Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Empowerment and TrainingEffect on the performance of micro and small and medium entrepreneurs underthe guidance of the KUMKM Integrated Business Service Center in MalukuProvince (Case Study on Ambon City MSMEs). The hypotheses formulated inthis study are (1) Empowerment has a positive effect on the performance of micro,small and medium entrepreneurs under the guidance of the KUMKM IntegratedBusiness Service Center in Maluku Province. KUMKM Maluku Province (3)Empowerment and Training jointly have a positive influence on the performanceof micro and small and medium entrepreneurs under the guidance of the KUMKMIntegrated Business Service Center in Maluku Province. The data collected in thisstudy will then be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study show that: (1) Empowerment has a significant positiveeffect on the performance of micro and small and medium entrepreneurs underthe guidance of the KUMKM Integrated Business Service Center in MalukuProvince as indicated by a value of 0.0015. (2) Training significantly has apositive influence on the performance of micro and small and mediumentrepreneurs under the guidance of the KUMKM Integrated Business ServiceCenter in Maluku Province as indicated by a value of 0.031. (3) Empowermentand Training together have a significant effect on the performance of micro andsmall and medium entrepreneurs under the guidance of the KUMKM IntegratedBusiness Service Center in Maluku Province as indicated by a value of 0.001, thusthe three hypotheses formulated in this study are accepted.

Abstract

The profitability of sales is one of the main goals of companies to measureperformance leadership or management in other words efficiency andeffectiveness of companies.The cost of my ingredients, how long it will last, and the cost of the factory headmust be calculated quickly. Especially the overheads factory which is oftenoverlooked in production calculations. In addition to the cost of the material andthe cost of the process, the costs include the cost of overhead mill electricity, thecost of shrinking, the cost of repairing the machine, and the maintenance of themachine. All costs must be calculated quickly because they affect the profitabilityof sales.This research took place at Jalan General Ahmad Yani Sorong No. 24 byusing a method of costing in establishing the profitability of the seller and usingthe deposit policy for the main factory price in the overhead charge that is chargedto each product.Based on the results of a comparative data analysis, the method of thecompany with the full costing method has different results in the profitability ofsales.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the company's financial performance in thePhotocopy Service business in the city of Sorong by using financial ratio analysisduring the period 2016-2018 in the company's financial statements.The research was conducted at a photocopy service business registered atthe Department of Trade and Industry in Sorong City. The method of datacollection carried out in this study is the documentary method through financialstatements. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample method. Themanager as the participating analysis unit is 10 photocopy service businessmanagers. Data analysis uses liquidity ratios and profitability ratiosThe results showed that the liquidity ratio in the business of photocopyingthe city of Sorong from 2016 to 2018 was good from current ratio, fast ratio, cashratio and net working capital ratio to total assets so that it could meet its shortterm liabilities in 2016 and 2018 it is good for operating profit margins and ROIeven though the net profit margin is still not optimal in 2018 as well as in 2016 sothere is a need for this business capability to increase profits.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Student Department of Economics andBusiness Faculty of Pattimura University of Ambon. The purpose of this study isamong others to get a picture of student entrepreneurship interest. The formulationof the problem is how the culture and motivation directly influence the role oflecturers and how the culture and motivation directly affect the entrepreneurshipintent of the students majoring in the management of the Faculty of Economicsand Business Pattimura University Ambon. This research method is Survey withsimple random sampling technique with quantitative analysis approach. Datacollection using questionnaires. Data is processed using Lisrel. Analyzer usingMultivariate SEM (Structural Equation Model). The result shows that culture andmotivation influence to the role of lecturer, culture and motivation influence toentrepreneurship intention and lecturer role influence to student entrepreneurshipintention.

Abstract

The Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has had a huge impact on changes around the world, including on economic, socio-political, security and cultural crises. Facing this challenge, each person must be able to push all his/her abilities into competition as the main thing to achieve his/her existence as a human being. To achieve these work goals, people who are competent in carrying out their work or duties are needed. The research aims to see the direct and indirect influence and impact of Covid-19 Pandemic on Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment of the Employees of Multilevel Marketing Companies in Ambon City. This research is a quantitative, with the research design of a hypothesis testing to examine the effect between variables. The population in this research are all downline members of PT. Cahaya Karunia Persada company in Ambon. The sample in this research uses a saturated sampling technique, because the population are relatively small, which are the uplines of PT. Cahaya Karunia Persada company in Ambon, with a total of 74 people. The coefficient test results show that the Covid-19 pandemic path has a significant and positive effect on organizational culture of 0.943 and an R-Square value of 0.890 (89%), which means that the hypothesis is accepted, since there is a partial positive effect between the COVID-19 pandemic and organizational culture. Similarly, the covid-19 pandemic path coefficient test results have a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment of 0.677 and an R-Square value of 0.458 (45.8%), which means that the hypothesis is accepted, since there is a partial positive effect between the COVID-19 pandemic and organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style on employees’ performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. The population in this research are all employees of PT. Federal International Finance, Ambon Branch, located at Jln Dr. Soetomo, Honipopu Village, Sirimau District. The sample used in this research amounts to 37 employees. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Transformational leadership style has a positive effect on employee work motivation. The results also prove that work motivation has a positive effect on employees’ performance. Furthermore, transformational leadership style has a positive effect on employees’ performance mediated by employee work motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product knowledge and social media marketing on the brand switching of fast moving consumers goods (FMCG) products during the COVID-19 pandemic. The type of research is quantitative with the use of regression analysis techniques and SPSS analysis tools version 23. The number of respondents in this research are 100 FMCG users spread across five villages in Central Maluku Regency. Based on the research results, social media marketing has a negative effect on brand shifting, this is due to the more information received, the more selective consumers tend to be. The era of the internet today makes consumers more critical and think about the validity of information, especially related to health. Meanwhile, product knowledge is just the opposite. Product knowledge has a positive effect on brand switching. This is simply because product knowledge is more relevant and becomes a reference for shifting health product brands. People are increasingly educated and trusting brands that have a good reputation. A well-known brand is easy to gain the trust of the public or respondents.

Abstract

Study aims to determine effect Dividend Policy, Total Assets Turnover, and Earning per Share on Stock Price. Research data obtained from annual financial reports. Quantitative research methods with path analysis. Withdrawal of samples using pooled data. The results of hypothesis can be obtained Total Assets Turnover hasn’t significant affect on Dividend Policy, Total Asset Turnover hasn’t significant affect on Earning per Share, Earning per Share has no significant on Dividend Policy. Dividend Policy, Total Asset Turnover and Earning Per Share partially and simultant has an affect on Stock Price.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of information sharing, decision synchronization, and incentive alignment on inter-organizational trust. Data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square. Respondents in this research are general managers, owners, board of directors, and administrative staffs of the companies, especially those related to supplier-retailer or retailer-supplier relationships in Ambon City, with a total of 51 people. The results show that information sharing has an effect on inter-organizational trust. Decision synchronization has no effect on inter-organizational trust. Incentive alignment also has an effect on inter-organizational trust.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the effect of online promotion, price, and packaging on sales competitiveness. The number of respondens are 100 peoples and the sampling method is purposive sampling in which the sampling are businessmen who live in Batu Gajah, Waihaong, Benteng, and Batu merah Village, Ambon City. The research instrument uses Likert Scale to measure the response of respondents. The analysis tool used is multiple regression. The results show that online promotion, price, and packaging have a posititif effect on sales competitiveness.
