Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of increasing student learning motivation by using audiovisual media in learning arts and culture and skills at SMP Negeri 1 Bilah Hulu, Labuhan Batu Regency. The data collection technique used was carrying out a pretest and posttest and observation using the classroom action research method. The results of the research showed that in cycle I, student learning motivation was at a percentage of 46.6% with a medium category range, then after improvements were made, student motivation increased in cycle II with a percentage of 100% with a very high category range. Followed by the results of teacher observations in cycle I with a percentage of 70.7% in the good category, then in cycle II it increased to 89.5% in the very good category. Then the results of student observations in cycle I were 57%, then in cycle II it increased to 89.2 in the very good category. Based on the research results and data analysis above, it can be concluded that the application of the use of audiovisual media can increase the learning motivation of class IX1 students in SBDK subjects. Increasing student learning motivation by using audiovisual media can be declared successful.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to produce image media which is based on the expectations of PAK teachers regarding the importance of image media in the material I am God's Creation in learning PAK and Characteristics for grade 1 elementary school. The research uses a development approach (research and development) which aims to produce image media products that are effective for use in Christian Religious Education learning with the material I am God's Creation for grade I elementary school. The research location is a State Elementary School in Sipoholon District, North Tapanuli Regency. The research was carried out from August to September 2023. Development steps using the ADDIE model. From the research results it is known: 1) Analysis, results of questionnaire answers by ten teachers that 88.33% require the development of image media that makes it easier for teachers to teach and attract students' attention to learning material I am God's creation. 2) Design, a) Making drawings of body parts and body function. b) Determination of learning materials. I am God's creation from the book of Genesis 1:27. c) Reviewing material in images according to the 2013 curriculum. 3) Development of a validator for media validation in image media has been improved and is suitable for use in field trials. 4) Implementation, the result is that 78% of grade I elementary school teachers in Sipoholon District strongly agree that the content of the material and the quality of the media in the material images I am God's Creation are good and can be used effectively in learning. 5) Evaluation, spiritual assessment of students is known to have achieved 97.97%, social assessment of students is known to have achieved 97.12%, cognitive and spicomotor assessments can be known directly from students' answers and abilities to questions given by the Christian Religious Education teacher after being taught the material I am a creation God uses image media and has shown results in the very good category, which means that through learning using image media, students are able to be grateful for God's creation within themselves and will try to use their body parts to carry out good activities and glorify God in their daily lives.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the picture and picture learning model on the active learning of Christian Religious Education for class VI students at SD Negeri 030399, Silima Pungga Pungga District, Dairi Regency, Academic Year 2023/2024. Thesis of the Christian Religious Education Study Program with the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between the picture and picture learning model on the active learning of Christian Religious Education for class VI students at SD Negeri 030399, Silima Pungga Pungga District, Dairi Regency, Academic Year 2023/2024. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods with a population as well as a research sample of 35 people. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire and was tested on 32 students at SD Negeri 030388 Parongil with a validity test of rcount > rable, namely 0.396 to 0.718 > 0.349, this shows that the entire questionnaire is valid and the reliability test r11 0.874 (0.800 – 1.000) is in the very category strong means the questionnaire is valid and reliable and can be used as a research instrument. From the results of the data analysis, it was obtained that the correlation coefficient (rxy) was 0.396 > 0.334 in a positive direction, meaning that there was a positive relationship between the Picture and Picture Learning Model and the Learning Activeness of Christian Religious Education for Class VI Students at State Elementary School 030399, Silima Pungga Pungga District, Dairi Regency, Academic Year 2023/ 2024. Thus it is concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of collage games on creativity in children aged 5-6 years at the GKPI Tarutung City Kindergarten. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative research method. The population is all GKPI Tarutung City Kindergarten children for the 2022-2023 academic year, totaling 130 people and a sample of 25 people was determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using 13 positive closed observation items. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of collage games on creativity in children aged 5-6 years at GKPI Tarutung City Kindergarten: 1) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by rxy = 0.613 > rtable(=0.05, n=25) = 0.396, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable 2.069, thus there is a significant relationship between variable 0.67X. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to apply Christian education to the moral intelligence of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD SOS HKBP Sitabobo. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources in this research are school principals and teaching staff. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, documentation and interviews. And then the data analysis technique is carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that there is an instillation of moral values ​​and Christian values ​​carried out by teachers in children aged 5-6 years at PAUD SOS HKBP Sitabota, starting from daily habits such as disciplinary time, greetings and greetings, teaching respecting each other's differences of opinion, teaching each other to love each other, teaching politeness to parents and other people, teaching an attitude of helping each other, and teaching children how to worship well, pray, sing and introduce themselves to God's creation. And when the teacher introduces good manners, or a helpful attitude, the teacher not only gives advice or orders, but also concrete examples. From the habits that teachers have taught to children, researchers see that not all children obey the rules or habits that have been taught by their teachers. And researchers also see that children are slowly starting to follow the rules or habits taught by their teachers at every meeting or every day. So the results of the research show that the morals of children at PAUD SOS HKBP Sitabobo have developed a lot.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of applying the demonstration method on the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education & Character Education in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 academic year.This research uses a Posttest-Only Control type experimental method. The population is the entire class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 160 people. The sample was determined using a technique taken deliberately (purposive sampling) with the specified conditions that the learning material being experimented with was in that class, namely 32 students in class VIII-C as the experimental class and 32 students in VIII-E as the control class. The research instrument used a 27 item test. The t test used is the Separated Variance t test according to the test analysis requirements, namely n1=n2 and the variance of the two sample groups is homogeneous. The results of hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount= 13.9 > ttable (a=0.05; dk=n1+n2-2=62) = ttable 1.669, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This research concludes that the learning outcomes of students' Christian Religion & Character Education taught using the demonstration method are higher than those taught using the lecture method in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Storytelling method on improving the speaking ability of children aged 5-6 years at TK Pembina HKBP Tarutung. The background of this research is the low speaking ability of children in HKBP Tarutung Pembina Kindergarten. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method of ipre-experimental idesign type, namely iOne iShot iCase iStudy. The population was all children aged 5-6 years at TK Pembina HKBP Tarutung which amounted to 94 people and a sample of 30 children was determined with nonprobability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data were collected with 30 positive closed questionnaire items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of the Storytelling method on improving the speaking ability of children aged 5-6 years at TK Pembina HKBP Tarutung: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.489 > rtable (a=0.05, n=30) = 0.361 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) significant relationship test obtained tcount = 2.968 > ttable (a=0.05, dk=n-2=28) = 2.048 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. c) regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 23.9%. 2) Effect test: Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂="23", "08"+0.48X. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the principal's situational leadership on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The method used in this research is an inferential quantitative method. The population is all teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong, North Tapanuli Regency in 2023, totaling 83 people and this research is a population study. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 30 items. The results of the data analysis show that there is an influence of the principal's situational leadership on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test the positive influence obtained by the value rxy = 0.488 > rtable(=0.05,n=83 ) = 0.213, thus it is known that there is a positive influence between variable significant relationship between variable b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 23.8%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable, namely 25.353 > 4.00. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the positive and significant relationship between the Portfolio Based Learning Model and the Learning Activeness of Christian Religious Education of class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative research method. The population was all students of class The instrument for this research is a closed questionnaire. From the results of the positive relationship test calculations, the rcount value rcount=0.707> rtable=0.297(α=0.05, IK=95% N=50) thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between the portfolio-based learning model and active learning in education. Christian Religion and the results of the t test show the value and tcount=6.919> ttable (α=0.05, dk=n-2=48)=1.677, thus there is a significant relationship between the portfolio-based learning model and active learning in Christian Religious Education. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The research concluded that there was a positive and significant relationship between the portfolio learning model and the learning activity of Christian Religious Education for class

Abstract

One activity that can improve children's fine motor skills is cutting. The scissor activity aims to train eye coordination and hand muscles as well as concentration. Cutting can be a child's initial preparation stage for writing, especially when holding a pencil. The cutting activity is one of the stimuli that can be developed by educators in developing children's motor skills, especially children's fine motor skills. Children will be able to coordinate their eye senses and hand activities through cutting activities. The aim of this research is to determine the significant influence of paper cutting activities on the fine motor skills of group A at GKPI Tarutung City Kindergarten. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive research method. The population is all group A children in the GKPI Tarutung City Kindergarten, totaling 20 people. The improvement in children's fine motor skills can be seen from the children's accuracy in the indicators for variables paper on fine motor skills of group A children at GKPI Tarutung City Kindergarten = 36.5%. Thus, Ha, that is, there is a significant influence of paper cutting activities on the fine motor skills of group A at GKPI Tarutung City Kindergarten, is accepted and H0 is rejected.
