Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a decline in the economy and activity in various sectors and regions in Indonesia. Although the economic shock caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has gradually subsided as the domestic financial market stabilized and several economic sectors expanded. However, given the nature of the blow to both the supply and demand sides of the economy, recovery efforts still need more time. At the same time, the spread of the virus also shows no signs of ending as the trend of confirmed cases and deaths continues to increase. On the one hand, demands for the resumption of various social and economic activities are getting stronger, marked by the loosening of social restrictions in many areas. On the other hand, the existing public health infrastructure is still inadequate. So there is a high risk of re-activating the various wheels of social and economic activities to normal. With these limitations, the new normal is a must. The new normal is also an opportunity to strengthen the economy as long as it is accompanied by transparent priority setting and proper policy coordination and synchronization

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia is very important, especially since Indonesia has a majority Muslim population. Therefore, the performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia is very important to gain the trust of customers who want to deposit funds or distribute funds. Basically, Islamic banking carries out its activities using sharia principles to be free from usury. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Bank Muamalat Indonesia based on the Islamicity Performance Index (IPI) method in the period 2013-2020. This study uses quantitative methods with the type of research is descriptive research through secondary data. The results of the analysis of the financial performance of Bank Muamalat Indonesia based on the Islamicity Performance Index (IPI) method on the financial performance of Bank Muamalat Indonesia are good. This can be seen in the indicators of the Islamicity Performance Index (IPI) of Bank Muamalat Indonesia's financial performance as follows: Profit Sharing Ratio (PSR) from the results of the analysis is in good predicate, Zakat Performance Ratio (ZPR) results in poor predicate, Equitable Distribution Ratio (EDR) which includes Qardh and Donation in good predicate, Employee Expense in good predicate, while for Net Profit in poor predicate, Islamic Investment vs Non-Islamic Investment Ratio in very good predicate, and Islamic Income vs Non-Islamic Income in very good predicate.

Abstract

This study departs the activity of the fundraising done by Lazismu Kabupaten Sambas in carrying out the strategy of fundraising. Given the importance of the strategy is done, so Lazismu Kabupaten Sambas can further enhance its role in addressing the problem of poverty, then this research is very important to be researched more deeply. This study aims to determine and describe the formulation of the strategy fundraising Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah in Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq and Sadaqah Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Sambas.To understand and describe the factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of the strategy fundraising Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah in Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq and Sadaqah Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Sambas. As for the focus issues used as a reference are as follows: How strategy formulation fundraising Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq and Sadaqah Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Sambas? How the factors supporting and inhibiting the strategy of fundraising zakat, infaq and Sadaqah Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq and Sadaqah Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Sambas?. The approach in this study using a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Research will be done is in the Amil Zakat Infaq and Sadaqah Muhammadiyah (LAZISMU) located in the high School of Muhammadiyah Sambas. The object of the study the researchers chose is about the strategy of fundraising in the amil zakat infaq and sadaqah Muhammadiyah. Strategy formulation fundraising Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq and Sadaqah Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Sambas through some of that: the Program of the Tube Infaq, Program Transfer ZIS. Factors supporting donors remains that of Muhammadiyah itself, the Population in the District of Sambas most of the population is majority Muslim, zakat management Institutions in the District of Sambas is still relatively little. As for the inhibiting factors of strategy fundraising zakat, infaq and Sadaqah Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq and Sadaqah Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Sambas, among others: the Limitations of the human resources (HR) there is on the institutions, the limited facilities and infrastructure, the Limited available funds and funding to achieve not up to the target, a Way to retain the confidence of the donors who have contributed in the distribution of funds to the institution.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of service quality on taxpayer satisfaction at the Pratama Tax Service Office, Medan Timur. This type of research is descriptive quantitative and explanatory. The population in this study are all registered taxpayers in the service of individual taxpayers in 2014 amounting to 6,196 people. So the samples in this study are 99 samples. The data collection techniques use in this study are interviews, list of questions, and study documentation. The data analysis model use in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of the research through the simultaneous test (F) show that physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a significant effect on taxpayer satisfaction. The results of the partial test (t) show that physical evidence has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer satisfaction. Reliability has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer satisfaction. Responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer satisfaction. Assurance has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer satisfaction. Empathy has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) show that physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy can explain the variation of taxpayer satisfaction by 89.1% and the remaining 10.9% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

The potential of Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah (ZIS) in Indonesia is very large as an instrument to reduce poverty and improve people's welfare. This study assesses the effectiveness of ZIS management as optimally as possible, so that it can make a significant contribution to reducing poverty and increasing welfare. Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning zakat management has provided a strong legal basis in zakat management, through collection, distribution and utilization. The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1. How to optimize the management of zakat, infaq and shadaqah funds in increasing the standard of living of mustahiq. 2. How to improve the standard of living of mustahiq recipients of productive zakat from Baznas, Sambas Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how to optimize the management of zakat, infaq and natural shadaqah funds to increase the standard of living of mustahiq. and to determine the level of public trust in the management of Baznas in Sambas Regency and to determine the improvement in the standard of living of mustahiq recipients of productive zakat from Baznas in Sambas Regency. This type of research is a field research conducted at Baznas, Sambas Regency. The nature of this research is descriptive qualitative and data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation and documentation methods. The sample is 10 mustahiq recipients of productive zakat and 5 mustahiq recipients of consumptive zakat. While the method of determining the sample is by means of purposive sampling. The data analysis technique was carried out with an inductive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show: 1. The management of Baznas in Sambas Regency has not been optimal in planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. 2. The level of public confidence in the performance of Baznas in Sambas Regency is still low. 3. There is an increase in the standard of living of the mustahiq, and the level of welfare of the mustahiq is classified as pre-prosperous. In this case it is necessary to hold training to form competent human resources, there is a need for a mentoring program for mustahiq recipients of productive zakat, there is a need for supervision in managing zakat, infaq and shadaqah funds.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the rate of return on investment in PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. PT. Mayora Indah Tbk., is a manufacturing company engaged in food and beverages and at the same time the largest coffee candy manufacturing company in the world. The analysis of the rate of return on investment in this study was measured using the Return On Investment analysis with the Du Pont System approach. The data collection method is carried out by documentation techniques using industry average assessment indicators from all companies such as research objects, namely in the form of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies. The findings in this study show that the Return On Investment in PT. PT. Mayora Indah Tbk., for 5 years, namely 2016-2020, is in good condition because it is above the industry average. The findings in this study can help investors to invest in a company, it can be seen from how.

Abstract

Santara is a service that utilizes financial technology that is engaged in crowdfunding. This paper aims to describe, namely: 1) the media used by intermediaries in marketing; 2) Intermediate marketing targets. Researchers used qualitative research procedures with documentation data collection techniques. The results showed that, 1) The media used by Santara, namely: website, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and applications on the Play Store 2) Santara's marketing target is Small and Medium Enterprises. However, between grouping into two main targets, namely a) people who want to own a business, but they do not have the skills, time or capital; b) business people who need funding to expand their business development. This is in line with Santara's vision, namely Scale Up Small and Medium Enterprises, Scale Up the Indonesian Economy.

Abstract

Sudi Muslim Clothing Store in addition to applying the theory and concepts of conventional marketing strategies, it also applies an Islamic marketing strategy which consists of the first three main points, the application of Islamic marketing characteristics; second, the application of Islamic business ethics; third, following the marketing practices of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The Sudi Muslim Clothing Store imitates the marketing practices of the Prophet Muhammad SAW starting from segmentation and targeting, positioning. for capital problems in business development, poor road access is narrow and damaged roads and then there is no security member for shops/parking and sales promotions that cannot be maximized, and also the lifestyle or purchasing power of consumers around the store is not fixed or changing Besides that, human resources are also lacking in quality, especially in marketing and unable to maximize prices for products sold at the Sudi Muslim Clothing Store, Pasar Melayu Sambas.

Abstract

Financial management is an important unit in the organization system. Financial management is the central for implementing organization activity. In the other hand, financial management in Indonesia often the corruption and manipulating financial data. Transparency International Indonesia (February 2022) rate Indonesia at 96 from 180 country’s in the corruption perception index. So, the budget allocation in a program is not efficient and can have impact on the success of the program. Actually the government of Indonesia have been launching many policy to prevent the corruption. But until now, all policy is fail. This study aimed to analyze how to prevent corruption in financial management with Islamic guidance. This research was used qualitative analyze. the qualitative method aim to describe and analyze character of informant relating to the impact of implementing Islamic guidance to prevent corruption in financial management. According Moleong (2012), research method qualitative is a research method which the results descriptive data in the form of words verbal messages from people whose behavior can observed by researcher. The collecting data method used interview method. Interview is a method of collecting data by asking questions something to someone who is an informant or respondent (Afifuddin, 2009).The interview have 36 questions to know experiences all informant and education received from they parents. We would like to analyze child experience in home, parents education in the golden age, study experience in the school, and work experience. The research result are implementing Islamic guidance since the child, can be prevent corruption when they work in a company. The Islamic guidance importantly pray in 5 times can be develop person to be the honest, obedience, and always on time. All of this nature will be prevent corruption by low moral. In addition, a good work environment and good roles can be impact to prevent corruption opportunity. Just like invironmen will be able to develop behavior the child.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze effect of shopping lifestyle on impulsive purchase in Online Store. This research is a quantitative research with an associative approach. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The population in this study are consumers in Online Store for types of clothing in Medan City whose number is not known with certainty. The sample in this study were 145 respondents. Data analysis used simple regression analysis. The results show that shopping lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchase in Online Store for types of clothing in Medan City.
