<![CDATA[Therapeutic communication is communication that has the aim of healing. Down syndrome is a chromosomal abnormality that is inherited from birth. This research aims to determine the process of therapeutic communication, therapeutic communication techniques and barriers to therapeutic communication carried out by parents in shaping the positive character of children with Down syndrome in Kenegerian Teluk Kuantan. The phenomenon raised began with observations made by researchers. This interest arose because of the differences in positive characteristics possessed by Down syndrome children in Kenegerian Teluk Kuantan. The differences in the positive characteristics of children with Down syndrome in Kenegerian Teluk Kuantan, Riau, are a unique and interesting phenomenon to study. Differences in age and parenting patterns of Down syndrome children in Kenegerian Teluk Kuantan can shape the character they have. The similarities they have make them unique. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The subjects of this research were 12 people, namely children with Down syndrome, parents or guardians and neighbors around where the children with Down syndrome lived in Kenegerian Teluk Kuantan. Taking place in Kenegerian Teluk Kuantan, Riau. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation. This research lasted 7 months starting from September 2022 to February 2023. The results of this research show that therapeutic communication carried out by parents can shape the positive character of children with Down syndrome in terms of their independence. The independence of Down syndrome children in Kenegerian Teluk Kuantan includes politeness towards others, such as being able to say sorry, thank you and please. Independence in taking care of yourself, such as being able to shower yourself, iron your own clothes, wash your own clothes. Can treat others well. Smartphones are the best friends for children with Down syndrome in Kenegerian Teluk Kuantan, Riau. Parenting styles play an important role in the development of children with Down syndrome. The development of Down syndrome children also makes the age difference a benchmark for the independence of Down syndrome children in Kenegerian Teluk Kuantan.]]>

<![CDATA[Todays, technology is also widely used in various fields for various needs. Based on data from. Various sectors, such as education, business, tourism, to the agricultural sector, widely use websites. There are various implementations or applications of technological developments in agriculture, one of which is the application of calculating an agricultural product in Kerinci experienced ups and downs due to less stable weather conditions. Calculations in determining an agricultural product can use several calculation methods, one of which is the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. Tsukamoto's fuzzy method is an extension of monotone reasoning. In Tsukamoto's method, every consequence has a rule in the form of IF-THEN that must be represented in a fuzzy set with a monotone arrangement function. So this requires a system that can produce predictions in tea production in Kerinci tea plantations to meet market needs. The solution offered is a production prediction system in Kerinci plantations using the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. The prediction results obtained in this study were a 36% increase in tea sales production.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to describe the dual face of digital transformation. On the one hand, the communication and information technology revolution which has now reached the digitalization stage makes it very easy for humans to communicate and carry out their work. However, on the other hand, this progress also brings problems to humanity. By applying critical analytical studies, this research finds that the problems caused by the technological revolution are not only related to negative impacts as a consequence of the limitations and misuse of the technology, but are also related to more systemic impacts. Digital transformation has been inevitably connected to the capitalist system and the way how market works, which in practice makes the majority of humanity mere objects of exploitation and alienation. Recognizing this serious problem, this research also recommends that the ongoing technological revolution be addressed more critically and wisely.]]>

<![CDATA[MikroTik RouterOS is a Linux-based operating system that is intended as a network router. Designed to suit all users. MAC address-based authentication systems may not be able to cope with the significant growth in the number of users. Using different system in a hotspot network can provide additional security advantages. By replacing the MAC address authentication method with a different system, access risks can be reduced to improve overall network security. After the hotspot network with the voucher system is running well, the Company can develop further by adding additional features or services according to the needs of the company. This development can improve security or increase network capacity to accommodate companies. Replacing the system with a Hotspot Voucher system using Mikrotik will increase flexibility, management, and access control in a hotspot network using Mikrotik Router devices, Switches, UTP Cables, and Access points. From the specifications above, Mikrotik is quite suitable for hotspot vouchers with a voucher system to provide flexibility in managing user access. Previously used MAC address-based authentication was difficult to manage and inflexible. With a different system, setting up and managing access becomes more efficient and can be done more easily. Hotspot voucher configuration with a limit of 5 Mbps Download and 5 Mbps Upload. MAC address system can be overcome with a hotspot voucher system. Enterprises can handle significant user growth without compromising access control.]]>

<![CDATA[The slow speed of internet access is often a problem that most users of computer network services complain about because there are no restrictions or efficient bandwidth management. Bandwidth management is a concept in which several computers in an office or office environment can be connected to each other and share data and information in accessing the internet. In the application of bandwidth management with the simple queues method for optimizing computer network security systems on proxy routers, it is proven to be able to solve problems that are often complained of by most users of computer network services that are located in terms of availability, reliability, stability, performance stability and can provide protection to prevent unauthorized access or minimize attacks coming through the network against owned resources. It is often found that the process of accessing data communications and information for each user connected to the network feels slow, this is due to the existing bandwidth capacity being insufficient. Mikrotik is an operating system that is capable of turning a computer into a network router or often called a PC router. The operating system includes a full range of features for wireline and wireless, one of which is bandwidth management. With an upload bandwidth of 50 Mbps and a download of 50 Mbps, a bandwidth management of 2 Mbps, 5 Mbps, 10 Mbps and 15 Mbps.]]>

<![CDATA[The results that Niniak Mamak’s persuasive and coercive communication with sasuku’s married nephew (Case Study of the payobada Jorong Lakuak Dama Nagari Tanjung Haro Sikabu Kabu Padang Panjang Subdistrict, Luak District, Fifty Cities District), can be proven by the association conducted by Niniak Mamak to niece’s child, then Niniak Mamak communicated with her nephew regarding customs including the custom of prohibiting sasuku marriage for nephew’s children and mamak also conveyed what sanctions or punismants would be given to her nephew’s children if there was a nephew’s child who violated the prohibition against sasuku marriage. In addition, Niniak Mamak also appealed to her nephew’s children to comply with the cutomary rules set by Niniak Mamak in the Nagari For the good of the nephew’s children in the Nagari.]]>

One aspect that has a significant impact on the learning process is student attendance management. Traditionally, recording student attendance is done manually by using a physical attendance list that must be filled in by students and signed by lecturers. Although it has been used for a long time, this method has a number of limitations that need to be overcome. In the rapidly evolving digital era, we have access to technology that can simplify and improve student attendance management. The use of information technology can provide a more efficient, accurate, and practical solution in recording student attendance. The app was developed using MIT App Inventor, a platform that makes it easy for users to create Android apps without in-depth programming knowledge.]]>

<![CDATA[Culapculip is a YouTube account founded by Cak Sugik, which contains Islamic teachings. In today's modern era, many people think that preaching is only from pulpit to pulpit. Even though with the sophistication of technology, nowadays preaching can be done anywhere and only need to post it on social media, for example YouTube. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection is done by observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research, the content of da'wah messages on the YouTube video @culapculip for the period August 2021 resulted in findings, as much as two video included the aspect of faith, where in this aspect the da'wah video was more inclined to discuss belief in Allah SWT and the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Then, as much as 8 video goes into sharia aspects, in this aspect it is more likely to discuss worship performed to Allah SWT. Furthermore, the two videos go into the moral aspect, which in this aspect is more likely to discuss a person's behavior and actions.]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon of climate change often occurs in certain seasons, causing cyclical changes in climate conditions in an area. Climate change causes the biggest impact is global warming which causes ice and icebergs in polar regions to melt. In addition, this phenomenon also causes storms, extreme weather and changes in rainfall patterns. Through the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency always provides information related to authentic weather forecasts through a series of public communication activities through @infobmkg Instagram posts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the content of public communication related to weather forecasts through @infobmkg Instagram posts. The research method uses a content analysis approach to describe the content of posts by analyzing them. The results of the study show that BMKG actively posts weather forecast information that is useful for the community. The information received by the community can be used as a reference for indoor or outdoor activities and always be alert to potential storms caused by bad weather.]]>
