<![CDATA[The background of the research is that growth and development at the age of toddlers is a very important component. Considering that this is a factor supporting intelligence when entering adulthood. Weight gain is a problem that is often faced by society. Massage techniques and feeding banana muffins are an innovation that can be applied by most parents independently. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of massage and banana muffins on the increase in toddler weight. The research method uses an experimental one group pretest posttest design. The result of the study was a greater calculated t value t table, namely (5,002 lebih dari 2,045) which means that there are benefits of toddler body massage and banana muffins to help increase toddler weight.]]>

<![CDATA[Desa Inovasi Program is an effort of the Cilacap Regency Government to develop rural potential and resources through improving the quality of development planning and implementation in order to improve the welfare and independence of the rural community. Strengthening Desa Inovasi aims to realize independent village management through strengthening the planning sector and local institutions. Desa Inovasi Program is in line with the spirit of realizing an Independent Village in Cilacap Regency. By using a qualitative-descriptive method, the results of the research show that Desa Inovasi Program is quite effective to accelerate towards Desa Mandiri.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of public services is the core business of public administration. In an effort to provide public services, local governments are required to pay more attention to public needs, one of which is the need for transportation. For this reason, accurate decision making is needed to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of public administration. Cilacap is increasingly developing towards an industrial and service area so that community mobility is getting higher in line with economic movements. Therefore, there is a buildup and crowds in several areas that become agglomeration nodes caused by the presence of parking vehicles on the road. To prevent this buildup from increasing, local governments need to respond by providing parking building services. However, given the limited budget they have, the local government must make a decision to prioritize the construction of parking building services in the most feasible locations to be built. For this reason, this study aims to identify priority locations for special parking spaces in several Cilacap agglomeration areas, namely Majenang, Kroya and Cilacap Kota. Using by the Analytic Hierarchy Process method, results with high accuracy can be obtained in determining the priority of parking building service locations in Cilacap.]]>

<![CDATA[Complications during pregnancy until delivery have an impact during the puerperium such as bleeding, uterine subinvolution, infection, and other complications. Adequate uterine contractions then the involution process is good and vice versa so that subinvolution occurs. During the puerperium there is a process of releasing lochea, the process of releasing lochea. The aim of the study was to determine the benefits of strengthening the transversus abdominis muscle and rollin rug massage on the acceleration of lochea expenditure in postpartum women. The research design used is a qualitative research with a case study research strategy. A sample of 3 respondents, research data was taken by using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and direct observation. After tabulating the existing data were analyzed using domain analysis. The results of this study indicate the acceleration of lochea expenditure by strengthening the transversus abdominis muscle and rolling rug massage. So it can be concluded that there are benefits of strengthening the transversus abdominis muscle and rollin rug massage to accelerate the release of lochea in postpartum women]]>

<![CDATA[Toddler Period is an important stage in the growth and development of toddlers which is often called the golden age. In that period there are changes in physical growth and changes in cognitive development which are fundamental to the later stages of growth and development. This study aims to find out that parents' knowledge about the stages of growth and development can affect the growth and development process of toddlers in Kuripan Kidul Village, Kesugihan District, Cilacap Regency. This research is in the form of analytical research with a Cross Sectional Study. The sample used parents of toddlers, they are 40 respondents obtained by cluster random sampling. The results of this study show that there are differences in parents with sufficient knowledge of growth and development of toddlers, so the growth and development of toddlers will be in accordance with the stages of growth and development that are in the mother and child health Book. The results of the chi-square statistical test obtained 12,477 with a p-value of 0.001 and 100 persen ownership of the mother and child health Book. In parents who have knowledge of the growth and development of toddlers, there are no deviations in the growth and development of toddlers.]]>

<![CDATA[The beauty product industry is currently growing. The emergence of various beauty product brands requires the Scarlet company to have a strategy in facing market competition. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of price perception, brand image and product quality on Scarlett's purchasing decisions. Data was collected by filling out questionnaire answers to 100 consumers who had used Scarlett products. Data were analyzed by PLS SEM and samples were taken using non-probability sampling method. The findings show that the variables of price perception, brand image and product quality have a direct effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality variable has a direct impact on brand image, but price perception does not have a direct impact on brand image. The brand image variable mediates the connection of product quality on purchasing decisions, but brand image does not mediate the relationship between price perceptions and purchasing.]]>

<![CDATA[BUM Desa is trusted by the Government to be able to improve the rural economy. In 2021 Cilacap Regency has established 269 BUM Desa, consisting of 59 Basic Stage, 179 Growing, 27 Developing and 4 Advanced. In running a business, BUM Desa can partner with individuals or groups. So, to maintain the trust of partners, BUM Desa must be able to manage capital into income and increase business scale. This quantitative study uses multiple linear regression analysis method, with primary data in the form of capital, turnover and income of 16 BUM Desa in Adipala District from 2018 to 2020, aiming to find out how much influence capital and business turnover have on income in BUM Desa. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that Capital and Turnover partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on BUM Desa revenue. Because the BUM Desa capital is dominated by the capital participation of the village government, this study recommends that BUM Desa can develop a business scale based on local potential to attract the community's interest to partner.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of local taxes, regional retribution and special allocation funds on economic growth (a case study in districts/cities in Central Java). The sample of this study was determined using purposive sampling method. The type of data used was secondary data. In which the total samples selected in this study were 10 districts/cities. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that regional taxes and special allocation funds partially have no effect on economic growth, regional retribution has an effect on economics growths, and the influence of local taxes, regional retribution, special allocation funds have no effect on economic growth simultaneously. Further research is suggested to be able to expand the research sample, add variables, and extend the research period.]]>

<![CDATA[Kampunglaut Subdistrict has a unique geographical shape resembling an archipelago, causing problems around waste management. Residents prefer to dispose of their household waste directly into the waters of the mangrove forest, thereby creating a risk of flooding during high tides and silting of the waters of the Segara Anakan lagoon. This study aims to design a prototype of the appropriate floating waste final processing site for the Kampunglaut area and measure the level of acceptance of the Kampunglaut residents towards the design of the floating waste final processing site. The research was carried out by making a prototype of the final floating waste processing site and conducting simulation tests on the Serayu River and in Lempongpucung Hamlet, Ujungalang Village, Kampunglaut District, then conducting discussions with the apparatus and residents of Ujungalang Village, Kampunglaut District, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) of Cilacap Regency and Cilacap State Polytechnic (PNC). The Floating Final Waste Processing Site (TPAS) is made by combining a plastic bowl with a nylon net that is spaced with steinless wire and then placing a tire as a float between the plastic bowl and a nylon net. The bowl is designed to open and close using a stainless hinge then an Arduino-based ultrasonic sensor is installed on the ceiling of the bowl. To provide information on the amount of waste generated, the sensor is connected to a cellphone that has the blynk application installed using IoT technology. The response of village officials and residents of Ujungalang was very enthusiastic about the prototype of the floating final waste processing site (TPAS). The existence of the Apung TPAS motivated the residents of Ujungalang Village to immediately form a waste bank unit that will manage the waste that has been collected in the Apung TPAS.]]>

<![CDATA[Kejajar District is the center of potato farming in Wonosobo Regency, where the area has a larger harvest area and higher potato production yield than other sub-districts. This study aims to determine the level of coordination and collaboration between marketing institutions so that potato products can be distributed optimally. If one chain is disturbed, it will affect the other chains. This research was conducted by purposive sampling, and the research location is the most productive potato area in Wonosobo. The study started in May and ended in June 2022. The number of respondents in the study was 52 people, consisting of 4 wholesalers, 3 middlemen/shippers, 15 retailers, and 30 farmers. The results showed that the four wholesalers had overall control over the sales of potatoes in the Kejajar District. This condition illustrates that the potato market at the farmer level tends to have a strongly oligopsony market structure. Wholesalers have considerable capital power, so they can control middlemen. The marketing margin shows that marketing channel one provides a high price share to farmers of 46.15%, and the farmer share analysis received by farmers as potato producers in Kejajar District can be said to be efficient because the selling price received by farmers is more than 40% of the price at the consumer level.]]>
