Abstract

Penerapan User Experience (UX) dalam permodelan sistem informasi keuangan membawa dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas dan efisiensi penggunaan sistem tersebut. Mengutamakan pengalaman pengguna dalam desain antarmuka meningkatkan daya guna sistem, meminimalkan kesalahan input, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Dengan memperhatikan tata letak yang intuitif, navigasi yang mudah, dan responsivitas yang baik, pengguna dapat dengan cepat dan efisien mengakses informasi keuangan yang diperlukan. Peningkatan UX juga mendukung pengguna dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dengan menyajikan data keuangan secara jelas dan mudah dipahami. Selain itu, fokus pada aspek UX dapat mengurangi beban pelatihan bagi pengguna baru, meminimalkan kesalahan input, dan memperkuat penerimaan pengguna terhadap perubahan sistem. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing mendapatkan hasil sebesar 100% sesuai dengan fungsi dari aplikasi yang dibuat tanpa ada kesalahan atau error. metode blackbox testing memberikan gambaran penting tentang kualitas sistem dari perspektif pengguna akhir, yang sangat berguna untuk pengembangan produk yang berorientasi pada pengguna.

Abstract

The selection of the best students can involve a variety of issues that need to be considered. Some of the problems that arise in the process of selecting the best students include the determination of clear and objective criteria to select the best students, the availability of accurate data and information to assess student achievement and qualifications, and uncertainty or controversy related to the decisions taken. This study aims to apply a combination of Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) and Rank Sum methods in selecting the best students so as to make it easier for schools, especially the student affairs department, to determine the best students at the end of each semester. The ranking results showed that rank 1 was obtained with a final grade of 0.5327 on behalf of student Nadia Kadhita Andriane, rank 2 was obtained with a final grade of 0.5327 on behalf of student Fio Abiyu Yahara, and rank 3 was obtained with a final grade of 0.5300 on behalf of student Robinson Pasaribu.

Abstract

Determining the location of a new warehouse is a strategic decision that can affect the operational efficiency and costs of the company. Some problems that may arise in determining the location of the new warehouse are the area of the new warehouse, distance to the factory, distance from the main warehouse, average distance to the distributor. New warehouse siting recommendations can be generated by integrating the TOPSIS and PIPRECIA methods. TOPSIS provides a relative evaluation of each site based on predetermined criteria, while PIPRECIA helps address the weighted aspects of the criteria used in determining the location of new warehouses. The results of alternative ranking provide recommendations in the selection of new warehouse locations, namely the first rank with a value of 0.8223 with the alternative name of Region 4, the second rank with a value of 0.6163 with the alternative name of Region 3, the third rank with a value of 0.5049 with the alternative name of Region 5.

Abstract

The problem is that programmers who do not have sufficient experience or skills can produce code that is of poor quality, difficult to maintain, and prone to bugs. The selection process for hiring programmers is a critical stage in building a competent and innovative software development team. This selection involves several stages, such as an assessment of understanding of basic programming concepts, problem-solving abilities, and technical skills relevant to the demands of the job. The purpose of this study is to combine the SMART and ROC methods in the selection of programmer acceptance, where the ROC method for determining the weight of criteria and the SMART method are used for ranking programmer selection candidates. The results of the programmer acceptance selection ranking combining the SMART and ROC methods provide an overview of rankings based on predetermined criteria and weights. The final score results of SMART and ROC then recommend rank 1 with a total score of 0.823 for Candidate C, rank 2 with a total score of 0.607 for Candidate A, rank 3 with a total score of 0.521 for Candidate D.

Abstract

The determination of outstanding honor employees is not only a form of recognition for outstanding performance, but also a motivator to encourage professional growth and individual empowerment in the work environment. This study aims to apply the ARAS method in determining outstanding honor employees so that the results of recommendations become considerations for leaders in determining outstanding honor employees. Abstract

The determination of scholarship recipients in schools is a process that considers a variety of factors to ensure that educational assistance is allocated to students in need and have the potential for academic success. The problem in determining scholarship recipients is the difficulty in assessing criteria that cannot be easily measured, such as academic potential or social contribution, which can influence selection decisions. This study aims to determine scholarship recipients by applying the Gray Relational Analysis (GRA) method so that GRA's ability to handle uncertainty and vagueness in data will be a decision recommendation for determining scholarship recipients. The results of the alternative ranking of rank 1st were obtained by Students HE, 2nd place was obtained by Students AB, 3rd place was obtained by Students LS, 4th place was obtained by Students BY, 5th place was obtained by Students GM, 6th place was obtained by Students DT, and 7th place was obtained by Students YD.

Abstract

Perkembangan telekomunikasi era ini bukan hanya kelanjutan teknologi, tetapi juga penanda progres dan transformasi berkelanjutan. Dunia telekomunikasi smencerminkan evolusi inovasi teknologi, dengan teknologi informasi sebagai katalisator utama meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Dorongan inovatif dari teknologi informasi telah membuka peluang baru, mempercepat akses pengetahuan, dan mengubah cara pembelajaran menjadi lebih interaktif dan relevan dengan tuntutan zaman. Desain web responsif, melalui penggunaan flexible grids, JavaScript, CSS media queries, dan HTML, menawarkan adaptabilitas yang unggul terhadap berbagai perangkat. Dinas Pendidikan Sulawesi Utara, sebagai pengelola sistem pendidikan di wilayahnya, memiliki program beasiswa dan proses legalisir dokumen yang masih menggunakan sistem manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengolahan data beasiswa dan legalisir dengan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis website responsif. Metode pengembangan menggunakan SDLC dengan model waterfall, melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, desain, pembuatan kode program, pengujian, dan pendukungan. Hasilnya mencakup antarmuka pengguna untuk pendaftaran beasiswa dan jadwal legalisir, serta fitur admin untuk mengelola data pendaftar. Uji Black Box dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi fungsi sistem. Pembahasan melibatkan implementasi antarmuka dan desain database menggunakan UML. Kesimpulan menunjukkan peningkatan efektivitas pengolahan informasi dan kemudahan bagi pendaftar dan pihak Dinas Pendidikan. Batasan melibatkan fokus pada informasi beasiswa dan legalisir, sementara saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah meningkatkan kerjasama dan mengakses lebih banyak literatur terkait.

Abstract

Sulawesi Utara yang terletak di wilayah timur Indonesia, memiliki kekayaan alam dan budaya yang melimpah, termasuk tradisi berharga seperti batik dan tenun yang perlu dilestarikan. Sistem Informasi Geografis (GIS) berfungsi sebagai alat penting untuk mengelola, menganalisis, dan memvisualisasikan data berbasis lokasi, menawarkan akses interaktif kepada pengguna melalui platform berbasis situs web. Penerapan GIS dalam konteks ini menghasilkan banyak manfaat, meliputi pelestarian budaya, pertumbuhan ekonomi, pemberdayaan masyarakat, serta dukungan pendidikan dan penelitian. Sistem Informasi kain daerah Sulawesi Utara, yang dapat diakses melalui situs web, memadukan teknologi modern dengan tradisi budaya, sehingga memperkuat warisan khas daerah tersebut. Pengguna dapat menentukan lokasi di peta untuk mengakses informasi rinci tentang produksi batik, sejarah, dan warisan budaya terkait, yang berpotensi mendorong pembangunan ekonomi. Khususnya, pengujian black box memberikan hasil yang sempurna, menunjukkan kegunaannya dalam menilai kualitas sistem dari sudut pandang pengguna dan memandu upaya pengembangan produk di masa depan. Metode pengujian seperti itu sangat berharga untuk upaya pengembangan produk yang berorientasi pada pengguna.

Abstract

The company's marketing staff recruitment process focuses on finding individuals who have strong communication skills, high creativity, and a deep understanding of the market and industry trends. The ideal candidate should be able to develop innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and expand the company's market share. The decision support system (DSS) for marketing staff recruitment using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method is an application designed to assist HR managers or recruitment teams in making effective and efficient decisions related to marketing staff recruitment. The AHP method is used to evaluate criteria that are important in the recruitment process, as well as to compare prospective employees based on these criteria. By using AHP, DSS can assign relative weight to each criterion and alternative, thus enabling managers to make decisions based on structured and mature analysis. This DSS will help minimize errors in employee selection and improve the match between prospective employees and company needs, so as to improve the performance of the marketing team and the company's overall contribution. The ranking results found that Budi became the 1st best in marketing staff recruitment with a value of 2.170024213.

Abstract

Used cars or often referred to as second cars, are a popular choice for many consumers because they offer more affordable value compared to new cars. Used vehicles often have lower prices, which makes them more accessible to many people. The application of the MABAC method in used car selection recommendations helps consumers to make more informed and informed decisions. By using MABAC, important factors such as physical condition, price, vehicle age, completeness of documents, and fuel efficiency. This method allows buyers to evaluate used cars based on their personal preferences and needs, resulting in recommendations that better fit the desired criteria. The results of the secong car selection recommendation are Alternative 2 with a final value of 0.921 getting rank 1, then Alternative 3 with a final value of 0.821 getting rank 2, and Alternative 4 with a final value of 0.621 getting rank 3.
