Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image, price and product quality on customer loyalty to Nivea body lotion products (study of followers of the Shopee Nivea Official Store account). The method used in this research is a quantitative type method. The population in this study were followers of the Shopee Nivea Official Store account. The sample used was 100 taken using purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the data processing, in the F test it can be stated that the calculated F is 22,476 > F table 2.699 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. So the results of the F test show that the variables Brand Image, Price and Product Quality simultaneously influence Customer Loyalty. In the t test, the sig value for the brand image variable (X1) is 0.000 < 0.05. The calculated t value is 7.781 > t table 1.984. So H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the Brand Image variable partially influences Customer Loyalty. The sig value of the Price variable (X2) is 0.004 < 0.05. The calculated t value is -2.964 < t table 1.984. So H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that the Price variable has a partial negative effect on Customer Loyalty. The significance value for the Product Quality variable (X3) is 0.000 < 0.05. The calculated t value is -4.086 < t table 1.984. So H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that the Product Quality variable has a partial negative effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

The objective of this investigation is to determine how return on equity, return on assets, and earnings per share affect the stock prices of banking companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2020-2022). The population considered in the study was 47 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The sample methodology employs the purposive sampling method with certain criteria. The survey included 21 banking companies. This research data uses secondary data on financial statements of banking companies. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 25's multiple linear regression. The sample is subjected to multiple linear regression analysis, a traditional assumption test. To test variables, model feasibility tests, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient tests are employed. The research results show that equity repatriation has a significant positive impact on stock prices, asset repatriation has a significant positive impact on stock prices, and earnings per share have a significant positive impact on stock prices. The result of the decision test gives an adjusted R2 value of 0.551 or 55.1%, indicating thatistock price of banking companies is affected by the variables "return on equity", "reorganization of assets" and "earnings per share", while the remaining variables are affected by Influence. 44.9% are affected by other variables

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the specific influence of competency, work discipline, and organisational culture on the performance of employees at Mojogedang State High School. This study applies a quantitative descriptive technique and employs a saturation or census sample. Data was collected using dispersed questionnaires. The data underwent analysis using the t test, multiple linear regression, and coefficient of determination (R2). The research findings suggest that both competency and organisational culture significantly and positively influence employee performance. Nevertheless, work discipline has a favourable albeit insignificant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to examine the influence of celebrity endorsers and brand image on repurchase interest mediated by brand trust. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all Tokopedia e-commerce consumers as many as 100 consumers. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that celebrity endorsers were not significantly positive for brand trust, brand image was significantly positive for brand trust, celebrity endorsers were significantly positive for repurchase interest, brand image was significantly positive for repurchase interest, brand trust did not mediate the influence of celebrity endorsers on repurchase interest, brand trust was able to mediate the influence of brand image on repurchase interest, Brand trust is significantly positive about buyback interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perceptions and challenges faced by Majelis Wakaf dan Kehartabendaan (MWK) of Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah (PDM) in Tasikmalaya Regency regarding the management of waqf assets for organic rice farming businesses. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique applied is thematic analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a positive perception regarding the use of productive waqf for organic rice farming businesses. However, the dynamic external environment introduces uncertainty that affects development strategies. 2) The challenges involve strengthening member participation, improving agricultural human resources, institutional reinforcement, and expanding marketing.

Abstract

The study tested the impact of profitability ratio, liquidity ratio and leverage ratio on financial distress in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. In this study samples were taken from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2020 – 2022 using purposive sampling method. Relationships or influences of variables are described using double regression analysis methods. The results of the research show that profitability has a positive and significant effect on financial distress. This suggests that when profitability increases, then financial distresses will also increase. The activity and size of the company have no significant influence on the financial distress. In this study the most dominant contributing variable is the activity measured by the total asset turnover.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the determinant of the level of taxpayer compliance at the Regional Revenue Board of Palembang City. This type of research is quantitative. The sample used in this study amounted to 50 Civil Servants in the Palembang City Regional Revenue Agency in the Tax section. The type of data used was primary data. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique. The data in this study indicate that the variables Tax Sanctions, Moral Obligation, Quality of Service have a significant positive effect and tax audits have a negative effect on the variable taxpayer compliance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of Brand Awareness, Brand Image, and Brand Trust on Brand Loyalty. Research data was obtained through a survey involving 212 respondents. This research uses primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed online and directly in the Central Jakarta area via Google Form. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling, with the main respondents being BritAma Savings customers. This research uses a quantitative approach by applying the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. This research is expected to provide knowledge to BRI management to further increase Brand Loyalty through increasing Brand Awareness, Brand Image and Brand Trust. The research results explain that there is a positive and significant influence between Brand Awareness, Brand Images, Brand Trust and Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

The status of the Komodo National Park area was designated as a conservation area or World Heritage Site and a Man and Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1988, so the zoning of the Komodo National Park area is also regulated by the government in Article 32 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5 of 1990 concerning Conservation of Biological Natural Resources and Their Ecosystems. This zoning is carried out to protect areas that are vulnerable and have a high environmental valuation. The Tourism Use Zone is the only zone that tourists can visit and has the least negative impact on the Komodo dragon population. This zone is restricted for ecotourism purposes and is strictly guarded by the national park authorities. Changes in the management landscape of the Komodo National Park area based on environmental sustainability tourism (ecotourism) in 1995 changed management policies which also changed the socio-economic pattern of the community, from people who previously relied on garden and sea products for their livelihoods to now being based on tourism services and small industries household. This research aims to analyze the assessment of the economic benefits of natural resources through economic valuation in the development of ecotourism in the Komodo National Park and to analyze the role of ecotourism in the economic growth of the Komodo National Park area. This research uses a quantitative canalitis method using secondary data obtained from expert literature, statistical data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and mapping documents of the Konodo National Park. Apart from that, primary data used a questionnaire from Komodo National Park tourists and interviews with the Head of the Komodo National Park Office. This research also shows that there is a positive value in total economic valuation from the sum of (indirect use value/Willingness To Pay and direct use value/Travel Cost) on the economic growth of the Komodo National Park Area. Economic growth in the Komodo National Park area is not only assessed from the benefits of total economic valuation (TEV), but also the assessment of leading sectors (basic and non-basic) in West Manggarai Regency and East Nusa Tenggara Province. The assessment of the leading sectors in this research uses Location Quotients (LQ) analysis. This analysis will look at activity sectors that drive economic growth in the Komodo National Park area.

Abstract

An investigation of the performance of workers at PT. Mojo Sugar Factory in Sragen Regency is being carried out with the purpose of determining and explaining employee performance in relation to training, communication, and reward. A quantitative descriptive research design is something that is utilized in this research strategy. All of the workers that are employed in the PT Mojo Sugar Factory in the Sragen Regency make up the population for this research. A saturation sampling strategy, This research used what is commonly referred to as the census approach. A sample of the entire population is taken using this process. In this study, 102 workers were chosen as samples. A questionnaire was employed to gather data. Data analysis was done using statistical analysis, most especially using SPSS version 25 using the multiple linear regression test, the t test, and the coefficient of determination. The study's conclusions show that working personnel at PT. Mojo Sugar Factory perform better and more significantly when they receive training, which is located in the Sragen Regency. There is a favorable and considerable impact that communication has on the performance of employees at PT. Mojo Sugar Factory, which is located in the Sragen Regency. At PT. Mojo Sugar Factory, Sragen Regency, the performance of employees is significantly improved by the presence of rewards, which have a beneficial impact. When all factors are included, the coefficient of determination (R2) accounts for 53.5% of the total, while the remaining 46.5% is impacted by additional variables that were not investigated in this study.
