Abstract

Teacher soft skills are inter-personal and intra-personal skills in a teacher who can develop and maximize their performance in building relationships, teamwork, decision making, initiative, and communication so that these soft skills can shape the spiritual intelligence of students at school. This study aimed to determine the implementation of the teacher's soft skills in shaping students' spiritual intelligence. This study uses a qualitative approach and the type of research is descriptive. Researchers used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation in collecting data. Data is analyzed in several steps; reducing data, presenting data, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the soft skills of Arabic language teachers in shaping the spiritual intelligence of students is carried out in several ways: a) Instilling religious values through integrative learning such as Arabic language subjects are integrated with Civics or civics subjects, b) Building harmonious communication such as communicating in polite, gentle, not harsh and harsh language, c) Establishing cooperation with all school members with the aim of producing output that is pious, noble, intelligent and skilled, d) Establishing cooperation with parents of students such as involving students to practice directly with learning study objects such as the practice of prayer, zakat, pilgrimage, distribution of inheritance, practicing the noble qualities of the companions of the Prophet, and other Islamic figures who have loyalty to Islam, e) Exemplary Approach, f) Strengthening through habituation is like getting used to planting and religious values in oneself and students, so as to maximize the spiritual intelligence of students, the hearts and feelings of students directly.

Abstract

The quality of human resources is closely related to the quality of education, from basic education to higher education. The pace of development of science and technology today has had a huge influence or impact on the field of education and teaching. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Problem-Based Instruction (PBI) learning model in improving student learning outcomes in class 3 economics subjects at SMPN 2 Jerowaru. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The research design used was a non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group. The population in this study were all 3rd grade students at SMPN 2 Jerowaru, totaling 2 classes, namely class III1, and III2. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling, and those selected as samples were class III2 as the experimental class and III1 as the control class. Meanwhile, the data analysis test was carried out using the chi-square data normality test, and the data homogeneity test using the Bartlet test, while the hypothesis testing technique used was parametric statistical analysis, namely the t-test. After data analysis was carried out, the average value of the experimental group was obtained. 73.83 and the control group 57.83. This means that the use of the Problem-Based Instruction Model can improve the quality of solving the questions given, while from the results of hypothesis testing it is obtained ???? ℎi???????????? g > ???? ????????????????????, namely 20.21 > 1.6948. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted (Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted), meaning that the problem-based instruction learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes in class 3 economics subjects at SMPN 2 Jerowaru.

This research aims to determine the implementation of management in business entities owned by Tanjung Luar Village to increase the village's original income and also to what extent these business entities owned by Tanjung Luar Village play a role in increasing the village's original income. In research this, the researcher used method qualitative with method descriptive as well as analysis. Next, the data is taken with technique data collection via observation, interviews, and documentation that the subject study researcher is the head of Tanjung Luar village, chairman of BUMDes, and related people with BUMDes Tanjung Luar village. From the results of the research obtained, implementation management in Tanjung Luar village does not walk with Good so the impact role of BUMDes in adding income original village is no good. Abstract

Research objectives This is to know the planning, implementation, and factors obstacle management head village in increasing performance device village in Keruak Village Office Village. Type of research This is a study qualitative descriptive. location study This was done in the Keruak Village Office. The method used in data collection viz Filed research ( study field ) and library research ( study library ). Collection technique with the use of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study are a) planning management head village to increase performance device village namely (1) Doing Socialization to device village to increase performance (2) Interweaving communication with Village Apparatus, (3) Building cooperation between head villages and devices village, (4) and so on. b) implementation management head village in increase performance device village held by planning that has been done set. c) Inhibiting factors implementation Management Village Head in increase performance device village. Abstract

Study aim: 1) role library as a center source of Study for society, 2) to know strategic management in management and development of library village Narrow. Type of research this is a study with a method of descriptive analysis, researcher data collection uses method observation, interviews, and documentation. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between library facilities and infrastructure on the learning motivation of students of class VII in MTs. NW Sepit Keruak District, East Lombok Regency. The research design used in this study is the correlational method, because of the variables to be examined about and the purpose of presenting a picture of the relationship between the variables studied. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaire, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, and correlation tests. The results of the calculation of the validity of the instrument using the SPSS product moment formula obtained the r count results in the Extraction column which is for sarpras with the results of item 1 = 0.341, as well as the motivation for item 1 = 0. 442, and r Table for N = 42 with a significance level of 5% is 0.304, Tables items 5 and 8 are invalid whether it is the result of motivation or motivation. While the reliability test results used Cronbach Alpha by 0.751 while the learning motivation of 0, 800. A variable is said to be reliable if it gives a Cronbach Alpha value greater than 0.60. Based on the results of research and data analysis conducted, the values obtained for the hypothesis testing using SPSS obtained values for the variable X namely r count = 0.807 with a significance level of 5% (2-tailed) = 0,000> r table = 0.304. While the correlation test results were obtained, it is known that the value of r = 807. That is, which means the relationship between variable X and Y is 0.807. Types of research This is an experiment with Quasi-Experimental approaches and types of design Group Control pre-test post-est Pair. Study this located at SMP Negeri 1 Suralaga Where the population is all student class VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Suralaga school totaling 237 students and samples that is A total of 78 were taken in a way lottery that is class VIII as class control as many as 39 students and class VIII b as class Experiment as many as 39 students. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test carried out There are enhancement results Study after treatment using the visible word square model from an average score of participants educate class pre-test experiment 51.514 and post-test 76.54 with completeness studied 26 students on the KKM value is 71, the remaining 13 are below KKM value meanwhile an average score of participants educate For group pre-test control 41.92 and post-test 74.74 with completeness study 20 students on the KKM value is 71, the remaining 19 are below KKM value. Abstract

Education is one activity that is universal in the life of humans, anywhere There is society, there is also education. Many countries recognize that problem education Is a complicated issue, however, everything feels that education is the State's very duty petting, a nation that wants to progress, build, and try to improve circumstances in society and the world, of course, the state that education is key, and without key business, they will fail. This research is a type of experiment that aims to determine the effect of using an integrated learning model on student learning achievement. Subject study This is student Class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Jerowaru, totaling 68, were selected sample. Class experiment 35 people and classes control 33 people. Data collection techniques use observation and tests. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests using the t-test formula. Abstract

Education is defined as a business consciously done by humans to increase the quality of self so that capable people build themselves, their religion, their nation, and their country. More specifically, education is business conscious and planned for realizing atmosphere learning and the learning process for participants educate in a way active develop potency himself for own religious spiritual power, control self, personality, intelligence, morals noble, as well necessary skills himself, society, nation, and state. Study This aims to know the application of the Learning Model Cooperative Group Investigation (GI) in Improving Performance Study Student Class VII of Keruak 1 Public Middle School. The type of research used is study action class (PTK). The data obtained from activity observation from every cycle was analyzed in a way descriptive with the use of technique percentage to see a trend that occurs in the learning process. Subject study this is student Class VII of SMPN 1 Keruak, totaling 30 people. The research results obtained from cycle I ie 18 students completed, and no 12 people completed. The average activity score of 10.37 students was categorized as Enough active, complete Study obtained 60% with an average score of 63.83 with amount 18 students completed. In cycle II the average activity for students was 12.33 with the category active whereas the completeness Study by 90% with amount 27 students completed. From the results data analysis can concluded that the application of learning models Group Investigation (GI) can increase the performance of Study Student Class VII at SMPN 1 Keruak.
