Abstract

This study aims to find out the distribution of revolving funds in the activity management unit (UPK) of Semparuk District, this study uses a quantitative approach, namely a research approach that uses quantitative data or data in the form of numbers. The quantitative research approach can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, established hypotheses. The results of this study are that Based on the results of research and discussion on the analysis of the effect of bad financing on the distribution of revolving funds, conclusions can be drawn, namely based on the test results on the variable of bad financing (X) partially, shows that there is no positive and significant relationship between bad financing and revolving funds in UPK Semparuk District and there is an effect of bad financing on the distribution of revolving funds in UPK Semparuk District by 7.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to analyze marketing strategies in increasing consumer buying interest at Bedar Resto and Café in an Islamic economic perspective. This study used a qualitative approach and a type of field research. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation based on primary sources in the field and secondary sources in the form of books or research works related to this research. Based on the results of the study concluded that the quality of service, promotion, price, physical appearance, and process are prioritized in increasing consumer buying interest. As for the Islamic economic perspective, it has implemented the professionalism of the Prophet Muhammad, namely Shiddiq, Amanah, Fhatanah, and Tabliqh which have been practiced or implemented by business owners and Bedar Resto and Café employees managed by Mrs. Rina.

Abstract

Indonesia has a fairly high percentage of Muslim, therefore we as Indonesian should know about the use of this syirkah. By knowing its use by Muslim in Indonesia, it can make syirkah a new tool in making profits or doing business and business. And with this syirkah, businessmen or entrepreneur can find out how to avoid losses. This Research uses a qualitative method. Through this method is expected to be able to analyze the phenomenon researched. This qualitative research is only describing and spell out to find in the field without requiring a hypothesis. Implementation of musyarakah in Islamic Financial Institutions can be found in project financing, venture capital, musyarakah mutanaqisah financing, and sharia bonds or sukuk. The Financing Project of Musyarakah is usually applied to project financing where the customer and the bank both provide funds to finance the project, and after the project is completed the customer return the funds together with the agreed profit sharing for the bank. keywords : Syirkah; Capital Venture, Financing Project.

Abstract

At present, sharia financing is very much needed by the Muslim community in order to support economic activities, especially businesses that are carried out in need of additional riba-free capital. This study aims to describe the meaning of Islamic financing institutions and their scope of business. This research belongs to the type of qualitative research with a library research approach in which literature or documents are the main data. Based on this study, it can be concluded that finance companies are business entities outside of banks and non-bank financial institutions specifically established to carry out activities that are included in the business sector of financing institutions. The business activities of financing institutions are leasing, factoring, credit card business, and consumer financing.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. This type of research is categorized as field research. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. While the primary data source is tourism managers and traders or the local community of Lake Sebedang. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, and the final stage, namely drawing conclusions. The data validity techniques used are triangulation techniques and continuous observation techniques. The results of this study show that the current condition of Lake Sebedang has experienced a lot of development, one of the factors that support the development of Lake Sebedang, namely capital ranging from paved road access, cafes, culinary restaurants that can attract visitors to come to Lake Sebedang. The potential for the development of Lake Sebedang tourism objects to become halal tourist destinations is one of the potentials that have been developed such as natural tourism and culinary tourism, but Lake Sebedang still cannot be said to be halal tourism because it still does not meet the standards of the concept of halal tourism development such as there are still those who sell alcoholic beverages and lodging that is still free, there is no prohibition for women and men so that it is still in conflict with Islamic law.

Abstract

Performing cultural products in the form of festivals is one of the tourism products that provides significant impacts in increasing regional tourism attractiveness. Festivals are held in many places in the world, including Sambas Regency, one of which is through the Muare Ulakan Night Festival. Muare Ulakan Night Festival 2023 is a competition and parade event for ornamental boats along the Sambas River, especially on the path in front of the Alwatzikhoebillah Palace to the waterfront area. This activity was attended by 38 participants of ornamental boats and ships. Although this activity has the potential to be a popular tourist attraction, based on observations and interviews with organizers there are several things that are still a problem in its development. This research aims to identify internal and external factors in Muare Ulakan Night Festival and find its development strategy as a tourist attraction in Sambas Regency. Data in this study were collected from observation, documentation study, and interviews with seven informants purposively. By using SWOT analysis, several weaknesses and opportunities were found which were used as a starting point to formulate a development strategy for the Muare Ulakan Night Festival as a tourist attraction.

Abstract

This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a sample of 20 Mentibar Village residents, Village Leaders and Heads, and is a type of field research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data used in the form of primary data are people who work at PT. BCP (Buluh Cawang Plantation), Leaders and Head of Mentibar Village, Secondary data obtained from various journals, articles, theses and other sources. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. Data validity techniques used are triangulation and Member Check. The results of the research and discussion that have been carried out are related to the contribution of PT. BCP (Buluh Cawang Plantation) in improving the welfare of the community from an Islamic economic perspective in Mentibar Village, Paloh District, the following conclusions can be drawn: The contribution made by PT. BCP (Buluh Cawang Plantation) is very good. The form of contribution given by PT. BCP (Buluh Cawang Plantation) physical assistance and natural disaster assistance. Meanwhile, the Islamic Economics Review of the contributions made by PT. BCP (Buluh Cawang Plantation) for the community, there are several parts that have been contributed, such as Nurturing the Soul and Nurturing. Meanwhile, improving the welfare of society is in accordance with an Islamic economic perspective because it has achieved the goals of Islamic economics, namely realizing human goals to achieve world happiness and prosperity.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the unstable development of broiler farming in Saing Rambi Village, Sambas District. This is caused by some broiler breeders having insufficient skills in raising broiler chickens, there are also other factors that hinder chicken farming in Saing Rambi Village, such as poor water supply. However, if the strategy for raising broiler chickens can be applied well, this broiler farming business can provide quite high profits because it is quite popular with the public and many people consume chicken. This research aims to determine strategies that can be applied in developing broiler chicken farming businesses in Saing Rambi Village, Sambas Regency using SWOT analysis. The method used by researchers is qualitative and the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The research setting was in Saing Rambi Village, Sambas Regency. The primary data source is 10 broiler breeder owners in Saing Rambi Village, Sambas Regency. Where the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions and the data validity techniques used are triangulation and member checking. The results of the research can be concluded that the strategy for dealing with business development is to increase knowledge about managing broiler chicken farms, especially in controlling diseases and pests in chickens. Apart from that, what needs to be improved is competitive marketing procedures so that it can increase the amount of profit per period.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the creation of online buying and selling transactions called online shopping or another term is e-commerce. Shopee is e-commerce no. 1 Indonesia which applies the marketing mix marketing concept which is a combination of four variables, namely product, price, place, and promotion where the concept is one of the marketing activities that will determine the company's success in pursuing profit or mashlahah. This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) partially or simultaneously on Purchase Decisions at Shopee E-commerce in an Islamic Economic Perspective. The subjects of this study were students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty, Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas Islamic Institute with a total sample of 67 students. The object of this research is product (product), price (price), place (place), promotion (promotion) Against Purchase Decisions on E-commerce Shopee. The method in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analytical method used in this research includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the product variable had no effect on purchasing decisions, it could be seen from the value of tcount < ttable (1.148 < 1.66980) with a significance of 0.225 > 0.05, while the other variables, namely price, place and promotion partially had a positive and significant effect. to purchasing decisions. Simultaneously the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with the results of the F test where the value of Fcount > Ftable (14.706 > 2.52) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.
