Abstract

Poverty is defined as being trapped in a series of difficult situations that make it difficult to survive and meet the general standards of society. During the last decade, poverty has become a serious discussion both nationally and internationally. In the Province of Bali itself, poverty is something that is classified as a relatively classic problem. In general, the poverty rate in Bali Province has fluctuated both in terms of numbers and percentages. Therefore, this study was to analyze the effect of minimum wages, human development identification and open unemployment on the amount of poverty in Bali Province with the vulnerable years used from 2012 to 2021. The data source in this study is secondary data obtained from The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for the Province of Bali and the UNTAB Library. The data analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption test method, the coefficient of multiple determination, multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The results of the study show that the minimum wage has a partially significant and negative effect on poverty in the Province of Bali. The Human Development Index has a partial and significant negative effect on poverty in the Province of Bali. Open unemployment has a positive and partially significant effect on poverty in the Province of Bali. Minimum wages, human development index and open unemployment have a positive and real effect simultaneously on poverty in Bali Province

Abstract

In the skincare sector, the consumer's decision to purchase plays a crucial role in a company's existence, particularly for Scarlett Whitening, as it directly affects profitability. The objective of this study is to examine the effects of brand image (X1), promotion (X2), and price perception (X3) as predictor variables on the purchase decisions (Y) made at Scarlett Whitening. This research adopts a quantitative research design based on surveys and employs an accidental sampling method, with a sample size of 100 individuals who have previously made purchases at Scarlett Whitening. Multiple regression analysis is employed to analyze the data acquired from the participants, and the primary data is directly gathered from the respondents. Research findings show that, independent variables affect purchase decision simultaneously at Scarlett Whitening. However, partially brand image, promotion and price perception affect significantly purchase decision at Scarlett Whitening.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, and location on customer satisfaction at I'am Geprek Bensu Restaurant. The sample of this study consisted of 100 respondents who were active customers of the restaurant. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that product quality, service quality, and location significantly affect customer satisfaction at I'am Geprek Bensu Restaurant. High product quality, including good taste, attractive presentation, and fresh raw materials, significantly influences customer satisfaction. In addition, good service quality, such as staff friendliness, responsiveness, and service efficiency, also contributes positively to customer satisfaction. These findings suggest that customers tend to feel more satisfied if they receive high-quality products and good service. Furthermore, the location of the restaurant also has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The strategic location, easy access, and adequate parking facilities provide comfort and convenience for customers to visit the restaurant. These findings suggest that choosing the right location can improve customer satisfaction and reinforce a restaurant's positive image. This research makes an important contribution to understanding the factors that influence customer satisfaction in the restaurant industry. The results of this study guide the management of I'am Geprek Bensu Restaurant to improve product quality, service quality, and choose a strategic location to increase customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the clarity of budget targets on the performance accountability of government agencies with the internal control system as a moderating variable. This study uses primary data from respondents through questionnaires distributed to 44 Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in Ambon, with a total of 132 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of simple regression analysis show that the clarity of budget targets has a significant effect on the performance accountability of government agencies, while the results of the MRA test show that the Internal Control System variable is not able to moderate the relationship between Clarity of Budget Targets and Performance Accountability of Government Agencies

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect between operational costs operating income and liquidity on return on assets. Either partially or simultaneously. The method of analysis used in this study is a statistical method in which the data source used is secondary data sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which this method is to determine the effect of operating expenses on operational income and liquidity on return on assets. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis by first testing classical assumptions, namely normality, multicollinearity, and heteroestensity and autocorrelation tests. The results of the data processing above show that variable X1, namely the operational cost of bopo operating income on return on assets with a significance level of 0.22, which is greater than 0.05, it can be said that variable X1 on y has no partial effect and for variable X2 liquidity with a significance value of 0.361 greater than 0.05, it can be concluded that variable X2 has no effect on variable y partially.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job placement, career development and individual capabilities on employee performance at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Maros Unit. The variables used are job placement, career development, individual capabilities, and performance. Data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Maros Unit. The type of research used is quantitative research. samples taken were 55 respondents with sampling techniques using simple random sampling or simple random samples. Sample calculation technique with the Slovin formula. The data analysis method used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, partial test (T-test), and simultaneous test (F test). all analysis methods are processed using the SPSS Version 26.0 software program. The results showed that partially the job placement variable had no effect and was significant to the employee performance variable, partially the career development variable had an effect and was significant to the employee performance variable, the individual capability variable had an effect and was significant to the employee performance variable. The results showed simultaneously that the variables of job placement, career development, and individual capabilities had a significant effect on team member performance variables

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the Effect of Understanding SAK EMKM and Readiness of MSME Actors on Interest in Implementing SAK EMKM. This study used quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Sampling technique using nonprobability sampling with accidental sampling. This study processed primary data obtained using questionnaires distributed to 73 MSME actors in Aru Islands Regency obtained using the Slovin technique. The tool used to analyze the relationship of variables in this study was SPSS V.25. The results of this study show that the Understanding of EMKM SAK and the Readiness of MSME Actors have a positive and significant effect on the Interest in the Implementation of EMKM SAK in the Aru Islands Regency consisting of micro and small enterprises

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variable Degree of Operating Leverage and Degree of Financial Leverage partially or simultaneously on Earning Per Share. The data used in the study are secondary data, the object used in this study is PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk for the period (2010-2019) which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, partially Degree of Operating Leverage has a negative and insignificant effect on Earning Per Share, and Degree of Financial Leverage has a positive and insignificant effect on Earning Per Share. The simultaneous test results show that the regression model can be used to predict Earning Per Share as evidenced by the significant value of the F test of 0.787> 0.05. The R-Square value of 0.066 indicates that the ability of the independent variables to explain the variation in the dependent variable is 6% and the remaining 94% is explained by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

The development of internet technology has marked the beginning of the industrial revolution era 5.0. In product marketing, the use of information technology allows consumers to know the product with a wider range. The ability to access information quickly and easily is a new opportunity for MSMEs. This study aims to understand marketing strategies that have been implemented appropriately through digital marketing and introduce Muslim fashion products widely. This research method is qualitative using a case study approach. Research results show that barokatuna stores tend to prefer to market products online because it can increase the number of sales. The most common strategy used in implementing digital marketing to market products is through social media such as reseller groups, e-commerce platforms such as shopee, and also through WhatsApp status.
