Abstract

The objectives to be achieved from this Classroom Action Research are: 1) To improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN Sukacai 2 in learning mathematics on the subject of mixed integer arithmetic operations. 2) To increase the learning activities of fifth grade students at SDN Sukacai 2 in learning mathematics with mixed integer arithmetic operations using the role playing simulation method. The form of the research used was collaborative research with the Classroom Action Research (PTK) model which consisted of two cycles and each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Processing and analysis of data obtained by means of a test, which is a technique to confirm findings during learning takes place, and the results are discussed with the school to obtain responses to the findings before drawing conclusions. The conclusions obtained indicate an improvement in student learning outcomes. This is indicated by the value of student activity starting from cycle I with a value of 1.75 and cycle II obtaining a value of 3.08, while student learning outcomes starting from pre-cycle 33.82 experience an increase in cycle I to 60.00, and in cycle II it increases to 88.00. In fact, the percentage of student learning completeness increased from 5.45% (pre-cycle) to 43.64% (cycle I), and increased to 90.91% (cycle II).

Abstract

The aim of the research is to explore the problems of SKI teachers and efforts to activate student learning as ideal role models, both in personal and social life. As for efforts to increase student achievement cannot be separated from the various factors that influence it. In this case, a creative teacher is needed who can make learning more interesting. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive approach, which is located at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul 'Amal Pusat Menes Pandeglang, Banten. Data collection techniques in research, namely interviews, document observation are used in data collection in order to obtain the required data in accordance with the research focus. The results of the discussion in the research are the problems of SKI learning experienced by students from the large amount of material and the way teachers teach them by using conventional methods and still not using technology in learning. In addition, the support of school principals in overcoming the problems of SKI learning is by providing supervision related to the use of learning methods, learning media and finding learning resources both physically and digitally.

Abstract

Mahar is part of Islamic teachings which is an integral part of a marriage. The dowry is set in the spirit of providing protection and placing women in a noble rank. One way to glorify and respect women in Islam is to give her a marriage dowry, the amount and/or amount of which is determined by agreement between the man and woman. This gift is a symbol of respect for the position of women. This paper is a qualitative writing with a descriptive approach, which aims to re-describe dowry using sociological and anthropological approaches. From literacy on marriage fiqh, it is known that there are still differences of opinion regarding dowry, especially with regard to the amount and amount. In this regard, a social approach is needed in the community to be able to provide minimum and maximum limits on the marriage dowry.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the core ethical values ​​of character education based on Islamic values. This research method uses the library research method, using the content analysis method in the form of descriptive-analytic, with sources consisting of articles, journals, and books related to the topic of writing. The results of this paper conclude that according to Aan Hasanah Islam is a conceptual framework in character education by understanding the concept of human beings who have physical, spiritual and interpretive elements, as well as the concept of Fitrah which prioritizes religious potential and tends to the truth. With these two concepts, character education that is developed is character education based on the development of a person's religious potential. By using a moral perspective in character education, Islam functions as a core ethical value, a core ethical value as a source of individual behavior. There are several core ethics that are derived as values ​​that can be taught through educational methodology.

Abstract

Islamic Shari'at emphasizes that wages are the right of people who have worked and are obliged to provide wages in a fair way and in accordance with what has been done. The aim of the research is to dig deeper into the wage system in terms of Islamic economics. This research uses a quantitative approach which is a method to test certain theories by examining the relationship between variables. The data collection technique used was through interviews, questionnaires which were carried out face-to-face and filled in directly by the informants. The wage system on employee performance has a system influence, namely: the statistical results of the t test, with a tcount value of 5.73 greater than the ttable of 1.684 with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05. Which means that there is influence on the wage system. Furthermore, the magnitude of the influence of the wage system on the performance of Dayat convection employees is: It can be seen from the results of the hypothesis test on the wage variable with a significant value of 0.360 So thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in Subjects to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. The method in this study used a type of qualitative research by taking the background of an Islamic Religion teacher. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum carried out by Islamic Religion education teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Mathla'ul Anwar Pusat Menes has been going well even though at the implementation level it has not been fully implemented because everything is a process which must run from the start. This can be seen in terms of planning, implementing, and evaluating learning that is in accordance with the principles of implementing the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

Lesson Study for Learning Community (LSLC) activities have the potential to encourage many parties to do their best in improving the quality of learning. LSLC activities based on Transcript Based Learning Analysis (TBLA) are a way to enable teachers to sharpen their learning lenses intensively and comprehensively from various perspectives. The problems studied were "how is the learning process through TBLA-based LSLC" and "what are the results of the analysis of the learning process for Student Center Learning (SCL) or Teacher Center Learning (TCL)?". The objectives of this research are: 1. To produce an analysis of the learning process whether learning activities are in the form of SCL or TCL learning based on TBLA through LSLC, 2. To help teachers and schools to improve the quality of learning. The method used is Action Research which includes the stages of Plan-Do-See-Making Transcripts-Analyzing. The instrument used is Lesson Study using learning transcripts. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are: (1). Planning has taken place by making Lesson Design together, opening classes for observation, and holding warm reflections, 2. Based on the results of the Analytical Transcript, it shows that the learning process is still dominated by the teacher (TCL) who tends to confirm student answers and repeat students' answers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors affect stock prices, especially the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). There are so many macroeconomic factors or variables that can affect stock prices, such as inflation, interest rates, the exchange rate of the Rupiah currency against dollar, GDP and many more. In this study, the factors taken by the researcher are the inflation rate and the interest rate. In other words, this study focuses on the effect of inflation and interest rates on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). Therefore, in this study, the determining variables or independent variables are the inflation rate and interest rates, while the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) acts as the dependent variable. In the scope of this study, data from inflation, interest rates and the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) are monthly data for the 2011-2015 period, respectively, which are taken from statistical data from the official websites of Bank Indonesia (BI), the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). This type of research is an empirical study and the data was obtained by documentation method from secondary data. In this study, data processing and analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis and panel analysis. Tests were carried out using the F test, T test, and also the R Square test. From these tests, it shows that inflation has no effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), while interest rates have an effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG

Abstract

The reason for the existence of pesantren is to transmit the products of traditional Islamic scholastic thought. This means that pesantren are genealogically tied to the culture and traditions of medieval Islamic thought. When the fortress of civilization of Islamic countries was in ruins, Indonesia still had the guardians of the fortress of civilization. They are scholars, students, Islamic boarding schools, madrasas, taklim assemblies, as well as organizations concerned with Islam. This article shows that the existence of pesantren as educational institutions shows the basis of Indonesian Islamic civilization.

Abstract

The process of learning in the classroom offline provides a lot of various variations that are used to convey teaching material or materials. So that in the learning process also uses a lot of various methods or media. Learning media is a means or tool used by teachers to deliver teaching material or materials to students. Audio-visual is one of the media that presents a picture that can be seen and heard which contains materials that will later become teaching materials when the learning process takes place besides that audio-visual media for learning can be made more varied and interesting. This type of research using quantitative experiments can be used to find the effect of certain treatment variables on other variables. Data collection is one of the important stages in research. Data collection is carried out to obtain the information needed in order to achieve research objectives. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, tests and documentation Based on the results of the research and discussion above, the researchers concluded that there was an influence of instructional video media on students' Civics learning motivation in class IV MIS Tarbiyatul Islamiyah. This is evidenced by the results of the posttest average value of the control class of 67.41 and the average value of the experimental class posttest of 70.72. The difference in motivation to learn PPKn is also proven based on the results of independent sample t-test calculations obtained a significance value of less than 0.05, namely 0.001 <0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, that is, there is an average posttest in the experimental class more than the control.
