Building on the successful legacy of its predecessor, Higher Education in Europe, EJHEAA is establishing itself as one of the flagship journals in the study of higher education and specifically in the study of European higher education. The journal accepts original research articles and proposals for special issues. We strongly recommend that authors consult back issues of EJHEAA for examples of topics of interest to our readership and to ensure that your proposed article is in conversation with any prior articles in the same topic area published in EJHEAA or other higher education journals. The articles that are part of a special issue do not all necessarily have to have an explicit European focus as long as the overall theme of the special issue fits the scope of this journal.

Abstract

One of the main literary and linguistic monuments of the Karakhanid period is Mahmud Kashgari's encyclopedic work "Devonu lug`atit turk". This work is a valuable source that provides full information about the phonetics, lexicon, grammar, and dialectal features of the Turkic languages at that time. At the same time, it is a great artistic work that reflects examples of folk oral creativity of Turkic peoples.

This impliеs thе rеlеvаnсе оf thе tаsk оf dеvеlоping thеоrеtiсаl аnd mеthоdоlоgiсаl tооls thаt prоvidе аutоmаtiоn оf thе prосеssеs оf fuzzy infеrеnсе systеms. Rеsеаrсh mеthоds аrе thе thеоry оf fuzzy sеts аnd fuzzy lоgiс. Nеw sсiеntifiс rеsults аrе thе dеsign аnd fоrmаtiоn оf а sеt оf prоduсtiоn rulеs frоm а givеn sеt оf аdmissiblе оnеs, with spесifiс vаluеs оf соnditiоns аnd соnсlusiоns fоr dеsсribing thrее typеs оf fuzzy mоdеls оf thе prосеssеs аnd tаsks undеr study. Using mоdulеs оf stаndаrd аlgоrithms аnd prоgrаms, аlgоrithms аnd а prоgrаm fоr sоlving prоblеms оf fuzzy infеrеnсе systеms аnd mаking sеmi-struсturеd dесisiоns bаsеd оn thе соnstruсtеd fuzzy lоgiс mоdеl wеrе dеvеlоpеd. This prоblеm is sоlvеd by fоrmаlizаtiоn mеthоds bаsеd оn thе thеоry оf аlgоrithmizаtiоn, fuzzy sеts, аnd fuzzy infеrеnсе.

Abstract

The main feature of artistic translation comes from the artistic function of the language. Language becomes an aesthetic phenomenon, an art fact in a work of art. The language of a literary work is the element of "artistic reality" in ethics. In translation, it is this figurative process of transferring the artistic meaning in the traditional language to the figurative expressive ground of another language, re-expressing the image with the image takes place. Therefore, the translator perceives anew the process of artistic thinking of events in the work. In this article, opinions and considerations will be made about the analysis of methods for artistic translation.

Abstract

The article notes that the quality of education in developed countries is determined by the level of initiative of the staff, the level of development of its innovative and creative activity, the practice of developing entrepreneurial abilities of students based on socio-psychological trainings, business games, television shows, debates in South Korea, China is also widespread. Russia, Germany and France, including reforms in the education system, are focused on issues of developing entrepreneurship in the future, improving mechanisms for their development creativity.Along with the foregoing, the article focuses on the sociological and anthropological components and ethno-regional factors of entrepreneurship development, the national mentality and principles of social partnership as a result of global research on entrepreneurship development.
