Abstract

The pandemic of Covid-19 has brought a big change in education, especially in the teaching and learning process. What used to be conducted physically in the class has suddenly changed to be conducted virtually through many digital platforms, such as Google Classroom, and media virtual such as Cloud, Zoom, Google Meet, etc. The change in the teaching and learning process from offline to online of course will affect both the students and the academic community. Those changes also can affect the successful study of the students. The research purpose is to find empirical evidence of the human resources of the academic community and the E-Learning effect on e-learning or what is sometimes called an online learning system for successful study. The samples are the students of the Faculty of Economics of Universitas Islam Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al-Banjary Banjarmasin who join the Cost Management Classes. There are 75 students joined as participants through questionnaires that were delivered by Google Form. The analysis of data collection used multiple linear regression with SPSS 22. The result shows that human resources and E-learning positively and significantly affect the successful study of the students.

Abstract

As an institution tasked with maintaining order and enforcing regional regulations, work discipline is an absolute for officers in the Civil Service Police Unit. This work discipline is related to training and application of sanctions obtained by officers so that they can realize optimal discipline. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of training variable and application of disciplinary sanctions variable on work discipline in Civil Service Police Unit of Saouth Kalimantan Province. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods through questionnaires with a sample of 92 respondents who have served more than 1 year. From the result of mutiple regression analysis with SPSS, the calculated F value is 39.707 which means that training and application of disciplinary sanctions simultaneously affect work discipline. The result of t-test analysis stated that training was 5.320 and application of disciplinary sanctions was 4.081 which means that it has a significant effect on work discipline

Abstract

The spread of the new variant of the COVID-19 virus is a continuous polemic in the community. The South Kalimantan government has taken more action to handle it by managing the communication media so that people don't panic about this new variant. This study discusses the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Disaster Communication Model in Combating the Spread of the Omicron Variant of Covid-19 in South Kalimantan. This study refers to the theory of Disaster Communication in which there are several indicators with the following results; Planning, the South Kalimantan BPBD in collaboration with the South Kalimantan Communication and Information Technology and the Covid-19 task force in managing information related to Covid-19. Then, Organizing is dividing the tasks in each field to respond to the pandemic situation. Furthermore, Actuating is a communication media that is managed in an integrated manner by the Communication and Information Technology of South Kalimantan province. And the last one is Controlling, which is listening to the possibility of a response from the community so that all forms of response and answers that are given depend on the intended field.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on unplanned purchase at PT. Alfamart. Explanatory research methods approach with survey techniques, the number of samples in this study were one hundred respondent's who had shopped at least twice in the PT. Alfamart. The results showed that the variable product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process have significant effect on unplanned purchases at PT. Alfamart, and the results of the descriptive analysis states that the respondents agreed with the proposed items.

Abstract

The importance of access to health makes people need fast and appropriate services so several clinics are present that help the community in getting their health checked, especially in the Hulu Sungai Tengah district. Improving the quality of health services can be improved, so that the goal of the clinic can be to make patients or consumers satisfied with the services offered or provided. At the Asy-Syifa clinic Darul Hidayah Hulu Sungai Tengah, it is necessary to improve the quality of health services because there are still several complaints from patients and their families due to the long waiting time and lack of communication from officers, starting from the registration section, the examination section, to the drug service section so that they can improve to provide a satisfactory service impact both from the officers, the comfort of the place and the completeness of the supporting equipment. The Effect of Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction at the Asy-Syifa Darul Hidayah Clinic, Hulu Sungai Tengah, has a significant effect on patient satisfaction, therefore by improving the quality of clinical services, will have an impact on the satisfaction felt by patients.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has not ended until now. The majority of companies experienced a decline in performance. The objectives of this study are identify the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and financial performance ongoing concerns in industrial and chemical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2020. A quantitative method using purposive sampling techniques. Sample data used are secondary data with the documentation method. Data secondary data with documentation methods. Data downloaded from the www.idx.co.id, in the form of financial statements. The data analysis method used is classical assumption test multiple and linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25 software. This study indicates that Corporate Social Responsibility has a significance level of 0.003 and financial performance has a significant level of 0.028 with a significance level of 0. ,05. It concluded that the results of this study indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility and financial performance have a positive and significant effect on the going concern company.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with the aim of knowing the effect of work life balance and work discipline on turnover intention through partial and simultaneous job satisfaction. In addition, this researcher also wants to know which value is the most dominant to influence the level of employee turnover intention. The population of this study were employees at 8 Indomaret stores, Barito Kuala Regency, amounting to 62 people. The sample taken in this study were 40 respondents, who were selected by the cluster random sampling method. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires. The program used to analyze the data is SPSS. This study shows that work life balance and work discipline affect turnover intention through partial and simultaneous job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the factors that influence the decision to switch brands of prepaid GSM SIM cards. These factors are consumer dissatisfaction, the need for variety, product, product price, product advertising, competitor's brand, sales promotion of competitor's brand product, and product distribution. The data needed, obtained through interviews using a questionnaire. By using purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique with a two-step approach (Two Step Approach to SEM) through the Lisrel 8.54 program. Where the research is here to analyze a product that affects the advertising of competitors' brand products, advertising of competitors' brand products affects the decision to switch brands, the product affects the sales promotion of competitors' brand products, sales promotions of competitors' brand products affect the decision to switch brands, prices affect the sales promotion of products competitor brands, sales promotions of competitors' brand products affect the need for variation, products affect distribution, distribution affects the need for variety, products affect consumer dissatisfaction, consumer dissatisfaction affects the decision to switch brands, consumer dissatisfaction affects the need for variety,and the need to seek variety is also able to develop a new pathway between product prices and consumer dissatisfaction significantly and supports the existing theory.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction at CV. Tiga Bersaudara Sejahtera either partially or simultaneously. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study are customers at CV. Tiga Bersaudara Sejahtera. The sample of this research was 24 respondents using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study note that (1) partially Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction as proven by (2) partially Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty (3) simultaneously Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction as intervening have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The researcher's suggestion for the company is that the company provides better service quality in order to always maintain customer satisfaction so that repeated purchases occur. The company can also continue to develop a food menu with even more variations in order to maintain service quality so as to maintain a sense of customer satisfaction with the catering food products provided.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability and Liquidity on Firm Value. The independent variables (X) studied are Profitability (X1) and Liquidity (X2) with the dependent variable (Y) being Firm Value (Y). The population used in this research is the Animal Feed Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 4 companies during 2016-2020. The sample selection used a purposive sampling technique which produced a sample of 20 samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The tests used are the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. Hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination, partial test (t), and simultaneous test (F). Based on the test results, it can be concluded that profitability has a significant effect on firm value, liquidity has no significant effect on firm value, profitability and liquidity simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value in manufacturing companies in the animal feed sub-sector in 2016-2020. Researchers provide advice to companies to continue to improve and improve financial performance to be able to increase the company's ability to generate value for the company so that it is more efficient and effective. Suggestions for investors, namely investors before deciding to invest in a company should pay attention to the level of performance of a company and consider other factors that affect the value of the company. And for other researchers it is suggested to use other variables that affect firm value.
