Abstract

Latar Belakang: Data penemuan kasus tuberkulosis pada tahun 2019 di Indonesia yang terlapor sebanyak 65% sedangkan yang tidak terlapor sebanyak 25%. Angka tersebut masih jauh dibandingkan dengan target yang telah ditetapkan yaitu sebesar 90%. Salah satu alternatif penemuan yang tepat adalah penemuan aktif berbasis masyarakat terutama kader kesehatan yang telah dibekali pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan peranan kader kesehatan dalam penemuan kasus tuberkulosis. Metode:Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur dengan menggunakan 4 database. Artikel yang dikaji menggunakan metode penelitian cross sectional dengan populasi dan sampelnya adalah kader kesehatan, harus terindeks nasional dan internasional, teks lengkap dan publikasi tidak lebih dari 10 tahun. Terdapat 6 artikel yang dikaji. Hasil: dari 6 jurnal yang dikaji menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, sikap, motivasi, pemberian hadiah, pemberian pelatihan dan dukungan petugas kesehatan dengan peran kader dalam penemuan kasus TB. Kesimpulan: Terdapat beberpa faktor yang memperngaruhi peran kader dalam penemuan kasus TB namun hasil penelitian masih sangat beragam dikarenakan ketidak tepatan statistik pemilihan, pengumpulan data uji dan jumlah sampel.

Abstract

Background: Adolescents are a transitional period between childhood and adulthood and formulate their identity as adults, where adolescents experience changes that occur in their bodies, dev elop new thoughts and are easily aroused erotically so that they affect adolescent mental health. Purpose: to conduct a literature review from various journals to explain the factors associated with mental health in adolescents. The method used is literature review using two databases, namely Google Scholar and Pubmed using the keywords "mental health", "mental health", "mental health" adolescents, mental health "adolescents," related factors "," related factors ", related factor. Results: A total of 6 journals that have been reviewed explained that there is a significant relationship between online games, religiosity, parenting styles, peer-to-peer environment, Dhuha prayer on mental health in adolescents. Conclusion: Mental health in adolescents is very low, there are various factors so that prevention efforts are needed, especially the family because it is the main means. Suggestions for further researchers can conduct research with multivariate analysis and can examine various other factors related to mental health in adolescents and include complete and clear operational definitions of variables.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pelayanan makanan telah menjadi isu penting dalam pengaturan rumah sakit, karena pasien dalam pemulihan membutuhkan diet seimbang selain persediaan dan perawatan medis. Kepuasan pasien pada kualitas pelayanan gizi berpengaruh terhadap citra rumah sakit dan memiliki implikasi pada peningkatan pendapatan rumah sakit. Tantangan yang dihadapi oleh layanan makanan rumah sakit adalah multi-segi karena berbagai kebutuhan diet pasien. Rumah sakit diharapkan dapat memenuhi kepuasan pasien terkait kebutuhan layanan makanan di tengah-tengah tantangan yang multi-segi tersebut. Tujuan: Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien terhadap layanan makanan rumah sakit. Metode: Penulisan ini mempergunakan metode kajian pustaka. Kriteria artikel yang dipergunakan sebagai referensi yaitu artikel yang diterbitkan selama 5 tahun ke belakang, yaitu antara tahun 2016-2021. Analisis yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis isi. Kesimpulan: Kepuasan pasien terhadap layanan makanan di rumah sakit dipengaruhi beberapa faktor, antara lain: kualitas makanan, masalah staf/ layanan, penyajian makanan, lingkungan fisik, faktor lapar dan kuantitas makanan, dan pengiriman (distribusi) makanan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN) adalah gejala yang dialami pada kebanyakan kasus Diabetes Militus type II. Yang menyebabkan adanya gangguan sensoris seperti sensasi nyeri, rasa kebas, sensasi terbakar, bahkan bisa menyebabkan penurunan kekuatan otot dan gangguan keseimbangan. Gejala DPN terjadi pada 2/3 kasus pada DM. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan strategi penatalaksaan fisioterapi pada Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy. Deskripsi kasus, seorang wanita berusia 70 tahun dengan diagnosis medis Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy. Pasien mengeluhkan rasa panas di sepanjang tungkai dan rasa kebas di telapak kaki terutama pada tungkai kanan. Fisioterapis bertemu dengan pasien tersebut sebanyak 3 kali. Hasil hasil evaluasi selama 3 kali terapi didapatkan terjadi perubahan pada aspek gangguan neurophaty, keseimbangan dinamis, kekuatan otot ekstremitas bawah, serta sensasi terbakar serta rasa kebas. Untuk aspek keseimbangan statis pasien tidak ada penurunan tingkat keseimbangan statis. Selain itu untuk Range of motion (ROM) ekstremitas bawah tidak ada keluhan. Diskusi Intervensi fisioterapi sangat bermanfaat untuk pasien dengan Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy. Walaupun, proses pemulihan saraf perifer membutuhkan waktu yang panjang, tetapi dengan intervensi fisioterapi dapat meminimalkan gejala akibat dari Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy. Penelitian lebih lanjut sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui pentingnya fisioterapi pada kondisi Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus adalah penyakit metabolik heterogen yang ditandai dengan hiperglikemia sebagai akibat dari kelainan sekresi insulin, kerja insulin atau keduanya. Diabetes jangka panjang hadir dengan berbagai komplikasi termasuk neuropati. Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN) juga dikenal sebagai cedera serabut saraf yang mengakibatkan perubahan fungsi motorik, sensorik, dan proprioseptif. DPN juga mengalami kelemahan otot ekstremitas bawah, penurunan keseimbangan, koordinasi, kontrol gaya berjalan, dan peningkatan resiko jatuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan keseimbangan dan penguatan otot pada ekstremitas bawah untuk mengurangi resiko jatuh pada pasien Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy DM tipe 2. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan di sebuah klinik di Surakarta pada seorang pasien dengan kondisi Diabetes Melitus tipe 2 disertai Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy bernama Nyoya SM yang berusia 65 tahun, beragama Kristen, bekerja sebagai Ibu rumah tangga. Setelah melakukan program fisioterapi yang diberikan selama 3 kali pertemuan dengan intervensi latihan keseimbangan belum mampu meningkatkan keseimbangan, namun mampu meningkatkan kekuatan otot pada pasien Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy DM tipe 2.

Abstract

Bell's palsy is a common neuropathy that causes weakness or paralysis of the facial nerve (the facial nerve). This condition causes the sufferer to have difficulty in moving half of the face consciously on the weak side. Symptoms of Bell's palsy occur in 20-30% of 100,000 people. This case report aims to present a physiotherapy management strategy in a case of Bell's Palsy. A 40-year-old woman with a medical diagnosis of Left Bell's Palsy. The patient complained of facial pain to the right and numbness and pain in the area behind the ear to the left neck. The physiotherapist met with the patient 8 times. Electrical stimulation can reduce the level and intensity of pain in the face that hurts, mirror exercise can improve facial functional status and increase self-confidence in patients is the benefit of physiotherapy management to solve the problem of bells palsy after 6 times therapy and evaluated. Physiotherapeutic interventions are very beneficial for patients with Bell's palsy. Although, the recovery process of peripheral nerves takes a long time, but with physiotherapy intervention can minimize the symptoms due to Bell's palsy. Further research is needed to determine the importance of physiotherapy in Bell's palsy. After physiotherapy intervention in the case of Bell's palsy 6 times using Electrical Stimulation and Mirror Exercise Therapy modalities, the results showed an increase in facial muscle strength, an increase in facial functional activity due to limitations of researchers, further research is needed to obtain an increase in functional activity in Bell's palsy patients.

Abstract

Sejalan dengan derasnya arus globalisasi yang melanda berbagai sektor dan sendi kehidupan, berkembang pula masalah kesehatan reproduksi remaja yang terjadi. Salah satu penyebab masalah, kemungkinan karena faktor ketidaktahuan, sebagai akibat remaja tidak mendapat informasi yang jelas, benar dan tepat mengenai kesehatan reproduksi remaja dan permasalahannya. Informasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi masih banyak di akses di internet, padahal kebenaran dari situs-situs yang menyediakan informasi kesehatan reproduksi di internet belum tentu kebenaranya. Perlu adanya pembenaran dari pihak-pihak yang benar-benar paham tentang kesehatan reproduksi, baik dari orang tua, guru, petugas kesehatan, dan sebagainya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keterpaparan informasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja di Panti Asuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, sampel diambil secara total, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden usia 13 – 16 tahun, namun sebagian belum terpapar informasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi yang meliputi pubertas, kehamilan dan penyakit menular seksual. Keterpaparan informasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi mayoritas berasal dari guru (72%) dan tenaga kesehatan (37%), sedangkan media sebagai sumber informasi terbanyak yaitu internet (45%), buku (45%) dan media sosial (42%).

Abstract

Osteoartritis merupakan penyakit degeneratif yang kasusnya paling umum dijumpai secara global. Berdasarkan temuan radiologis, ditemukan bahwa 70% dari pasien yang berumur lebih dari 65 tahun menderita osteoartritis secara global. Permasalahan ini berkembang secara progresif yang ditandai adanya degenerasi kartilago sendi sehingga dapat menyebabkan keterbatasan aktivitas fungsional. Seorang wanita berusia 79 tahun mengeluhkan nyeri gerak pada kedua lutut. Hal ini dirasakan selama 13 tahun terutama saat menekuk lutut dan berdiri dalam waktu yang lama. Saat berjalan terdapat bunyi pada kedua lutut. Hasil diagnosa dokter yaitu pasien mengalami OA genu bilateral. Pasien telah memperoleh suntikan cairan lutut beberapa kali dan sering mengkonsumsi obat anti nyeri sampai saat ini. Selain itu, pasien juga pernah menjalan operasi pada tulang belakang pada 13 November 2020 lalu. Fisioterapi dalam kasus ini hanya dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali pertemuan saja. Pasien diberikan program seperti ROM exercise, strengthening, stretching, myofascial release, dan gait training. Hasil evaluasi selama 3 kali terapi didapatkan terjadi penurunan intensitas nyeri, dan risiko jatuh serta peningkatan ROM, Kekuatan otot, dan Index Fungsional. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan penunjang yakni termasuk dalam kondisi OA yang berat karena intensitas nyeri yang tinggi, adanya kekakuan dan bunyi krepitasi saat melakukan gerakan fleksi-ekstensi ditambah lagi dengan adanya faktor predisposisi yakni obesitas yang sudah dialami selama bertahun-tahun tanpa adanya tindakan medis. Berdasarkan hal ini tentu potensial problem yang terjadi sudah sangat mempengaruhi tidak hanya pada aspek knee saja melainkan sudah mempengaruhi regio lainnya misalnya saja punggung maupun aspek tulang belakang nyeri, mengurangi risiko jatuh serta dapat meningkatan ROM, Kekuatan otot, dan Index Fungsional.

Abstract

Carpal tunnel syndrome is an extremity disorder caused by narrowing of the carpal tunnel resulting in pressure on the median nerve at the wrist. The occurrence of irritation of the median nerve that causes tingling and numbness of the thumb, index, and middle fingers due to swelling or a change in the position of the tissue in the carpal tunnel compresses and irritates the median nerve. The process of working cigarette factory workers to pack cigarettes using traditional manual work methods by hand, can cause complaints of carpal tunnel syndrome. So, the purpose of this research is to find out how the effect of Kinesio Taping and Deep Transverse Friction with Carpal tunnel syndrome in the Packaging Section of a Cigarette Factory. This study was a quasi experimental research on the effect and symptoms of Kinesio Taping and Deep Transverse Friction for Carpal tunnel syndrome cases. Kinesio Taping stabilizes muscles, joints and improves blood circulation thereby reducing pain. Deep Transverse Friction increases range of motion reducing pain. The research subjects were all cigarette packaging workers who have Carpal tunnel syndrome case, totaling 20 people. Measurements to assess the pain scale using Boston Carpal tunnel syndrome. The results of the test of the effect of Kinesio Taping and Deep Transverse Friction showed by the p-value = 0.005 and 0,000 (p<0.05), so there are reducing pain in Kinesio Taping groups and Deep Transverse Friction groups. But there was not different of Kinesio Taping groups and Deep Transverse Friction groups on reducing carpal tunnel syndrome pain, showed by the p-value = 1,000 (p>0,005). The conclusion of this study, there is a significant relationship between Kinesio Taping and Deep Transverse Friction on reducing carpal tunnel syndrome pain in workers at the Djarum cigarette factory, but was not different of Kinesio Taping groups and Deep Transverse Friction groups on reducing pain.

Abstract

Along with the times, people's knowledge is increasing, to the awareness to do dental care. Dental care has now become a community need, starting from technical advancements in the installation of stirrups to the installation of dentures. Associated with dental care in the installation of dentures, there are several complaints of dentures that are easily soluble so that they are easily removed.Fiber reinforced compositesis a composite resin with added fiber reinforcement. FRC consists of composite, fiber and silane. Silane in the composite functions ascoupling agent. This is because the composite and fiber cannot bond well, so that between the two requires a coupling agent, namely silane. The use of silane in FRC composites is to improve the bond and help the bond between the composite and the fiber. One of the factors that affect the performance of the silane is the time it takes to dry the silane adhesive. The process of adding fiber will reduce the solubility of the material and water absorption. The results of a review of several studies show that there are differences in the mean values ​​of the two sample groups. The difference in the mean value of the two sample groups was analyzed using a review of previous research journals. The conclusion is that the addition of fiber to FRC with silane affects the solubility of fiber reinforced composites.
