Abstract

German and Uzbek. The focus is on badger, lynx, frog, bear, rabbit, donkey, and pig, bringing a special dimension to the way these two languages represent the relationship between humans and nature. Comparative analysis methods are used to investigate differences and similarities in linguistic structures and cultural contexts, providing an in-depth understanding of how German and Uzbek peoples articulate their values, beliefs, and experiences through this unique phraseology. This research approach includes representative sample selection, linguistic and semantic analysis, and contextual comparison. By understanding the way zoomorphemism phraseology reflects worldview and culture, this research seeks to unravel the linguistic richness and cultural values embedded in language. The results can provide significant insights into the uniqueness and continuity of these linguistic and cultural aspects, enriching our understanding of linguistic heritage in the context of multicultural societies.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of salary, incentives, and job satisfaction on the work productivity of employees at PT. Perkasa Printec I Tangerang City. A total of 65 employees were surveyed using probability and nonprobability sampling techniques. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between salary and employee productivity, with a unidirectional relationship. Incentives also had a positive and significant effect on productivity, with a direct relationship between the variables. Job satisfaction had no negative and insignificant effect on productivity. The partial test (T test) showed that salary had a positive and significant effect on productivity, while incentives had a positive and significant effect. Job satisfaction had a negative and partially insignificant effect on productivity, with a significant value of 0.127. The study concludes that salary, incentives, and job satisfaction play crucial roles in determining employee productivity.

Abstract

The opposition plays an important role in monitoring government policies and programs or in fulfilling checks and balances. However, the opposition parties in parliament have always been in the minority along the long road of Indonesian populist democracy. This situation weakens the control function and widens the gap to uphold the will of the people. There are opposition parties which have always been a minority group in parliament which is even worse if the decision-making cannot be resolved by a joint decision. If this happens, the minority opposition forces cannot influence government policies. Consequently, when the votes of the parties in a coalition supporting the government have dominance in determining public policies, this will result in policies that are usually authoritarian in nature.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the trend of Tiktok during the COVID-19 pandemic. This trend can be used to overcome economic problems due to declining public purchasing power. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of live video streaming on Tiktok, discounted prices, and free shipping on online purchasing decisions. The population of this study is Skintific product users in DKI Jakarta who buy products on the Tiktok live platform. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The samples obtained were 114 respondents. Based on the results of this study it was found that Tiktok live video streaming and free shipping have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, price discounts have no effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study can be used by related sellers as a consideration for increasing sales through increasing consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of tourist facilities and service quality as independent variables, while the variable visitor satisfaction is the dependent variable. The number of respondents used in this study was 112 respondents. The data used is primary data, and inanalyzing data using SPSS software. Things tested in SPSS are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and T test. The results showed that the variables of Tourism Facilities and Service Quality has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at Dunia Fantasi, Taman Impian Jaya Ancol amusement park.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of e-Promotion, consumer trust, convenience, and e-WOM on the purchase decisions of Shopee consumers, with consumer behavior as a mediating variable. The research methodology employed a quantitative approach, utilizing non-probability purposive sampling with a sample size of 494 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics, employing the Smart PLS 3.0 software. The research findings demonstrate that trust, convenience, and e-WOM have a significant direct impact on consumer behavior, whereas e-Promotion does not directly affect consumer behavior. The variables e-Promotion, trust, convenience, and Shopee consumer behavior have a direct and significant influence on purchase decisions, while e-WOM does not directly affect the purchase decisions of Shopee customers. Trust, convenience, and e-WOM have a significant indirect impact on purchase decisions with consumer behavior as a mediating variable, whereas e-Promotion does not have an indirect impact on purchase decisions with consumer behavior as a mediating variable.

Football is a separate form of entertainment for the community, many think that the atmosphere without football sometimes becomes boring. However, there are still many political elites who use it as a political arena to enhance the reputation of individuals or groups. Such a model justifies the existence of political actors in football, so that football matches are sometimes like matches between factions or groups that politicize each other.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work environment on employee performance at Atma Jaya University. This type of research uses qualitative research methods with 30 employees as research respondents. The sampling technique uses the google form and is tested for validity and reliability. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 software. The results of this study are that leadership has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance and work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance.
