<![CDATA[The aim was carried out by the author with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of the work environment, leadership, and work discipline on the work performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Empat Lawang Regency either partially or simultaneously. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, coefficient of determination, partial test and simultaneous test. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Secretariat of Empat Lawang Regency, totaling 59 people. The results of the analysis and discussion obtained that the work environment has a significant effect on the work performance of the Regional Secretariat of Empat Lawang Regency employees. Leadership has a significant effect on the work performance of the Regional Secretariat of Empat Lawang Regency employees. Work discipline has a significant effect on the work performance of the Regional Secretariat of Empat Lawang Regency employees. The work environment, leadership, and work discipline have a significant effect on the work performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Empat Lawang Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Welfare of the people is a goal of every region, including Central Kalimantan, North Kalimantan and East Kalimantan. Welfare of the people measured using Human Development Index (HDI). There are many factors that influence welfare of the people. This purpose of study to analyze the effect of unemployment and inflation on welfare of the people with economic growth as an intervening. The research method used quantitative wita data from the Central Bureau of Statistics and Path analysis as an analytical technique. The results of study unemployment has a positive significant effect on welfare of the people, while inflation has a negative significant effect and economic growth has no significant effect. Unemployment has a negative significant effect on ecomic growth, while inflation has a positive significant. And economic growth cannot be an intervening variable. So to improve the welfare of the people it is necessary to play the role of governments in each province to really focus on allocating funds for health, education, employment expansion programs, skills improvement and effective and efficient poverty alleviation programs.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to further understand the impact that workload and incentives have on employee performance at PT Bank Sumsel Babel Lemabang Sub-Branch. The population used as a research measurement is the employees of PT Bank Sumsel Babel Lemabang Sub-Branch as a whole which amounted to 35 people. The sample used in this study was 35 respondents using the census sampling technique. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed by validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, correlation coefficient analysis (r) and coefficient of determination (R2), model feasibility test (F) and partial test (t). Based on all tests, it can be concluded that the workload variable will have a negative and significant effect on employee performance. While the incentive variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Bank Sumsel Babel Lemabang Sub-Branch.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of product diversity and service quality on purchasing decisions at Kedai Kopi 372 Cimahi. The research uses quantitative methods. The research population was 50 people who were consumers of 372 coffee shops. The sample collection technique uses non-probability sampling techniques. The number of samples used was 50 people with a confidence level of 95%. Data testing uses SPSS V23. The data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire. The analytical methods used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests and multicollinearity tests, and multiple linear regression analysis consisting of determination analysis, F test and T test. The results of this test are partial. Product diversity does not have a significant impact on purchasing decisions, which means H1 is rejected. Service quality partially has a positive or significant impact on purchasing decisions, which means H2 is accepted. And simultaneously H3 is accepted, which means there is a positive and significant influence between product diversity and service quality on purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[This research departs from the phenomenon of wage-wage practices that occur in Bukit Aren Village using the local community's traditional system, namely the mutual cooperation system or in Gorontalo language known as "Huyula". Determining employee wage rates for each job is important because employees expect service rewards from the results of their work. Determining appropriate wage rates will have an impact on employee work results in accordance with the agreed provisions. This research is related to Management Accounting with the concept of determining employee/farmer wage rates using the Huyula concept in Bukit Aren Village. The method used to answer this research phenomenon is using qualitative methods and using researchers as the main instrument for several data sources, both document data and interview data. The research results show that the determination of wage rates using the Huyula concept is carried out by means of mutual remuneration for corn farmers. This determination is based on a tradition of mutual cooperation or commonly known as Huyula by corn farmers in Bukit Aren Village where the wages received by corn farmers are based on a work practice with the Huyula system or mutual cooperation where this practice is a work system that helps each other work in shifts or a system of labor exchange relationships. The land owner only provides food without wages, because the next day a system like this is a reciprocity between the two parties if the other party will carry out farming activities.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of the social environment and financial knowledge on interest in using sharia investment products (study of students of Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Indralaya IT High School). This study used quantitative methods with questionnaires as research instruments. The population in this study amounted to 331 students with a sample of 182 respondents taken using the Non-Probability Sampling method with quota sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the social environment and financial knowledge have a positive and significant effect on the interest in using Islamic investment products.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of Islamic financial literacy on employee performance with the research object being employees of the Sumsel Babel Bank, Sharia Branch Office Palembang. This study uses a saturated sample technique. Questionnaires were distributed to 41 employees of Sumsel Babel Bank, Sharia Branch Office Palembang. Data were analyzed using SPSS. The results of the study show that Islamic financial literacy has no significant effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operational Efficiency (BOPO), Inflation dan Exchange Rates to Non Performing Loan (NPL). The number of samples in this study is 151 commercial banks in ASEAN which fulfills the sample criteria based on purpoosive sampling method. This study take place over a periode of year 2013-2022. The research method used is data panel regression with Feasible Generalized Least Square estimation. The result of the analysis show that LDR, Inflation and Exchange Rates have negative effect on NPL. CAR and BOPO have a significant positive effect on NPL.]]>
