Abstract

The application of the Smart Village concept involves many stakeholders and policies that accommodate all interests in the region. The development of tourist attractions in the village of Pleret is still not maximal because the priorities are not yet directed. This study will develop a computer-based system to support the analysis of priority tourism potential. The method of data collection uses questionnaires to obtain data sampling of several tourist objects. The analysis was carried out using the SMART method based on the criteria for the Community-Based Tourism approach. Based on the stages of the research that have been carried out and the results of system testing it can be concluded that, the developed system can be used to analyze tourism potential. The use of SMART method can determine the final result in the form of feasibility ranking based on the criteria value of an object. System testing shows that manual calculations and system calculations are the same, so that the system developed successfully and validly in analyzing input data and can be used as a tool to evaluate the potential of tourism objects.

Abstract

Rumah Susun Sederhana Sewa atau biasa disebut Rusunawa dibangun dengan menggunakan dana Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Pemerintah Daerah. Dengan fungsi utamanya sebagai hunian dalam membantu masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah untuk mendapatkan hunian layak yang terjangkau. Penghasilan dari pembayaran sewa tersebut adalah sebagai retribusi yang akan menjadi salah satu sumber pendapatan daerah. Penggunaan e-money akan memberikan sejumlah manfaat dibandingkan dengan menggunakan uang tunai. Metode pembayaran dengan e-money dinilai lebih memberikan keuntungan kenyamanan, keamanan serta mengurangi kecurangan. Penerapan pembayaran non tunai dalam pengelolaan penerimaan retribusi Rusunawa akan memberi keuntungan bagi pengguna sistem, baik dari penghuni rusun dan pemiliknya dalam hal ini Pemda D.I Yogyakarta. Disisi pemilik akan mendapat tambahan manfaat untuk untuk peningkatan kualitas sistem dan tata kelola pendapatan daerah. Penerapan sistem pembayaran non tunai dengan metode e-money meningkatkan transparasi dan akuntabilitas sebagai salah satu pilar pelaksanaan good governance terkait dengan pelayanan dan peningkatan tata kelola pemerintahan. Dimana akan memberi transparansi tentang aliran retribusi daerah yang akan meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat kepada pemerintah sehingga akan memotivasi mereka agar semakin taat dalam pembayaran retribusi.

Lecturers are both professional educators and researchers whose main tasks are transforming, developing and spreading knowledge, technology, and arts through education, research, and community service. This research produces a decision support system that can be used to determine the competence of lecturers at a tertiary institution. The use of Promethee as a multi-criteria analysis method is very helpful in determining the ranking of lecturer competencies implemented. Pedagogic competencies, 2. Professional competencies, 3. Abstract

The Government of the Department of Agriculture and Food / Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan (Distapang) of Kebumen Regency has utilized information technology to register livestock and provide identity cards to livestock with the Livestock Card Database System. With this system, Distapang Kebumen can quickly find out the livestock population and household of farmers. Kebumen Regency is one of the best cattle breeding areas at the national level, namely for PO cattle. Therefore, the Agriculture and Food Service Office of Kebumen Regency provides a Breeding Certificate /Surat Keterangan Layak Bibit (SKLB) for livestock. SKLB will increase trust and satisfaction of livestock breed users, and will certainly increase the price of livestock. To make SKLB, Distapang uses the help of the SKLB Recording and Printing System ... Unfortunately, between the Livestock Card Database System and the SKLB Recording and Printing System is not integrated, so there is one job carried out by two officers, namely livestock data collection. Data on making livestock cards comes from forms filled out by data officers in the village area from livestock, while data recording comes from recording officers from members of the herd group / designated officers. The output of this research is in the form of an Android-based recording application prototype design, which is integrated with the Livestock Card Database System as an Identification System, and the SKLB Recording and Printing System as a System for Animal Certification

Abstract

Al Munawwir Islamic Boarding School, Nurussalam Complex, is still considered a non- modern cottage, all types of calculation, inputting, analysis can still be said to have not been a computerized system. So to realize a modern boarding school there must be a system that can change the work to be more practical, easy, fast and correct. The Al Munawwir Islamic Boarding School Nurussalam Complex holds an Exemplary Santri Election every year. Because the existence of a model student santri election was made to produce inaccurate data, because all data retrieved was not based on a correct data. The results of the research conducted is the application program for the Santri Decision Support System modeled by the AHP Method. This Decision Support System Application is based on PHP. The application of this Decision Support System is only for helpers to make more accurate and accurate model student examples with data taken correctly

Abstract

The increase has also been influenced by the discovery of a number of new tourist attractions and maritime tours that are especially enjoyed by foreign tourists (diving and snorkeling). The location of the tourist attractions are not in one place but spread in several places with a considerable distance. If the vacation is only for one day, then the tourists must be able to choose attractions that line between the departing lane and the return lane so that it is more efficient. The data to be used in this study are internal and external data, alternatives that will be compared are a number of tourist sites with several criteria to be used. The method for processing data to be used is one of the methods in the Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM), the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (Topsis) Method. This method is used to find weighted sums and performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes. Research methods carried out starting from literature studies, interviews, data analysis to be used, data processing with the method of Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (Topsis). The research is done in order to enable the tourists to determine the choice of tourist attractions that will be visited during their vacation on the island of Nusa Penida more easily. Based on the criteria and alternatives used, the study has resulted in having Angel Bilabong as the most visited tourist attraction with a total preference value of 0.6767285.

Abstract

Laundry business is quite a lot to bring profit, became main attraction of every person to open this business. Needed innovation in order to improve the service can make customer did not move to another. An example is laundry pickup service optimization where each customer has reserved time to deliver and receive their order. Calculation the fastest route is most important part in serving all customers. Another things is traveling salesman problem (TSP) which goal is to choose the shortest path. In this case, the precise arrival time each customer must be considered. The best solution to the problem is achieved by combining chromosomes(solutions) to produce new chromosome using genetic algorithms(Selection, Crossover and Mutation). Looking for the best solution used several combination of crossover and mutation and size, including population size and generation size. From the test result obtained an optimal value is 2000 with the best crossover and mutation probability is 0,4 and 0,6. From parameter value that can give solutions to serve customers with a time window.

This method is used to find weighted sums and performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes. Research methods carried out starting from literature studies, interviews, data analysis to be used, data processing with the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The research is done in order to enable the tourists to determine the choice of tourist attractions that will be visited during their vacation on the island of Nusa Penida more easily. Based on the criteria and alternatives used, the study has resulted in having Cystal Bay as the most visited tourist attraction with a total preference value of 2.9200.

Abstract

Members of the Amikom HMIF Organizational Committee then have the authority to carry out their vision and mission or main objectives at Amikom Yogyakarta University, one of which is the implementation of recruitment and placement according to requirements and procedures that have been determined by the Chairperson and other authorized members according to the needs of the formation in each organizational unit or body. Many cases have been found that the selection of members from the same year and during the interview. In the case of the initial C4.5 algorithm, in determining whether or not candidates are eligible to use graduation parameters, namely oral and written interviews, enthusiasm and achievement in organization in the history of education that has been followed. Data mining benefits can be implemented in data parts that contain data in large quantities. The technique used in data mining is a decision tree with a C45 decision tree. The results of the study used 80 data from prospective members who had registered. Producing experimental and evaluation results that C4.5 decision tree algorithm is accurate in determining whether or not prospective members pass.

Abstract

The need for human interaction with computers today does not only use a keyboard or mouse, but has used other devices such as touch screens. However, the interaction still uses touch between the device and the user. Interaction without using touch or direct interaction is still not widely used. Like the use of a camera as an interaction tool, it is still very rarely used. The solution offered is to make a system modeling that is able to detect patterns of hand movements with the camera. The detection results can then be used as controls or as a trigger instrument for a process.
