Abstract

The coastal areas in Manado City, Bitung, and North Minahasa Regency in North Sulawesi Province have great tourism potential. However, currently there is no information system that provides complete and easily accessible information for tourists. Therefore, the development of an information system for tourist attractions along the coast is needed to present detailed and easily accessible information. In its development, this information system uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method as a software development approach. My Maps is used as a tool for seismic location of tourist attractions. This system provides comprehensive information about locations, entrance ticket prices, operating hours, facilities, descriptions, and available pictures of tourist attractions. This information system makes it easy for tourists to access information to plan visits to the coasts of Manado, Bitung and North Minahasa. The test results that in the application that has been tested there are no errors from the entire function, so the test results get a score of 100% according to the function of the application created.

Abstract

This research paper presents an analysis of the UNSRAT (Universitas Sam Ratulangi) information system using the COBIT 5 (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) framework, specifically focusing on the Delivery, Support, and Service (DSS) domain. The study aims to identify the strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement within the information system based on the perceptions of 20 respondents. The research methodology involves data collection through a questionnaire, followed by data analysis using COBIT 5 principles. The findings reveal several strengths, including well-defined strategic goals, a comprehensive service catalog, and effective change management processes. However, gaps such as stakeholder alignment, proactive incident management, and regular system performance evaluation were identified. Based on these findings, five recommendations were proposed to enhance the information system, including stakeholder engagement, incident management process improvement, service catalog enrichment, establishment of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and the implementation of a continuous improvement framework. Implementing these recommendations will contribute to an optimized and user-centric information system, aligning with UNSRAT's mission and supporting its overall objectives.

Abstract

Sistem informasi akademik di SMK Muhammadiyah Kotamobagu masih dilakukan secara manual. Dalam pengolahan data akademik masih secara konvensional dengan sistem pendataan masih menggunakan lembaran kertas dan arsip sehingga dapat menyebabkan data-data yang ada mudah hilang ataupun rusak. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi akademik yang dapat memberikan informasi laporan siswa secara online yang berupa laporan nilai siswa yang bersangkutan dengan berbasis web, sehingga membantu kecepatan dan kualitas dalam penyampaian informasi. Pada sistem ini, menu hanya dapat diakses oleh user tertentu yaitu siswa, guru dan administrator. Sistem ini dikembangkan berbasiskan web, sehingga informasi yang tersedia dapat diakses tanpa batasan waktu dan tempat dan memudahkan calon siswa baru dan masyarakat untuk mencari informasi mengenai registrasi siswa baru

Abstract

This study aims to provide recommendations for gaming laptops using the AHP method with criteria for Hardware used, Graphics Card, Design, Cooling System, Reliability, Connectivity, Price, so that it becomes a solution for gamers in choosing the right laptop for gaming. The decision support system for gaming laptop selection recommendations developed is implemented using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Where the AHP method can describe complex multi-factor or multi-criteria problems into a hierarchy, then the importance of each variable is given a subjective numerical value to be compared with other variables through a paired comparison matrix. Based on the assessment results using the AHP method, a recommendation for choosing the first gaming laptop by Dell Gaming G15 with a value of 0.806, the second model recommendation was obtained by Acer Nitro with a value of 0.5745, the third model recommendation was obtained by MSI Bravo 15 B5DD with a value of 0.524.

Abstract

The decision support system to determine recipients of subsidized fertilizer subsidies is a decision support system application that can process data to determine recipients of subsidized fertilizer subsidies. The purpose of this study is to create an information system that can identify beneficiaries of subsidized fertilizer grants. The existence of this system can optimize the provision of subsidized fertilizers to farmers who really need these fertilizers. In its application, this study uses existing research methods such as data collection techniques, observation and documentation methods, as well as testing methods using the black box testing method to test the functionality of the program / website to be created with a success percentage reaching 100% compared to existing excel calculations and researchers make qualitative testing with Likert scale testing for the level of acceptance of applications made where The Likert scale test results tested gave results of 86.27% with a very good research success rate. Therefore, this research is said to be successful so that it can be used as a basis for the implementation of decision support systems in existing research sites.

Abstract

Assessing the best cooperative involves several factors involving sustainability, operational success, and positive impact on its members. Cooperatives that are considered the best usually have transparent and accountable management, offer relevant and quality services and products, and have a high level of participation from their members. This study aims to apply the SMART Method in the recommendation system for selecting the best cooperatives in the XYZ Cooperative and MSME Office so that the Office gets a recommendation for selecting the best cooperative based on the SMART method. The ranking results of the table above show that the 1st rank of the best cooperative performance was obtained with a final value of 0.61 by Cooperative D, the 2nd rank of the best cooperative performance was obtained with a final value of 0.585 by Cooperative F, the 3rd rank of the best cooperative performance was obtained with a final value of 0.44 by Cooperative G.

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII (PTPN 7) is a leading plantation company in Indonesia that produces main agricultural commodities. The PDF-based daily production data processing process is still done manually, takes time, and does not support interactivity. This research introduces a web-based Production Monitoring System which enables more efficient and faster monitoring of production results. This system uses crawling techniques to collect production data and presents it in graphic form that can be accessed via a web platform. Apart from that, this system is equipped with a Geographic Information System (GIS) feature to provide information regarding the location of the garden. The system development method uses the Extreme Programming method and system development uses Laravel with a template from Cork - Bootstrap 5. The main objective of this research is to build a Web Production Monitoring system that can help PTPN 7 monitor production results in a quickly updated manner. The results of the ISO 25010 testing that has been carried out conclude that the service quality of the resulting system has a good percentage of success with a total average of above 88%.

Abstract

The Al Huda Mart shop is one of the shops provided by the Al-Huda Jatiagung Foundation. The process of managing cashier data is still done manually, that is, it is recorded in a ledger and notes/receipts are provided and the price calculation is done manually so there are obstacles, namely the accumulation of books or notes. To solve this problem, in this research an Android-based cashier application system was built so that it can make it easier for cashiers to carry out sales transactions, namely the ordering process, payment process and sales reports. This research uses extreme programming development methods and is designed using UML. This system uses the Javascript programming language. Implementation uses the Xampp and MySQL applications. The result of this research is an Android-based cashier application system that can carry out sales transactions, starting from ordering goods, paying, and displaying sales reports. Based on the results of ISO 25010 testing which was carried out involving 5 respondents consisting of cashiers and customers. It can be concluded that the resulting software is suitable for use. Percentage of success with total Functionality testing 98.40%, Usability testing 95.20% and Reability testing 90.00%. Respondents stated that the construction of this application system could help cashiers and customers in managing sales at Al Huda Mart stores.

Abstract

The choice of an e-commerce platform is a critical decision that can affect the success of an online business. The selection of an e-commerce platform with a decision support system involves a careful and strategic process. This study aims to select e-commerce by applying the Gray Relational Analysis (GRA) method based on data obtained from similarweb websites based on the category of most visited marketplace websites. The ranking results were obtained for rank 1 with a final value of 0.2024 obtained by Shopee e-commerce, rank 2 with a final value of 0.1380 obtained by Tokopedia e-commerce, rank 3 with a final value of 0.0921 obtained by Lazada e-commerce.

Abstract

CV Dwi Putra is one of the chip shops that sells various types of chips with various flavors. However, in managing inventory, they still use manual methods that lead to inaccuracies in stock quantities between reality and records, as well as the lack of computerized systems to manage incoming and outgoing goods. Manual data processing also causes errors in recording final stock, delays in making reports, and makes CV Dwi Putra staff have to calculate and re-record the amount of stock of goods. In addition, the difficulty of determining the updated cost of goods sold is also a problem. The system is built using the Extreme Programming development method, as well as using use case diagram design models, activity diagrams, and class diagrams to illustrate inventory information system models. In its creation, this system uses PHP, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, and MySQL programming languages, using the Codeigniter Framework. The inventory information system that has been developed has benefits in managing stock data better than the previous system. The system is able to manage incoming goods data (purchases) and outgoing goods data (sales), so as to reduce errors in recording final stock. In addition, the system also helps in making purchase and sales reports easier, faster, and on time. By using the Moving Average Cost method, the system also helps in determining the cost of goods sold when there is an increase or decrease in price.
