Abstract

Emotional intelligence is an intelligence that must be possessed by every individual. By having emotional intelligence, a person is able to encourage himself and survive in the face of frustration, set moods, empathize, and pray. In addition, someone who has emotional intelligence will also be able to live a life oriented only to divinity, not desire. Emotional intelligence is carried out according to intelligence and spiritual intelligence. Spiritual intelligence can be obtained from Islamic education. In addition, Islamic education learning materials also contain teachings about emotional intelligence.

Abstract

EFFORTS TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES CONCERNING CHANGES IN THE PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF JIGSAW TYPE COOPERATIVE LEARNING IN CLASS VII B MTsN 2 GROBOGAN ACADEMIC YEAR 2018/2019. The aim of this research is to determine the increase in student learning outcomes after implementing the use of Jigsaw type cooperative learning in science learning. The type of research is classroom action research with the stages of each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection.The research subjects were 32 students in class VII B MTsN 2 Grobogan Semester II 2018/2019 academic year. Data collection techniques and tools use test and non-test techniques (observation and documentation). The data validation technique uses triangulation techniques. The data analysis method in this research uses qualitative data analysis. This is based on student learning outcomes in cycle II being better than in cycle I and initial learning. In the initial learning, only 10 students got a score of 75 (completed) or 31.2%, while those who got a score of 75 were 22 students or 68.8% (not completed), in the first cycle students who got a score of 75 (completed) There were only 11 students or 34.4%, while 21 students or 65.6% (not yet completed) got a score of 75, and in the second cycle, 24 students or 75% got a score of 75 (completed), and in the second cycle there were 24 students or 75% who got a score of 75. as many as 8 students or 25% (not yet completed). Student completion in cycle II experienced a significant increase. Students are starting to actively participate in lessons followed by teacher performance which is starting to improve so that it can influence student learning outcomes.Keywords: Learning outcomes, cooperative learning, type Jigsaw, science learning.AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah menerapkan penggunaan pembelajaran koorperatif tipe Jigsaw dalam pembelajaran IPA. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tahapan setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi.Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII B MTsN 2 Grobogan Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 sebanyak 32 orang siswa. Teknik dan alat pengumpulan data  menggunakan teknik tes dan non tes (observasi dan dokumentasi). Teknik validasi data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Metode analisis  data  dalam  penelitian  ini  menggunakan  analisis data kualitatif. Hal tersebut berdasarkan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus II lebih baik dari pada siklus I dan pembelajaran awal. Pada pembelajaran awal siswa yang mendapat nilai  75 (tuntas) hanya sebanyak 10 siswa atau 31,2% sedangkan yang memperoleh nilai 75 sebanyak 22 siswa atau 68,8% (belum tuntas), pada siklus I siswa yang mendapat nilai  75 (tuntas) hanya sebanyak 11 siswa atau 34.4% sedangkan yang memperoleh nilai 75 sebanyak 21 siswa atau 65,6% (belum tuntas), dan pada siklus II siswa yang mendapat nilai  75 (tuntas) sebanyak 24 siswa atau 75% sedangkan yang memperoleh nilai 75 sebanyak 8 siswa atau 25% (belum tuntas). Ketuntasan siswa pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Siswa mulai aktif dalam mengikuti pelajaran dengan diikuti kinerja guru yang mulai membaik sehingga dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Early childhood is characterized by spontaneous behavior, both in activities and interactions with others. Young children still require adults who can directly demonstrate and inform them about socially acceptable behavior. This study aims to analyze the influence of the “Saturday Character” program in shaping polite character among students at TPQ Nurun Ni’mah. The research adopted a descriptive study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The research was conducted at TPQ Nurun Ni’mah, involving participants consisting of students who participated in the Saturday Character program. Key informants included 8 educators an 45 students, while supplementary informants included the students’ parents. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The result of the study revealed that the cultivation of polite character through the “Saturday Character” program at TPQ Nurun Ni’mah proved to be effective in shaping polite behavior among students.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam pengembangan silabus dan RPP melalui kegiatan pembinaan profesional dengan pendekatan kooperatif di MI Hidayatus Syar’iyah Wolo  pada semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2018/2019.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan (action research) dengan 4 tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 8 guru dengan penjelasan 6 guru kelas, 1 guru PAI dan 1 guru Penjaskes di MI Hidayatus Syar’iyah Wolo  Kecamatan Penawangan Kabupaten Grobogan Semester 2  Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kegiatan observasi dan dokumentasi. Validasi data menggunakan teknik triangaluasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan guru  dalam pengembangan silabus dan perencanaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran meningkat yakni dari nilai rata-rata dari 49,59 dengan kriteria nilai kurang pada kondisi awal,  menjadi 69,98 kriteria nilai cukup pada siklus pertama dan  menjadi 89,47 kriteria nilai sangat baik pada siklus kedua. Kesimpulannya adalah kegiatan pembinaan profesional dengan pendekatan kooperatif terbukti dapat meningkatkan  kemampuan guru dalam pengembangan silabus dan RPP di MI Hidayatus Syar’iyah Wolo  pada semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2018/2019.

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of three cycles. The problem in this study is the low teaching method used at MI Darus Sa'adah Jekulo Kudus. Therefore researchers seek to increase the activity and learning outcomes of students by using the surrounding environment as a learning medium. The use of the surrounding environment as social studies learning media to improve student learning outcomes in class V MI Darus Sa'adah Jekulo Kudus has increased from cycles I, II and III by looking at percentages. The data after implementing the use of the surrounding environment as a learning medium always shows a significant increase. This means that social studies learning completeness by applying the use of the surrounding environment in cycle I, cycle II and cycle III has always increased and has reached the researcher's target of 85%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan memberikan pandangan yang berbeda mengenai organizational intelligence (kepandaian organisasi) terhadap kepemimpinan pendidikan. Mengenai bagaimana pentingnya organizational intelligence seorang leader dalam memberikan kontribusinya untuk organisasi yang dipimpinnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review atau studi literatur. Teknik ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengungkapkan berbagai teori yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi atau diteliti sebagai bahan rujukan dalam pembahasan dari hasil penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa knowledge management menghasilkan kemampuan berorganisasi tidak serta merta berhasil, namun harus ditekankan secara terus menerus sehingga lingkungan dapat menerima dengan baik walaupun memang tidak dapat disalahkan bahwa fase pemahaman mengenai organizational intelligence sangat muda untuk diterima. Pentingnya organizational intelligence sebagai seorang leader memang sangat diperlukan. Bukan hanya harus memiliki jiwa leading, namun kemampuan-kemampuan pendukung haruslah menjadi bahan utama ketika seseorang mengabdikan dirinya sebagai seorang pemimpin organisasi.

Abstract

INCREASING ACTIVITY AND LEARNING OUTCOMES IN PEDIATRIC HEALTH MATERIAL BELADIRI (PENCAK SILAT) USING THE WHATSAPP GROUP APPLICATION WITH POWERPOINT MEDIA IN CLASS VI STUDENTS MI NURUL ISLAM KARANGPAING – GROBOGAN SEMESTER 1 OF THE 2019/2020 ACADEMIC YEAR.The aim of this research is to determine the increase in student learning outcomes after implementing the use of WhatsApp groups with PowerPoint media in learning Penjaskes and martial arts material (pencak silat). The type of research is classroom action research with the stages of each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. The research subjects were 25 class VI students at MI Nurul Islam Karangpaing, Penawangan - Grobogan Semester 1 of the 2019/2020 academic year. Data collection techniques and tools use test and non-test techniques (observation and documentation). The data validation technique uses triangulation techniques. The data analysis method in this research uses qualitative data analysis. The research results showed that learning activity showed an increase from 28.00% or 7 students increased to 72.00% in the first cycle or as many as 18 students, and in the second cycle to 92.00% or as many as 23 students were declared complete in the last cycle and the increase the average initial study learning outcome was 58.00 to 67.20 in the first cycle, and in the second cycle it was 77.20 and the learning completeness increased from 5 students or 20.00% to 16 students or 64.00% and 22 students or 88.00% in the second cycle. From the results obtained above, it can be concluded that in the second cycle, the process of implementing learning improvements was declared successful and complete in the second cycle. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that using Whatsapp Group with Powerpoint Media can improve the process and student learning outcomes.Keywords: learning outcomes, whatsapp group, powerpoint mediaAbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu  untuk mengetahui peningkatan  hasil belajar  siswa setelah menerapkan penggunaan whatsapp group dengan media powerpoint dalam pembelajaran Penjaskes materi beladiri (pencak silat).Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tahapan setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VI MI Nurul Islam Karangpaing,Penawangan - Grobogan Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 sebanyak 25 orang siswa. Teknik dan alat pengumpulan data  menggunakan teknik tes dan non tes (observasi dan dokumentasi). Teknik validasi data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Metode analisis  data  dalam  penelitian  ini  menggunakan  analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwakeaktifan belajar menunjukkan peningkatan dari 28,00% atau 7 siswa meningkat menjadi 72,00% pada siklus pertama atau sebanyak 18 siswa, dan pada siklus kedua menjadi 92,00% atau sebanyak 23 siswa dinyatakan tuntas pada siklus terakhir dan kenaikan rata-rata hasil belajar studi awal sebesar 58,00 menjadi 67,20 pada siklus pertama, dan pada siklus kedua menjadi 77,20serta peningkatan ketuntasan belajar dari 5 siswa atau 20,00% menjadi 16 siswa atau 64,00% dan 22 siswa atau 88,00% pada siklus kedua.  Dari perolehan angka-angka di atas dapat disimpulan bahwa pada siklus kedua, proses pelaksanaan perbaikan pembelajaran dinyatakan berhasil dan tuntas pada siklus kedua. Dari penjelasan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Whatsapp Group dengan Media Powerpoint dapat meningkatkan proses,  hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to internalize the values and philosophy of Gusjigang into an independent curriculum and optimize it in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at SMP 2 Mejobo Kudus. The background of this research is the low interest of teenagers in local wisdom and its implementation in everyday life. The influence of globalization also shows symptoms of the younger generation being more interested in and fond of foreign cultures, so it is feared that local wisdom values can be displaced by global values. SMP 2 Mejobo Kudus is committed to appreciating Gusjigang local wisdom and incorporating Gusjigang values into the school curriculum. This research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and document analysis. The result of the research is that SMP 2 Mejobo has internalized the Gusjigang philosophy of Sunan Kudus's legacy into the school curriculum. The purpose of implementing Gusjigang values and philosophies into the curriculum is so that students have spiritual intelligence, social intelligence, and independence in entrepreneurship. The form of internalization of Gusjigang values is: The value of Gus "Good" is included in the moral education curriculum, the value of Ji "Ngaji" is included in the spiritual knowledge education curriculum, and the value of Gang "Dagang" is included in the entrepreneurship education curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to describe folklore of Ratu Kalinyamat and the value of character education in the folklore of Ratu Kalinyamat in Jepara. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The object of this research is the folklore of Ratu Kalinyamat which has been passed down from generation to generation. There are 3 important informants who are the sources of data from this research, namely: the caretaker of the Astana Mosque, Sultan Attends, Pilgrims of the Queen Kalinyamat Tomb, and the Mantingan village community. Data obtained through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model data analysis technique which consists of four stages, namely (1) data collection; (2) data reduction; (3) data analysis (4) drawing conclusions. The value of character education in the folklore of Ratu Kalinyamat is in the form of religious values; Tolerance; hard work, creative, and independent; as well as the spirit of nationality and love for the Motherland. These values are a form of transfer of values from Ratu Kalinyamat to the village community and the next generation in general.

Abstract

Using Stick Media to Improve Students' Skills in Adding Whole Numbers in Class IV MI HIDAYATUS SYAR'IYAH WOLO SEMESTER 1 ACADEMIC YEAR 2018/2019.One of the problems relating to the management of the teaching and learning process for mathematics subjects in SD/MI is the lack of knowledge for SD/MI teachers, as well as limited funds and facilities on how to create and use media/visual aids in mathematics learning. On the other hand, the importance of media/visual aids in mathematics learning has been recognized by all levels of education managers and educational experts.This research aims to overcome the problem of learning the addition of whole numbers in class IV MI HIDAYATUS SYAR'IYAH WOLO SEMESTER 1 ACADEMIC YEAR 2018/2019 using stick media. The model applied in this research uses the following steps: First, initial activities include: (a) Explanation of learning objectives, (b) Providing learning motivation, (c) Apperception; Second, the core activities, include: (a) Forming groups, (b) Providing stick media, (c) Brief explanation of how to use the tools, (d) Performance of work, (e) Playing speed fights. Third, Final Activities, include: (a) Discussion of results, (b) Checking skills through question and answer, (c) Evaluation, and (d) Providing follow-up in the form of homework. The learning objective in this research is that using stick media can improve students' skills in adding whole numbers.The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with the type of classroom action research. The subjects of this research were 20 class IV students of MI HIDAYATUS SYAR'IYAH WOLO SEMESTER 1 OF THE 2018/2019 ACADEMIC YEAR. Data collection techniques regarding students' skills in using media for adding whole numbers are carried out through oral tests at the beginning of the lesson, observation, process evaluation when students demonstrate the media and written evaluation at the end of the lesson.We carried out this research through three stages of action, namely: using stick media in pairs, using colored stick media in pairs and using colored stick media individually. The results of this research show the following: First, the results of the process evaluation (during the implementation of learning) showed that students were very active at 15%, second, at 55%, and third, at 98.3%. Correct tool placement and correct use were 20%, 60%, and 90%. Use of the right tools and correct results was 20%, 50% and 91.5%. The results of the written evaluation of 10 questions via the test sheet, the average mastery of the material was 43.5%, 68.5% and 81.5%. Overall, the implementation of learning using stick media, starting from actions I, II, and III, shows an increase in both skills and understanding of research subjects regarding adding whole numbers.
