Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan desa dalam implementasi penerapan UU Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, khususnya dalam hal APBDesa apabila dilihat dari perencanaan APBDesa, pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban APBDesa, akuntabilitas finansial,dan pengawasan APBDesa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah delapan desa di Kabupaten Sleman, yaitu desa Girikerto, Wonokerto, Donokerto, Bangunkerto, Jogotirto, Kalitirto, Tegaltirto, dan Sendangtirto. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatifdeskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari delapan desa yang menjadi sampel telah siap dalam implementasi penerapan UU Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, khususnya dalam hal APBDesa. Namun desa belum sepenuhnya siap karena masih ada kendala dalam implementasi UU Desa. Faktor utama yang menjadi penghambat adalah keterbatasan waktu dalam persiapanadministrasi dan pemahaman isi Undang-Undang sebagai dasar aturan. Faktor lainnya adalah sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang kurang mendukung. Kata kunci: UU Desa, Kesiapan Desa, APBDesa, Akuntabilitas Finansial

Abstract

Informasi merupakan sumber daya yang sangat diperlukan bagi manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan. Namun, penerapan sistem informasi tidak selalu berhasil. Salah satu faktor penentukeberhasilan penerapan sistem informasi adalah sikap pengguna yang menggunakan sistem tersebut.Dalam penelitian ini, untuk melihat minat penggunaan sistem informasi terkomputerisasimenggunakan empat konstruk dari model UTAUT yaitu ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, faktorsosial, dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi. UTAUT merupakan model keperilakuan penerimaan teknologiterkini yang merupakan kombinasi dari delapan model sebelumnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmenemukan bukti empiris bahwa ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, faktor sosial, dan kondisi yangmemfasilitasi berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan sistem informasi.. Data dikumpulkan dari 47responden di Kantor Pos Bantul 55700 beserta Kantor Pos Cabang melalui kuesioner. Denganmenggunakan teknik regresi berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi kinerja, faktorsosial, kondisi yang memfasilitasi berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan sistem informasi.Sedangkan ekspektasi usaha tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan sistem informasi.  Kata kunci: minat pengguna, sistem informasi, UTAUT

Abstract

This paper tries to investigate the role of art the creative process in the creative industry entrepreneurs using a qulitative approach. The sample were 34 entrepreneurs from taracotta industries. The investigation reveald that art were very helpful for the creative industry entrepreneurs to creation of new ideas. The skill in the art also has many advantages. The creative process consist of many stages and the role of enretion is very significant and sensitivity can be trained by education. The reference seeking important to sensitivity and internet is very important source in the process.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship development based on creative industries for women congregation majelis taklim (MT) in Kepek village is carried out using the PAR (Participation Action Research) method which aims to encourage creative minds by pressing questions and participant-oriented guidance. Entrepreneurship development for MT female congregation in Kepek Gunung Kidul village can be achieved well. Among others are; There needs to be a follow-up in a series of mentoring and skills improvement, both for the main and supporting the business. The potential for good local wisdom can be converted into economic values. Massive development of marketing networks needs to be considered in order to have a bigger economic impact on the surrounding community. The government is advised to support deeper exploration of the local economic wisdom of the people of Gunung Kidul so that it can have a direct positive impact on its residents.

Abstract

Untuk lembaga keuangan syariah agar menerapkan fatwa DSN dan tidak keluar dari fatwa, yaitu menarik biaya admnistrasi yang nyata-nyata diperlukan dengan besaran biaya tetap, tidak berdasarkan besarnya pinjaman. Jika ini dilanggar, maka akan menyebabkan terjaruh ke dalam praktik riba. Untuk DSN, selain mengeluarkan fatwa diharapkan dapat memberikan sanksi bagi lembaga-lembaga yang menerapkan produk tidak sesuai dengan yang difatwakan melalui Dewan Pengawas Syariah yang terdapat di setiap bank syariah. Untuk masyarakat yang mendaftar haji jangan sampai terjebak dalam produk ini karena mengandung syubhat riba yang berakibat terhadap kemabruran hajinya karena berangkat menggunakan harta yang diperoleh dengan cara riba. Hendaklah ia membayar tunai sebanyak Rp 20 juta agar bisa mendapatkan kepastian seat (nomor urut) untuk tahun keberangkatan, dan jangan menggunakan dana talangan bank.

Abstract

Perkembangan pendidikan di Indonesia telah berkembangan dengan sangat pesat, tidakhanya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan namun juga perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan yang sangat besar dalam pola pendidikan di Indonesia. Pendidikan adalah sebuah gerbang yang akan membawa mahasiswa menjadi generasi penerus bangsa ini, tidahk hanya sekedar membangun bangsa namun juga membangun karakter bangsa supaya bangsa ini menjadi bangsa yang besar. Pendidikan karakter bisa terinternalisasi dalam kurikulum yang nantinya akan membantu mahasiswa mengembangkan karakter diri. Penelitian ini mengambarkan sejauh mana pendidikan karakter akan membantu mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan dirinya. Hasil penelitian ini adanya keterlibatan pendidikan karakter dalam kurikulum akan membantu mahasiswa menghadapi dunia pekerjaan yang akan dipengaruhi oleh karakter yang dibangun dari sejak memulai pendidikan atau bisa ditumbuhkembagkan bahkan pada saat perkuliahan. Keseuaian antara mahasiswa dan dosen akan membantu juga dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

Economic development in a country is highly dependent on the development and real contribution of the banking sector. Financial performance measurement is very necessary in line with the level of banking competition that is increasingly advanced and developing. This study aims to gain an understanding of the condition and health position of bank BTN as one of the companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research method uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data source used is secondary data with analytical techniques using the ratio of Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability. The results of the analysis of the financial statements of the balance sheet, profit and loss and changes in equity using the CR, QR, DR, DER indicators show that the financial performance of Bank BTN in 2018-2021 is declared liquid and solvable, while the ROA and ROE indicators have decreased significantly in 2019. Bank BTN needs to utilize abandoned assets to increase profits and reduce short-term and long-term debt.

Abstract

Abstract. This study provides an overview of several variables affecting the antecedent level, as well as the consequences of the Village Financial Accountability faktor on other faktors to help understanding the good patterns of the Village Financial Accountability. The subjects of this study were the Village Heads and the members of Rural Technical Staff of Financial Management (PTPKD), consisting of the Village Secretary, Section Head and Treasurer, where the number of PTPKD members determined by a Village Head Decree from 14 villages with each village consisting of 6 correspondents. Therefore, the total correspondents were 84 people. The results showed that the better the level of human resources is, the better the level of accountability of village financial reports is. Beside that, a good understanding of accounting will increase the accountability of village financial reports. The accountability of the Village Financial Report will have a real impact on publik trust and increased publik trust will also have an impact on the level of participation. Furthermore, the use of IT has no influence on the Accountability of Village Financial Statements, and the Accountability of Village Financial Statements does not affect participation. Abstract

Digital information and communication are very necessary for human life. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of trust, risk, benefits, and convenience on interest in using fintech with emotional intelligence as an intervening variabel. The method used in this research is the SAMPLS reflective measurement test. The sample used was 43 Cokroaminoto University student respondents who used or had used fintech using random sampling. Based on the analysis results obtained by Trust, risks, benefits, and convenience have a significant influence on interest in using fintech. Trust, risk, benefits, and convenience have a significant effect on emotional intelligence. Abstract

Shariah stock investment is still of the highest interest on the IDX to developing assets productively. However, there are still many obstacles to be faced. The purpose of this study was to know about influence knowledge, benefits, risks and trust on interest in investing in Islamic stocks within the scope of students at Cokroaminoto University, Yogyakarta. The method used is a quantitative approach using a survey method of UCY students as a research sample and data collected through a questionnaire. The results of the research that has been done are that there is a significant influence on the variable of trust in the interest in investing in Islamic stocks while the influence of benefits, knowledge, and risks do not have a significant effect on the interest in investing in Islamic stocks during UCY student.
