Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation on purchasingdecisions of Wardah products through word of mouth in Brebes Regency. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling method of 100 people. Data were collected using the questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS for windows version 26. The results showed that the product innovation variable and word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the word of mouth variable was able to mediate between product innovation variables and decisions. purchase.Keywords: Product Innovation, Word of Mouth and Purchase Decision.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produkterhadap keputusan pembelian produk wardah melalui word of mouth diKabupaten Brebes. Sampel diambil dengan metode Purposive Sampling 100 orang yang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner yaitu dengan memberikan daftar pertanyaan atau kuisioner secara langsung kepada para responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier dengan bantuan SPSS for windows versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel inovasi produk dan word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta variabel word of mouth mampu memediasi antara variabel inovasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci : Inovasi Produk, Word of Mouth dan Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

ABSTRAK This study aims to: to determine the health level of PD. BKK Brebes in Brebes Regency in terms of CAEL (Capital, Assets, Earnings and Liquidity) for the period 2013 - 2017. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded: based on the results of the analysis and discussion it is known the health level of PD. BKK Brebes in Brebes Regency in 2014 increased by 2.07 percent. In 2015, it decreased by 0.42 percent, in 2016 it increased again by 2.99 percent and in 2017 it increased by 0.30 percent. Based on the criteria set by Bank Indonesia, from 2013 to 2017 PD. BKK Brebes in Brebes Regency was declared PD. Healthy BKK. Overall health level of PD. Abstract

Abstract This study is entitled "Analysis of the Contribution of Land and Building Tax Collection to Local Revenue in Brebes Regency". The objectives to be achieved in this study are: a. To find out how much the contribution of land and building tax to local taxes in Brebes Regency. b. To find out how much the contribution of Land and Building Taxes on Regional Original Revenue in Brebes Regency. c. To find out how much the level of elasticity of Land and Building Taxes on the realization of Local Revenue in Brebes Regency. d. To find out the projected receipt of Land and Building Tax in the next five years in Brebes Regency. This type of research used in this study is a case study at the Department of Revenue and Financial Management (DPPK) in Brebes Regency. While the research method used is the Study of Literature, which is looking for data about things or variables in this case in the form of notes, literature books, newspapers, magazines, minutes of meetings and so on. And Communication Techniques, namely how to collect data through contacts or personal relationships between data collectors and data sources. The results showed that the contribution of land and building tax to regional taxes during the period 2009-2018 the contribution of land and building tax to local taxes in Brebes Regency was fluctuating, with an average of 69.29%, it could be said that the contribution was quite optimal because the nominal was already optimal. reach above 50%. While the contribution of land and building tax to regional original income during the 2009-2018 period the contribution of land and building tax to regional original income in Brebes Regency was 23.74%, this can be said to be less than optimal because the nominal has not reached 50%. Then the level of elasticity of the collection of Land and Building Taxes on the realization of Local Revenue during the period 2009-2018 the level of elasticity of the collection of Land and Building Taxes in Brebes Regency an average of 3.99% or rounded to 4% and is elastic because the nominal is more than 1 And the Projection of Land and Building Tax Revenue for the next five years in Brebes Regency the value of the linear trend equation is as follows: Y = 23,550,559,105 + 1,177,295,404 X means that if there is no change in PBB (Y) then the Regional Original Income is Rp. 23,550,559,105 and if there is an increase in PBB by 1 unit of rupiah the Regional Original Revenue will increase by Rp. 1,177,295,404 Keywords: Contribution, Land and Building Tax, Regional Original Revenue

Abstract

This study takes the title Influence of Training and Leadership on Employee Performance in the Civil Service Police Unit of Brebes Regency. The formulation of the proposed problem is whether there is an effect of training and leadership on the performance of SATPOL PP members in Brebes Regency, how much influence is the training and leadership simultaneously on the performance of SATPOL PP members in Brebes Regency and whether the influence of education and leadership influence significantly on the performance of SATPOL PP members in Brebes Regency. The hypothesis proposed is that there is an influence between training and leadership on the performance of SATPOL PP members in Brebes Regency, there is a large influence between training and leadership on the performance of SATPOL PP members in Brebes Regency and there is a significant influence between education and leadership on the performance of SATPOL PP members in Brebes Regency. Based on the results of the research, it can be said that the Spearman rank correlation between training and performance is 0.685. Which has a correlation meaning between training and performance is strong. While the Spearman rank correlation between leadership and performance obtained a value of 0.741. Which means that the correlation between leadership and performance is strong. While the t-test using a 95 percent confidence level (α / 2 = 0.05 / 2 = 0.025) and the degree of freedom Nk (51-2) obtained t table of 2.011 and the calculation results in SPSS shows X1 = 3.803 which means that t count> t table . This shows that Ho was refused or training significantly affected the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit of Brebes Regency. Whereas in X2 obtained 4.620 which means that t count> t table. This shows that Ho is rejected or leadership significantly influences the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit of Brebes Regency. The results of these calculations concluded that partially the training and leadership variables have a significant influence on the performance variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this study include: To determine the effect of financial and non-financial compensation on the performance of teachers and employees of the Muhammadiyah Wanasari Vocational School in Brebes Regency. The research method used is a case study, while for data analysis using statistical analysis tools, namely: (1) Validity test, (2) reliability test, (3) normality test (4) multicollinearity test, (5) heteroscedasticity test, (6) -T Test, (7) -F Test. The results showed that financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers and employees. Abstraksi  This research is entitled "Effectiveness of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) at the Class IV Tegal Harbor Authority and Harbor Authority Offices".The formulation of the problem posed is:1. What is the effectiveness and efficiency of Non-Tax State Revenue at the Class IV Tegal Port Authority and Port Authority Offices?2. How is the realization of Non-Tax State Revenue at the Tegal Class IV Port Authority and Harbormaster Office?3. What is the projection of Non-Tax State Revenue at the Tegal Class IVHarbormaster and Port Authority Office?The results of this study obtained are that the level of effectiveness of NonTax State Revenue (PNBP) of Class IV Tegal Harbor and Authority Offices from 2017 to 2021 has an average rate of 181.16 percent, so it can be said to have a very good level of effectiveness or very effective. Meanwhile, the efficiency level of Non-TaxState Revenue (PNBP) for Class IV Tegal Port Authority and Harbormaster Offices from 2017 to 2021 has an average rate of 104.51 percent.This can be interpreted that the efficiency level of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) of Class IV Tegal Port Authority and Harbormaster Offices is not good.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aims of this study was to find out how the effect of product innovation and price on the decision to purchase salted eggs in Limbangan Wetan Village, Brebes Regency. The research sample was 100 consumers / respondents. The analysis technique used is F test, t test and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the values obtained are: a. t-test for product innovation variables of 4.963 with a significance of 0.000 Ftable means that together the independent variables of product innovation and price significantly influence the purchasing decision variable. d. Regression equation Y = 10.215 + 0.434 X1 +0.276 X2 which means that the regression coefficients of product innovation variables have a dominant influence on the decision to buy salted eggs. From the results above, the product innovation variable must be a point of concern for salted egg sellers.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Penelitian ini berjudul Kompetensi Agen Untuk Meningkatkan Minat Beli Nasabah Produk Kreasi Pegadaian di UPC Tanjung Kabupaten Brebes. Dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditolak atau komptensi agen secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap minat nasabah sedangkan dari hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi diperoleh R2 sebesar 0,656 atau 65,6 persen mengartikan bahwa 65,6 persen minat nasabah produk kreasi di PT Pegadaian UPC Tanjung dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi agen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 34,4 persen dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Saran yang disampaikan adalah bahwa pegadaian lebih meningkatkan kompetensi agen dan memperluas jaringan agen hingga ke desa-desa. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Agen, Minat Beli

Abstract

RINGKASAN Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur efektivitas Electronic Market dan Pasar Konvensional di Kecamatan Brebes dan mengukur tingkat efektivitas pasar dalam menarik minat beli masyarakat di Kecamatan Brebes berdasarkan skala efektivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Hasil analisis EPIC Model untuk masing-masing variabel adalah electronic market = 4,09, pasar konvensional = 4,08, dan minat beli = 3,87. Dari ketiga variabel yang diteliti, jika dimasukan ke dalam skala efektifitas maka ketiga hasil analisis dari variabel tersebut secara parsial berada di rentang “efektif”. Dilihat dari tingkat efektifitas maka electronic market lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pasar konvensional. Nilai EPIC Rate yang merupakan rata-rata dari ketiga variabel berada di angka 4,007. Nilai ini berada dalam rentang “efektif” pada rentang skala efektifitas. Hal ini menandakan bahwa tingkat efektifitas pasar di Kecamatan Brebes adalah “efektif”. ABSTRACT The aim of this research was to measure the effectiveness of Electronic Market and Conventional Markets in the District of Brebes and measure the level of market effectiveness in attracting buying interest in Brebes District based on the scale of effectiveness. The results showed that: EPIC analysis results The model for each variable was electronic market = 4,09, conventional market = 4.08, and buying interest = 3.87. Of the three variables studied, if included in the scale of effectiveness, the three results of the analysis of these variables are partially in the "effective" range. Viewed from the level of effectiveness, the electronic market is higher than the conventional market. The EPIC Rate value which is the average of the three variables is at 4,007. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the analysis of financial performance at the Wredatama Harum Cooperative. The subjects in this study were the financial performance of the Wredatama Harum Cooperative in Brebes Regency in terms of liquidity, solvency, and profitability. The data sources used were secondary data obtained from data or records from the examiner's report on the Wredatama Harum Cooperative in Brebes Regency. The results of the study show that assets are sufficiently liquid in paying short-term obligations. With a good level of solvency and the level of profitability, it is concluded that the ability of cooperatives to generate profits is good.
