Abstract

As a potential investor, you should analyze the financial performance of a company. Several methods that can be used are Economic Value Added, Market Value Added, and Cash Value Added. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect stock returns in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index using the panel data model. The independent variables used in this study are EVA, MVA, and CVA. While the dependent variable is stock returns. The results showed that all the variables used in this study, namely EVA, MVA, and CVA, influenced stock returns in companies listed in JII. This is evidenced by the probability value of less than 5% (0.014374 < 0.05). These variables have a percentage in influencing stock returns of 32.91%, while the remaining 67.09% is influenced by other variables outside the model used. Meanwhile, independently, it can be concluded that EVA and CVA have no significant effect and have a negative correlation with stock returns. Meanwhile, MVA has a significant and positive correlation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of employee performance because employees are the driving force for the company's success. Aims to test and analyze the effect of communication, self-concept, and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tulungagung Sudirman. The method used is a mix method with the type of research that combines quantitative and qualitative analysis (Sequantial Explanatory). The sample in this study were 27 employees of BSI KCP Tulungagung. Quantitative data multiple linear analysis test and hypothesis test. Qualitative data analysis using triangulation. Based on the research, partial results were obtained and communication stimulants, self-concept, and work environment had a positive effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tulungagung Sudirman. To strengthen quantitative research, qualitative analysis was carried out by interviewing 6 informants whose results supported the results of quantitative data. Practical implications apart from developing research with mixed methods in human resource management, the research results can be used as recommendation materials to assess employee performance.

Abstract

Payudan Dundang Village has a lot of potential for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which are sourced from agriculture and plantations. This study aims to analyze and to identify the problems faced and formulate strategies in the development of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Payudan Dundang Village, as one of the leading sectors in helping improve the economy of the people of Payudan Dundang Village. This research used qualitative method through a process of observation, interviews, and documentation presented in the form of data, then the data analysis used SWOT matrix analysis to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The informants used as the data source consisted of the Leader of Group Sumber Makmur, member of grup Sumber Makmur, Payudan Dundang people. The research implementation time is one mount. The results of this study indicate that there are problems for every Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) actor in Payudan Dundang Village such as: Product packaging, marketing, resources human, the introduction of technology, social and economy, so that the development of MSMEs in Payudan Dundang Village, has not been implemented properly. While the right strategy for developing MSMEs in Payudan Dundang Village Guluk- guluk district is the SO (Growth) Strategy. The SO (Growth) strategy is a strategy that utilizes existing strengths to increase its competitive advantage.

Abstract

ZIS stands for Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah, for its management is officially carried out by BAZNAS or the National Amil Zakat Agency because this institution is the official and only body established by the government based on Presidential Decree No. 8 of 2001 which has the task and function of collecting and distributing zakat, infaq, and alms (ZIS) at the national level. However, at the beginning of 2020 ZIS management activities underwent a slight change due to the Covid-19 pandemic which caused social activities to be limited and the economic decline in Indonesia. Because of this in this article, we will focus on discussing how to manage ZIS strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic study season. at BAZNAS Sidoarjo. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely the research method used to investigate, find, describe and explain the quality or features of social influences that cannot be described, measured or described through a quantitative approach. The results of this study include making it easier for people to pay zakat/infaq and shadaqah at BAZNAS Sidoarjo using barcodes that can be paid through online payment applications such as gopay, ovo, link aja, funds, or other merchants/banks. As for the distribution, BAZNAS gave an invitation to Mustahiq to come to the BAZNAS office in stages, so as not to cause crowds and required to always implement health protocols.

Abstract

Banking in the current digital era has various impacts, from facilitating the use of demand deposits to financial transactions that require digital skills in the use of banking products. Not all customers have digital skills in banking product transactions and this is an obstacle that must be a concern for bankers. The banking sector is even now starting to approach business actors in terms of financing that can be done by business actors while continuing to carry out the procedures and policies carried out by each bank. micro and small business actors. Micro business actors still use a lot of currency in transactions and even to enter into partnerships with banks is still constrained by the conditions imposed by the bank. Business actors in Indonesia are classified into UMKM’s, namely Micro, Small and MSMEs. enengah.In Indonesia, in fact, there are more micro business actors than medium and large businesses that are more involved in partnerships with banks. There are still many micro business actors who have not entered into partnerships and transactions are still simple and the use of digital technology in production is still minimal. , transactions and marketing. Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has an impact on business activities ranging from small to large scale which requires utilizing sophistication in running their business. Innovative promotional strategies using the right media are needed to reach the market and increase sales volume. Digital Marketing is present as a marketing medium that is currently in great demand by all people. Sawojajar Mas Pharmacy is a business that sells medicines, foodstuffs and medical devices located in Malang City. The COVID-19 pandemic has limited visits to pharmacies, because it reduces physical contact with consumers. Of course this has a significant impact on sales turnover. To optimize sales volume, Sawojajar Mas Pharmacy utilizes online marketing and sales with various applications. This study aims to analyze how the promotion strategy carried out by Sawojajar Mas Pharmacy uses Digital Marketing to expand the market, increase sales turnover and attract new consumers. The research method in this study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection uses 3 techniques, namely interviews, documentation and participant observation. Interviews were conducted with 3 informants who were appointed as resource persons. The results of the study explain that Sawojajar Mas Pharmacy as one of the pharmaceutical businesses in Malang City has succeeded in using Digital Marketing as an effective promotional tool, by utilizing social media, where its implementation provides enormous benefits for the company's marketing strategy.

Abstract

Tourism Marketing Strategy Through Instagram (Case Study of Blitar Chocolate Village). This type of research uses primary data and secondary data using qualitative research. The number of informants in this study amounted to 13 people (managers, employees, parking attendants, traders and visitors). Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews (interviews), and observations (observations), directly from respondents who were selected as samples. Based on the results obtained using qualitative analysis, it can be concluded in this study that the reasons why currently switching ways from conventional methods to Instagram marketing are, firstly because of technological advances, consumers are more inclined to use Instagram social media, secondly by using social media marketing in particular. Instagram can reduce prices in marketing financing, thirdly by utilizing influencers to further improve marketing on Instagram, and have a positive impact on the progress of Chocolate Village, lastly, the role of the variable place in the marketing mix can make visitors come back to Chocolate Village because Chocolate Village provides and presents an attractive place atmosphere for consumers and the price is also in accordance with the consumer's pocket. With advances in technology and promotional strategies can immediately move the hearts of consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation of macroeconomic variables such as inflatin, interest rates, and the rupiah exchange rate with stock prices. Quantitative methods and purposive sampling techniques were adopted in this study. A total of 36 data as samples were taken using library and document methods. Multiple linear regression analysis was tested using software eviews 12. The results of the test and analysis both partially and simultaneously are: (1) the inflation variabel has no effect on stock prices, (2) the interest rate variabel has an effect on stock prices, (3) the exchange rate variable has an effect on stock prices, (4) variables of inflation, interest rates, and the rupiah exchange arte simultaneously affect stock prices.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has potential in developing the halal industry. In the State of The Global Islamic Report 2021, Indonesia is in the position of the fourth ranked country in the world. However, in all sectors of the halal industry, Indonesia has not been able to achieve first place. By looking at their distinctive competence, the halal industry in Indonesia can be optimized. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach, namely by examining phenomena based on existing data, to be analyzed and interpreted in order to obtain a comprehensive picture of the phenomenon. The results of this study are, Indonesia has distinctive competence in the form of, the number of Indonesian population who are predominantly Muslim, strong regulations that support the halal industry, a variety of cultures and local wisdom, as well as the development of digital technology owned. From this, strategic steps can be drawn up in the form of accelerating the halal certification process in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors, fulfilling the basic needs of Muslim tourists in various tourism places, and involving related parties in increasing socialization and education in the Islamic finance industry sector.

Abstract

The accounting treatment of agricultural businesses should be in accordance with the reference to PSAK No. 69 on accounting for biological assets in agriculture. This paper aims to analyze comparatively PSAK No. 69 on UD. Barokah and UD. Makmur regarding the accounting treatment of biological assets using a qualitative approach and the type of case study. The results of the study are 1. The similarities between the two research objects are a) Standard financial reports for broilers by recording financial reports periodically every harvest (35 days). Biological assets come from outsiders by buying biological assets for maintenance and then selling them. Biological assets are measured by how much DOC yields and minus maintenance costs. The financial statements disclose the gains and losses for the current period. b). Broiler financial report standard UD. Barokah and UD. prosperous in accordance with PSAK 69, namely the statement of fixed assets is always recorded in each accounting period. Biological assets come from breeds not purchases. Agricultural assets are recognized by purchase or from crossbreeds from past events. Biological assets are measured at initial recognition and at the end of each reporting period at fair value less costs to sell. The presentation of biological assets in the financial statements is grouped under non-current assets. 2. Analysis of differences in recording biological assets of broiler chicken farms UD. Barokah and UD. Prosperity lies in the placement of the account. Financial reporting standards used by UD. Barokah is still simple and there are financial reports that have not applied applicable accounting standards. UD. Barokah does not record biological assets that have been classified in PSAK No. 69 (paragraph 43). The implication of this research is that the skill of recording financial statements is improved, in accordance with PSAK No. 69).
