Abstract

A good organization is supported by good management and employees who have adequate knowledge and skills in carrying out their functions and duties. The organization provides a management system that makes it easy for members of the organization to run the system so that organizational performance is easy to control. Employees with adequate quality and competence are able to bring the organization to a more advanced direction. They are trained and have the desire to continue to grow and develop into individuals needed by the organization in achieving its goals. The rapid development of technology and industry today has resulted in many adjustments and system changes in management. In the new normal era where all work activities have begun to be directed online-based, many organizations carry out training needs analysis in obtaining information on what training is suitable to be held in improving organizational performance. This study describes the theory of training needs analysis for organizations. And this study aims to obtain information about what is needed in analyzing training needs for organizations. The research method used is a qualitative method using a literature review approach. The results of this study were selected as a training needs analysis tool by using an organizational analysis approach to the strategy of the Irwin Goldstein method which sets 4 indicators, namely: (1) organizational goals; (2) organizational resources; (3) organizational climate; and (4) environmental constraints.

Abstract

The implementation of supervision, discipline, commitment and Standard Operating Procedures in the company can increase the quality of work that is able to manage the company well and professionally, so that in the future the company can achieve good success in advancing a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of supervision, work discipline, organizational commitment and the application of Standard Operating Procedures on the performance of employees of PT. Qualitech Indopiranti Bandung Branch either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Qualitech Indopiranti Bandung Branch as many as 40 people sampling using total sampling or sampling saturated (census). Validity test using Product Moment correlation from Pearson. While the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis prerequisite test includes normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity and linearity test. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression, correlation test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the descriptive analysis stated that: 1). Employee performance was in a good category. 2). Supervision was in a good category. 3). Work discipline was in a good category. 4). Organizational commitment was in a good category. 5). Standard Operating Procedures was in a good category . Besides that, the results of the study show that, 6). Supervision has an effect on employee performance with a correlation value of 0.831 with a very strong relationship level. 7). Work Discipline has an effect on employee performance with a correlation value of 0.995 with a very strong relationship level. 8). Organizational commitment has an effect on employee performance with a correlation value of 0.5611 with a strong relationship level. 9). Standard Operating Procedures affect employee performance with a correlation value of 0.829 with a very strong relationship level. 10). Supervision, Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment and Standard Operating Procedures on Employee Performance have a simultaneous effect on employee performance with an influence value of 99.1%, and a very strong correlation with a correlation value of 0.995.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in employees of PT. Taspen Main Branch Office Bandung is decreasing employee performance, so it does not reach its work target. The research aims to identify and analyze, 1). quality of work life 2.) job satisfaction 3) employee performance, 4) the magnitude of the influence of quality of work life and job satisfaction on employee performance either simultaneously or partially. , the population in this study were 49 employees, and the sample was saturated. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the analysis, simultaneously the effect of quality of work life and job satisfaction on performance is positive and significant. While the results of the partial analysis, the job satisfaction variable has the most dominant influence value compared to the quality of work life variable.

Abstract

Personal branding is the process of branding people and their work, and its motivation is different from awareness management and impression management. Providing benefits and brand equity associated with a particular individual is simply planned. Branding efforts usually require extensive financial support to make progress in order to raise brand awareness and soon afterwards to increase brand credibility. With its ideological and innovative structure, online networking gives the general public the opportunity to develop as a brand in a reasonably crude and productive way. Online personal branding refers to an approach that conveys the superior qualities of an individual in the online phase, helping to achieve professional goals with social aspirations, with the ultimate goal of separating oneself from others. increase. Various studies have focused on the importance of a solid personal brand, but generally overlooked how to create it in a virtual world, especially for an educator in the current era of digital technology. The purpose of this paper is to explore the different typefaces of different committees and explore the importance of building a personal brand for everyone.

Abstract

One measure to assess the level of soundness or performance of a bank's profitability is Return On Assets (ROA). The level of Return On Assets (ROA) is used to measure bank profitability and focuses on the company's ability to earn profits in its operations, Bank Indonesia sets a minimum amount of Return On Assets (ROA) of 1.5%. However, the Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Persero, Tbk for the 2011-2021 period fluctuated with a downward trend. Many factors can affect the rise and fall of Return On Assets (ROA). This study aims to explain the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR) on Return On Assets (ROA). This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The type of data is secondary data sourced from www.idx.co.id and the annual report of PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and verification analysis (classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing). The results showed that: 1) Return on Assets (ROA) fluctuated with a downward trend with an average of 2.53% and a standard deviation of 0.87. 2) Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) fluctuates with a downward trend with an average of 17.97% and a standard deviation of 1.59. 3) Net Interest Margin (NIM) fluctuated with a downward trend with an average of 5.63% and a standard deviation of 0.68%. 4) Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR) fluctuates with an increasing trend with an average of 84.79% and a standard deviation of 6.36. 5) Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). 6) Net Interest Margin (NIM) has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). 7) Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR) has no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). 8) Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR) simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). With the influence contribution of 67.50%, while the remaining 32.50% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the study.

Abstract

Economic growth is an indicator that plays an important role in determining the prosperity of a country. This study aims to analyse the effect of growth of foreign debt, inflation, Exchange rate, growth of poverty, and regional minimum wage on gross domestic product (GDP) in Indonesia for 2008 - 2021. Data collected through library research from the Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia Reports. Furthermore, the data was processed using descriptive statistical analysis and verification. Ordinary Least Square regression analysis using EViews software approach was adopted for analyse the effect of independent variables on dependent variable. The result shows that gross domestic product (GDP) is influenced by the growth of foreign debt, the growth of poverty, and the growth of the minimum wage. This result is supported by the value of t-statistics < t table and also simultaneously through the coefficient of determination shows that the three variables above have a significant effect on the gross domestic product variable.

Communication is an important marketing techniques in promoting alternative treatment, products and services since years a go people have interact through communication serve the needs of basic human, of interacting the act of conveying information to another individual to influence the, , opinion or their behavior, either directly or indirectly through. mediaWith the use of communications technology, people now can communicate more efficient not only with those who live nearby but also across great distances by storing and send a message or information. The technologies used in communication is a tool , the structure of the organization , and social norm faced by people when gather , process , and exchange information with others .Platform social media that is ideal for marketing communications one of them is instagram .In their aromaterapisehat use instagtam with account names @ aromaterapisehat , and communication marketing that he did. This study attempts to find out how the role of marketing communications digital alternative medicine aromatherapy to increase consumer confidence. Methods used in this research is qualitative whose aim is to explore in depth a phenomenon. The result of digital communication marketing research is done by a aromaterapisehat excellent in used by the digital media instagram to communicate all kinds of information and knowledge about products they sell aromaterapi so consumers easy understand about all sorts of the advantages and disadvantages of and how to benefit from the product of a most aromaterapisehat and true.

Abstract

This scientific work aims to determine the description of academic procrastination in students. This scientific work was made using a literature study method that uses the results of existing written works or research by conducting analysis or review to obtain research data. This scientific work examines 11 research journals related to academic procrastination with different subjects and approaches. The results showed that academic procrastination in students was fairly high, with underlying factors such as internal and external factors. Furthermore, the training techniques that can be done are self-management training and cognitive restructuring techniques. The training can be done to reduce the habits that make students academic procrastination.

Abstract

The increasing number of non-franchise local coffee shops is a good sign for the social entrepreneurship sector. Their endeavor in opening jobs opportunity and improving social welfare are highly respected. During the Covid-19 pandemic, various non-franchise local coffee shops tried to maintain their business sustainability. Knowing the organizational culture could be one of them. In this study, the Organizational culture of non-franchise local coffee shops has measured by the Organization Culture Inventory (OCI) instrument, which involved 43 millennial employees and three owners of seven MSMEs of local non-franchise coffee shops in Bandung, West Java. The results indicate that generally, non-franchise local coffee shops in Bandung has dominated by the Constructive dimension which consists of the following aspects: Humanistic/Encouraging = 82.3%; Affiliative = 83.5%; Achievement = 79.9% and Self-Actualizing = 75.1%. The statement indicates that the various non-franchise coffee shops support each employee to interact with each other, both among employees and the customers as well. In completing their tasks, they prioritize a mutual assistance approach that somehow could support employees' enthusiasm and self-actualization at work.
