionnaire.The measurement of variables used LIKERTScale which indicated the level of respondents agreement with a score raging from1 to 5 (really agre,agree,quite agree,not agree,really not agree).The datewereanalyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The results of inferentialanalysis indicate that the variables of product(X1),business(X2),and theeffectiveness of distribution channel(X3) strategies have positive and significantinfluence on marketing performance either simultaneously or partially.Theobtained regression equation is y =1.115 + 0.525x1 +0.237x2 + 0.025x3.

Abstract

The success of the competent hospitality is very dependent on how the hotelcan provide satisfaction to customers through the creation of quality services.Many companies have gained success because of applying the principles ofquality management. Total Quality Services (TQS) the principles of qualitymanagement services that can be used as strategic tools for the hospitality in orderto improve the quality of services. TQS application in order to obtain success,hospitality should be able to identify the constraints that exist.This study aimed to determine the potential constraints in theimplementation of TQS in hospitality. The study also examined potentialdifferences in the application of the constraints TQS between star hotels inAmbon. The instrument used in this study is a research instrument used inprevious research by Ngai and Cheng. Respondents are managers and supervisorswithin the scope of hospitality in Ambon.From the research results can be seen that out of the 17 indicators used inthis study there are four indicators expressed not as a potential obstacle to theapplication of TQS hotels in the city of Ambon. For an indicator to-1 that is aboutcultural change (variable labor and culture), the indicator for-5 on the knowledgeand understanding of the quality management system, the indicator for-7 ontraining and education quality, and indicators for-9 on the development of qualitymeasurement, The third indicator is part of the variable infrastructure factors.There are differences in potential constraints faced by each hotel in the city ofAmbon. In the first five-star hotel there are 15 potential obstacle is encountered,the 2-star hotel are 5 known obstacles, this 3-star hotel is only one obstacle courseand for the 4 and 5 star hotels do not have a potential obstacle to implementingTQS.

Abstract

Financial Performance is a picture of the financial condition of a company.The purpose of this research is to assess the performance of the company by usingthe financial ratio analysis of Citibank N.A., Indonesia Branch. This researchconducted by performing the documentation technique with data which obtainedfrom financial statements Citibank N.A., Indonesia Branch ( 2011 – 2015) .Then is analyzed by using the analysis of financial statements whichconsist of Capital ratio, Earning Asset Quality, Management, Profitability andLiquidity (CAMEL). The analysis performed resulted in less ratio ratio onearning asset quality (RORA) and management (NPM) ratio, since the result ofthe value obtained did not meet the standard of bank soundness. Therefore, thereneeds to be more analysis for lending and control of costs. While the results of theratio of good ratio on capital ratios (CAR), rentability (ROA and BOPO) andliquidity (LDR).

Abstract

The role of an organization or institution must have a reliable quality ofhuman resources in playing its role to move the organization or institution in thecontext of development, of course the main impact of that role is the resultingperformance. In the form of performance as one of the goals in exploring thevarious skills or abilities possessed to be able to run a wheel organization eitherindividual or institution. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze theeffect of job stress, job description, job satisfaction on employee performance.The research method used is survey and explanatory research method to analyzethe relationship between variables studied. Analytical test tool used in thisresearch is using multiple regression analysis.The hypothesis was tested by using F test, and t test, the result showed that(1) job stress significantly or significantly affect the performance of State CivilApparatus; (2) job description significantly or significantly affect the performanceof the State Civil Apparatus; (4) job stress, job description, and satisfactiontogether (simultaneously) have real or significant effect on the performance ofcivil servant apparatus employees. There are several implications that can besuggested in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Tax Awareness, Sunset Policy,Tax Sanctions and Tax Amnesty Against Taxpayer Compliance. Population inthis research is Waji Personal Tax registered in KPP Pratama Ambon.Sampling was done by simple random sampling method. The data in thisstudy were obtained from the questionnaire (primary) with a sample of 100respondents. This study uses data quality analysis and classical assumptions andhypothesis testing.Result of research proves that, awareness of taxation have positive andsignificant effect to taxpayer compliance of individual that is shown with value oft count equal to 2,036 and significant value equal to 0,044, tax sanction havepositive and significant effect to taxpayer compliance of individual tax which isindicated by t value equal to 3,032 and the significant value of 0.003 and taxamnesty have a positive and significant effect on the taxpayer compliance of theindividual indicated by the value of t arithmetic of 2531 and the significant valueof 0.013. While sunset policy does not affect the taxpayer compliance ofindividuals who are shown with the value of t arithmetic of 0.971 and significantvalue of 0.334.

Abstract

The Effect Of Transsactional Leadership style, Performance Allowance,Work Discipline on Employees, Performance at the Office of Martyrdom andPort Authority Class 1 Ambon, This study under the title aimed at examining theeffect of leadership style, performance Allowance, Work Discipline onEmployees, Performance, at the Office of Martyrdom and Port Authority ClassI Ambon aimed at examining the effect of leadership style, performanceallowances and wok discipline on employees’ performance. The population inthis study was the whole employees at the office of Martyrdom and portAuthority Class I Ambon, while the samples take as unit analysis of testing were102 employess. The technique of data collection was by using questionnaire,while the technique of data analysis was multiple regression analysis.Based on data analysis empirically, it was found that transactionalleadership style had positive effects on employees’ performance; performanceallowances had positive effects on employees’ performance; and work disciplineshad positive effects on employees’ performance.

Abstract

Safety and health of work are variable that can provides comfortableatmosphere to doing our work. Moreover, the work he does is risky. It takesprovisions that regulate safety and health so that employees can perform theirduties calmly. For that, every organization needs to pay attention to both aspects.The occurrence of work accidents certainly cause a very big problem for thecompany as well as for the workers themselves because if the safety and healthwork is not going well then the effectiveness of employees will decrease and resultin delayed work.This study aims to know whether safety and health of work effect on theeffectiveness of work at PT. Asri Griya Utama. The data used in this study wereobtained from the questionnaires distributed in each employee of PT. Asri GriyaUtama. This research method using quantitative method, with total population 46employees and sample which writer use is saturated sampling, where all memberof population used as sample.The results of this study obtain results where employee safety variables andoccupational health work well enough so that the impact on the effectiveness ofwork that is run less in accordance with the provisions. Through it can be seenthat the safety and health of employees greatly affect the effectiveness of thecompany's work. Therefore, the need for attention from the leadership of thecompany in order to be more priority of safety and health of each employee.

Abstract

Local food industry in Indonesia has become the belle of the uniquenessor distinctiveness of each region of the country's remote areas. Of course, byintroducing diverse cultures based on local wisdom, local food as one partregardless separated from the increase in the country's economy, especially in thevarious regions in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine andanalyze the effect of product innovation capabilities on product differentiation andproduct differentiation influence on the performance of marketing. This type ofresearch is inferential with a quantitative approach. Sampling was done by usingNon-Probability or purposive sampling a total of 120 samples. Collecting datausing questionnaires as research instrument. Data analysis using descriptiveanalysis and test equipment used is Path Analysis.Hypothesis testing using the Ftest and t test. The results showed that (1) there is a significant and positive effectof product innovation capabilities on product differentiation; (2) there is a positiveand significant effect on the performance of product differentiation marketing.The values R2 is found to be 0.934, which means the amount of exogenousvariables on endogenous variables by 93.4%.

Abstract

This research is aimed to find out the influence of career developmentand motivation on the performance of employees taking case study at DinasKoperasi and UMKM Kerinci both partially and simultaneously, and also to findout how much influence partially and simultaneously. Using Likert scaleanalysis tools and multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samplesresearched as many as 41 people which is also the total population of employeesof Dinas Koperasi and UMKM Kabupaten Kerinci. The result of the research iseither partially or simultaneously the variable of career development andmotivation have an effect on significantly to employee performance. Theconclusion obtained through this research is, the need for increased coachingactivities for employees, such as technical guidance, coordination meetings andso on.
