Abstract

Consumer is everyone who uses goods and / or services available in society, either for their own interests, as well as for family and other people and other living things and not for trade. In practice, of course, business actors are responsible for the goods and services consumed by consumers, and if the goods and services are in accordance with the agreement, it will provide benefits for consumers, but if it turns out that the goods or services purchased do not provide the results desired by consumers, such as experiencing damage, hidden defects, consumers have the right to ask for compensation to business actors, and given in accordance with consumer rights based on the principle of justice so that legal consumer protection can be fulfilled. The purpose of this study is to find out how harmonization of the principles of benefit and justice in providing legal protection for consumers, including in fulfilling fair compensation in resolving consumer disputes with business actors, so that in line with the principles of benefits and justice can provide legal protection for consumers and responsibilities to business actors in accordance with their respective rights and obligations.

Abstract

Women's leadership in the political arena reaps controversy in Islam. This is due to the authentic hadith which states that a people will not be lucky if they are led by women. For conservative scholars, they will understand the hadith as it is (textual). However, moderate scholars will understand it from a contextual perspective. The Islamic religion is guided by the Qur'an and hadith, therefore, it would be unfair if you only take pictures from the side of the hadith and ignore the al-Qur'an. This article will discuss women's leadership from the perspective of the Al-Qur’an, hadith, women's biology and the sociology of the Indonesian nation. The conclusion of this article is that the Al-Qur’an legitimizes women's leadership through the story of the queen of Saba' (Bilqis). The hadith about women's leadership can be understood as the Prophet's 'comment' on the change of leadership in Persia and has a local-temporal content. Women have biological weaknesses during menstruation and pregnancy, physical weaknesses compared to men, psychological and emotional weaknesses. Meanwhile, the Indonesian nation actually adheres to patriarchy. So, political contestation is wide open to anyone, regardless of gender. Whoever is the best, he has the right to be a leader.

Abstract

ChatGPT, a powerful language model, claims to be able to analyze data and provide actionable agricultural insights. According to him, this data can be used for crop forecasting, soil analysis, plant disease and pest identification, precision farming and irrigation scheduling. ChatGPT states that it can be used to generate accurate and timely reports, alerts, and insights that can help businesses make more informed decisions, improve results, and improve customer service. In this article the author explores the potential use of GPT chat in agriculture, according to him. The author admits asking chatGPT questions about its uses for agriculture. Some of its stated uses are possible now and some are potential for the future. The author has analyzed and edited GPT chat replies.

Abstract

In today's digital era, information security is a very important thing to pay attention to. There are many methods to maintain information security, but there are still many vulnerabilities that can be exploited by irresponsible parties. Blockchain technology provides a solution by providing a strong and reliable information security system. Blockchain technology can be used to ensure the integrity and validity of stored data. This can be done by storing data in blocks that are connected to one another and using encryption to maintain privacy. In addition, the decentralized system that exists in blockchain technology makes it difficult for irresponsible parties to change or delete it. The application of blockchain technology to information security systems can be carried out in various sectors, such as banking, commerce, and government. In the banking sector, blockchain technology can be used to maintain the integrity of transaction data and ensure that transactions are truly valid. In the trade sector, blockchain technology can be used to ensure that the goods being traded are genuine and have a verifiable source. In the government sector, blockchain technology can be used to store and verify election data, and ensure that election results are truly valid and representative.

The tourism industry is very different from other industries, such as the clothing industry and the agricultural industry, the hospitality industry is more likely to operate in providing services. Tourism is part of business development in Indonesia, starting from hotels in it, modern tourism, marine tourism and other tours, which play a role in the progress and development of business in Indonesia. Increasing population growth, coupled with increasing economic needs, makes people develop the creativity of their people to develop businesses based on the tourism industry.

Abstract

This research describes the use of Google Earth Engine as a key tool in analyzing flood vulnerability in DKI Jakarta Province. By combining high-quality satellite data, detailed city surface mapping, and advanced geospatial analysis capabilities, this technology has opened the door to a deeper understanding of the factors that influence flood risk in this densely populated region. This research uses the variables distance from river, elevation, TPI (Topographic Position Index) and NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index). Processing and analysis in this research was carried out in Google Earth Engine. The results of this study indicate that the area at the low flood vulnerability level has an area of 14,735.61 ha or 22.53%, the area at the medium vulnerability level is 32,512.94 ha or 49.71% and the area at the high flood vulnerability level is 18,153.42 ha or 27.76%. The results of this research are expected to help the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in flood mitigation.

Abstract

This study analyzes the suitability of Ambon city landscape for settlement development purposes. This research utilizes spatial analysis to evaluate the characteristics of the terrain shape and Land Use Territory (WTU) in the context of settlement suitability. This research uses DEM (Digital Elevation Model) to generate slope and elevation or altitude which is later used to create terrain shape map and business land area map. Making landscape suitability using the weighted sum overlay method. The results showed that the landscape in Ambon City that is suitable for settlement development is 30,456.94 ha and the unsuitable one has an area of 16,890.38 ha. The results of this study provide insight into the most suitable locations for settlements based on physical and environmental factors. The results of this study are expected to support sustainable urban planning in Ambon by considering aspects of landscape suitability.

Abstract

The population of Ternate City which is increasing every year can certainly cause the need for land as a space for their activities to increase and will lead to a kind of competition to get a suitable space and in accordance with the various interests and needs of the community there. This study aims to spatially analyze the suitability of built-up land on Ternate Island, North Maluku Province. This research uses Spatial Multi Criteria Analysis method using variables of terrain shape, slope, distance from road, distance from river, distance from economic activity center, and disaster prone area of Mount Gamalama. The results showed that 49.12% of the Ternate Island area was in the suitable area, 29.57% of the research area was in the less suitable class and the unsuitable class had an area of 21.31% of the total research area. The results of this study are expected to be a reference and input for the evaluation of the Ternate City RTRW in the future.

Abstract

Implementasi BUMDes belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan oleh seluruh desa yang ada di Indonesia hingga dikeluarkannya UU Nomor 6 Tahun 2014. Bahkan di beberapa daerah, keberadaan BUMDes masih belum bisa berjalan efektif dan mampu memberi kontribusi bagi pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat di desanya. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan dana BUMDes dengan mengambil studi kasus di Desa Taringgul Landeuh Kecamatan Kiarapedes Kabupaten Purwakarta yang merupakan salah satu desa yang mengimplementasikan BUMDes yang secara garis besar tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, untuk mengetahui keterlibatan masyarakat Desa Taringgul Landeuh dalam pemanfaatan dana BUMDes. Kedua, untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan dana BUMDes di Desa Taringgul Landeuh. Ketiga, untuk mengetahui kontribusi BUMDes di Desa Taringgul Landeuh dalam pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Metode dalam Studi ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara terstruktur dengan kuesioner kepada 50 responden untuk pengumpulan data primer dan pengumpulan data sekunder dari Desa Taringgul Landeuh. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan BUMDes masih kurang karena pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap program BUMDes masih sedikit. Terkait pemanfaatan bagi pemberdayaan masyarakat masih belum maksimal karena sejumlah kendala terutama anggaran BUMDes.

Abstract

This research aims to map landslide-prone areas in Huamual Sub-district, West Seram Regency, Indonesia. Through the collection and analysis of geospatial data, including characteristics of slope, land elevation, geology, rainfall, land cover and distance from active faults, this study successfully identified areas with high potential landslide risk. The results showed that the area in low landslide class has an area of 5,076.67 ha, the area in medium class has an area of 20,979.79 ha and the area in high landslide prone class has an area of 7,430.88 ha. The results of this study provide an important contribution in landslide risk mitigation planning, through identification of zones that need special attention, safer spatial planning, and more effective early warning system. This research provides a strong scientific basis for the government and other stakeholders to take appropriate preventive measures, so as to improve public safety and protect important assets from potential landslide hazards in Huamual Sub-district area.
