Abstract

Food and beverage companies are industrial companies involved in managing the food and beverage industry and play an important role in Indonesia's economic growth. Every business tries to achieve optimal profit or profit in continuing its business in the future. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of working capital, liquidity, company age and company growth on profitability. In this study the number of population is 41. Target sampling, the technique used with certain criteria. Samples were obtained from 16 sample companies. Descriptive statistical panel data and regression using SPSS 2.1 software are used as data analysis techniques. As a data processing tool for presenting statistical data Based on the results of the study it was stated that the working capital variable had a positive and significant effect on profitability, while the liquidity variable was assumed to have a positive effect on profitability, while the company expectation variable was assumed to have a positive effect on profitability, and the company growth variable was assumed to have a positive effect on profitability profitability. From this it can be concluded that the variables of working capital, solvency, firm age together influence profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the giveaway practices carried out by oflaila_busana by buying and selling online from a sharia economic perspective. Currently, the practice of giveaway is widely used by online shops as a sales attraction, so that their products are better known by the wider community. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by providing explanations and descriptions regarding giveaway buying and selling in the perspective of Islamic economics. Which is done by describing a problem or phenomenon that occurs accurately. And the results obtained are well described. Methods of data collection by means of observation, interviews, and/or document review. The research location is oflaila_busana which uses online media in sales by practicing a giveaway system in sales promotion. The results of this study based on the data obtained indicate that the giveaway held at oflaila_busana does not contain conditions that are prohibited in religion. So the giveaway practice at oflaila_busana is in accordance with the sharia economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of intrinsic motivation and compensation on the employees performance at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Logistics in Madiun City. The population of employees at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Logistics in Madiun City is 35 employees, and the sampling method used is a saturated sampling technique, making all employees participants in the research. The research method employed is quantitative with a measurement scale using the ordinal scale with the Likert scale weighting technique ranging from 1 to 5. To achieve the research objectives, the hypotheses are tested using the Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The entire testing process using PLS demonstrates results that surpass the required values for the reliability of the testing. Based on the research findings, it is established that both intrinsic motivation and compensation have a significant positive effect on the employees performance at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Logistics in Madiun City.

Abstract

Businesses that are carried out to meet the needs of life include conducting Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of Islamic banks and MSMEs in improving the Indonesian economy. The method in this article is a qualitative method with literature study or Library Research. The purpose of this article is to analyze existing theories by looking at their comparison with previous theories in the research literature. The literature used is literature from research results or reviews that are recorded in national and international scientific articles related to financial management. All articles used are sourced from the electronic literacy data search engine Mendeley and Google scholar. The results showed that with Islamic sharia principles, Islamic banking plays an important role in driving the wheels of the Indonesian economy through the development and empowerment of MSMEs.

Abstract

The growth of the industrial sector in Indonesia is currently still a pillar of the country's economy, one of which is the cosmetics industry. Interest in seeking beauty in Karawang Regency has fluctuated. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the role of influencers and product quality in influencing the decision to buy cosmetics Something on TikTok. This study uses a quantitative method with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equal Model (PLS-SEM) approach. The population of this research is women belonging to Generation Z who follow Janes Christina's tiktok account and have used Somethinc cosmetic products for as many as 128 people and a sample of 100 people. Data collection uses a questionnaire via Google form and the analysis tool uses SmartPLS 3.0 software to test the proposed hypothesis. Based on the results of the study, researchers found that influencers and product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Corporate Social Resposibility disclosure on earnings management with the proxies Cash Flow of Operation (CFO), Production Cost (PROD), and Discretionary Expense (DISR) in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in the 2017–2021 period. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The number of samples in this study was 10 companies, so the total sample was 50, which were selected using the purposive sampling method. The results showed that the disclosure of Corporate Social Resposibility had no effect on earnings management with the proxies Cash Flow of Operation (CFO) and Discretionary Expense (DISR), while the disclosure of Corporate Social Resposibility had an positive effect on production cost (PROD).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and determine the effect of influencer marketing and product quality on the purchasing decision of Erigo Apparel products. This study uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 100 people. The population in this study was respondents who had active social media accounts as well as followers of Erigo Apparel social media accounts and respondents had bought and used Erigo Apparel products. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 for Windows. This test uses two independent variables, namely influencer marketing, product quality and purchasing decisions as dependent variables. The results of this study are 1) Influencer marketing and product quality simultaneously affect the decision to purchase Erigo Apparel products. 2) Influencer marketing partially influences the decision to purchase Erigo Apparel products. 3) Product quality partially influences the decision to purchase Erigo Apparel products.

Abstract

Settlement of Sharia Agreement Disputes in Islamic Financial Institutions is a positive endeavor to provide legal certainty for justice seekers. The settlement of muamalah disputes in the Islamic tradition has been carried out since the time of the Prophet Muhammad. This is done through a court mechanism known today as litigation and through shulh, fatwa, tahkîm, mazhalim, and hisbah or what is known today as non-litigation. The forms of muamalah dispute resolution that operate in special Islamic financial institutions (LKS) that are currently in effect are almost the same as those that were in effect at the time of the Prophet. The path of litigation through the judiciary and the path of non-litigation through peace or alternative dispute resolution is known in fiqh as shulh, while the route through arbitration or in fiqh terminology is called tahkîm.

Abstract

Financial behavior is one of the important things to be able to control personal finances, if healthy and good financial behavior can certainly manage cash flow well, the opposite can happen. Healthy and good financial behavior can certainly climb the level of prosperity. However, unhealthy and bad financial behavior will definitely reduce welfare status. Unhealthy financial behavior in this study is caused by people who are entangled in debts, have a consumptive nature, and have low self-awareness toward saving activities. The purpose of this study is to recommend to the Regional Government and the Central Government synergize with each other, building the mindset of the people on the outskirts of the metro city to rise together to climb the ladder of prosperity. The government is expected to be able to provide soft skill training for these people because most of the jobs for the people on the outskirts of Metro City are as laborers in the market. The results of this study, factors that lead to unhealthy financial behavior are caused by a low understanding of financial literacy because these people do not understand saving activities at the bank, do not understand insurance, and investment, have insufficient financial income, understand poor financial attitudes unfavorable and the influence of a strong external locus of control so that the outskirts of Metro City are entangled in debt and unhealthy financial behavior.

Abstract

The research has a purpose to test and analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), dan Net Interest Margin (NIM) on the Profitability of banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2015-2021. The population consists of 46 companies banks listed on the IDX. Then, the sample was selected through a purposive sampling technique by specifyng 6 companies banks as research objects. The research method uses panel data regression as measured by the e-views 12 program. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that partially the CAR variable has a positive and significant effect on profitability, meanwhile, the NPL and NIM variables have a negatif and insignificant effect on profitability. The simultaneously, the variables CAR, NPL, and NIM are able to influence Profitability by 45,2% and the remaining 54,8% is influenced by other variables not examined.
