Abstract

The coastal areas in Manado City, Bitung, and North Minahasa Regency in North Sulawesi Province have great tourism potential. However, currently there is no information system that provides complete and easily accessible information for tourists. Therefore, the development of an information system for tourist attractions along the coast is needed to present detailed and easily accessible information. In its development, this information system uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method as a software development approach. My Maps is used as a tool for seismic location of tourist attractions. This system provides comprehensive information about locations, entrance ticket prices, operating hours, facilities, descriptions, and available pictures of tourist attractions. This information system makes it easy for tourists to access information to plan visits to the coasts of Manado, Bitung and North Minahasa. The test results that in the application that has been tested there are no errors from the entire function, so the test results get a score of 100% according to the function of the application created.

Abstract

This research paper presents an analysis of the UNSRAT (Universitas Sam Ratulangi) information system using the COBIT 5 (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) framework, specifically focusing on the Delivery, Support, and Service (DSS) domain. The study aims to identify the strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement within the information system based on the perceptions of 20 respondents. The research methodology involves data collection through a questionnaire, followed by data analysis using COBIT 5 principles. The findings reveal several strengths, including well-defined strategic goals, a comprehensive service catalog, and effective change management processes. However, gaps such as stakeholder alignment, proactive incident management, and regular system performance evaluation were identified. Based on these findings, five recommendations were proposed to enhance the information system, including stakeholder engagement, incident management process improvement, service catalog enrichment, establishment of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and the implementation of a continuous improvement framework. Implementing these recommendations will contribute to an optimized and user-centric information system, aligning with UNSRAT's mission and supporting its overall objectives.

Abstract

Sistem informasi akademik di SMK Muhammadiyah Kotamobagu masih dilakukan secara manual. Dalam pengolahan data akademik masih secara konvensional dengan sistem pendataan masih menggunakan lembaran kertas dan arsip sehingga dapat menyebabkan data-data yang ada mudah hilang ataupun rusak. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi akademik yang dapat memberikan informasi laporan siswa secara online yang berupa laporan nilai siswa yang bersangkutan dengan berbasis web, sehingga membantu kecepatan dan kualitas dalam penyampaian informasi. Pada sistem ini, menu hanya dapat diakses oleh user tertentu yaitu siswa, guru dan administrator. Sistem ini dikembangkan berbasiskan web, sehingga informasi yang tersedia dapat diakses tanpa batasan waktu dan tempat dan memudahkan calon siswa baru dan masyarakat untuk mencari informasi mengenai registrasi siswa baru

Abstract

This study aims to provide recommendations for gaming laptops using the AHP method with criteria for Hardware used, Graphics Card, Design, Cooling System, Reliability, Connectivity, Price, so that it becomes a solution for gamers in choosing the right laptop for gaming. The decision support system for gaming laptop selection recommendations developed is implemented using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Where the AHP method can describe complex multi-factor or multi-criteria problems into a hierarchy, then the importance of each variable is given a subjective numerical value to be compared with other variables through a paired comparison matrix. Based on the assessment results using the AHP method, a recommendation for choosing the first gaming laptop by Dell Gaming G15 with a value of 0.806, the second model recommendation was obtained by Acer Nitro with a value of 0.5745, the third model recommendation was obtained by MSI Bravo 15 B5DD with a value of 0.524.

Abstract

The decision support system to determine recipients of subsidized fertilizer subsidies is a decision support system application that can process data to determine recipients of subsidized fertilizer subsidies. The purpose of this study is to create an information system that can identify beneficiaries of subsidized fertilizer grants. The existence of this system can optimize the provision of subsidized fertilizers to farmers who really need these fertilizers. In its application, this study uses existing research methods such as data collection techniques, observation and documentation methods, as well as testing methods using the black box testing method to test the functionality of the program / website to be created with a success percentage reaching 100% compared to existing excel calculations and researchers make qualitative testing with Likert scale testing for the level of acceptance of applications made where The Likert scale test results tested gave results of 86.27% with a very good research success rate. Therefore, this research is said to be successful so that it can be used as a basis for the implementation of decision support systems in existing research sites.
