Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a technology in the Society 5.0 era which is very useful for application in the world of education, especially Library Science. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an artificial intelligence that is a model of human intelligence that has been applied in a machine to create intelligent machines that are able to facilitate information activities. There is increasing recognition of the benefits of applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to the world of education. This research explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the world of education for Library Science students is able to respond to opportunities and improve major strategies to obtain more information on digital literacy. The data in this research was obtained using quantitative methods by taking 45 students majoring in Library Science, UIN North Sumatra, Medan as samples and conducting a literature review of research related to the discussion being researched. It is very rarely mentioned explicitly that artificial intelligence used by library science students is able to provide a huge boost to ideas, creativity, literacy character which is able to encourage the growth of good information for each individual. This research is a discussion that explores the meaning, benefits and challenges of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the digital literacy of library science students at UIN North Sumatra, Medan.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the banking sector in Indonesia encourages intense competition between financial institutions. In this effort, banks must provide the best service (service excellent) to win the increasingly fierce competition. Therefore, improving service quality is crucial for banks to continue to compete and survive in this competitive banking industry. Providing superior banking services is the main key to ensuring the success of the mobile banking platform and meeting customer needs properly. This study aims to explore the effect of customer orientation, service quality, and customer satisfaction, on customer loyalty for mobile banking customers in JABODETABEK. This research is a quantitative study that uses a purposive sampling method and involves 188 female mobile banking users in JABODETABEK Indonesia. The results showed that the biggest influence, namely customer orientation, had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer orientation affects service quality. Service quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Service quality does not affect customer satisfaction. The next result is that service quality does not mediate customer orientation and customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction does not mediate service quality and customer loyalty. Future research is expected to use more specific respondents with different measurement techniques. Banks need to ensure that the mobile banking services provided achieve high-quality standards, including speed, reliability, security, and ease of use.

Abstract

The Indonesian National Army (TNI) is a key element in maintaining national defense. However, challenges in the TNI's performance arise due to the need to modernize the main defense system equipment (alutsista) especially related to the condition of the NPS75 4x4 transport vehicle. One of the problems that often occurs is damage to wheel bearings, which can threaten personnel safety. Traditional methods such as listening to the sound of the engine and carrying out a physical inspection have been used before, but with the development of electronic technology, automatic devices can be created that monitor the condition of vehicle bearings using vibration detection. In this research, we propose the use of the Wemos D1 Mini which is connected to the driver's mobile phone via a WiFi network. This device uses the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method to classify damage to bearings based on learning data. The aim is to assist in automatically detecting and classifying bearing damage categories on NPS75 4x4 transport vehicles, so that timely and targeted maintenance actions can be taken.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the government internal control system (SPIP) is implemented in the Gorontalo city government. This research uses qualitative research methods, the data source used is primary data where this research uses in-depth interview data collection techniques based on the SPIP elements contained in Government Regulation Number 60 of 2008 concerning the government's internal control system. This research examines the control environment in the Gorontalo City Government, highlighting clear policies, high ethical values, and strong commitment in government management. Although significant steps have been taken, there are several aspects that require further attention. Evaluation of the organizational structure, improving communication, and adjusting roles and responsibilities were identified as potential solutions to improve internal control performance. In addition, the importance of information system security is also emphasized as the main focus for continued improvement. Nevertheless, the Gorontalo City Government shows a clear commitment to improving the control system by considering continuous evaluation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in government tasks. Steps such as risk evaluation, implementing controls, monitoring information systems, and improving communications and information technology infrastructure are proposed as an effort to improve control performance and increase coordination and access to relevant information in the Gorontalo City Government.

Abstract

Rusunawa Kayu Putih Medan is one of the housing solutions for low-income people (MBR) in Medan City. However, the occupancy rate of Rusunawa Kayu Putih is still relatively low. This research aims to analyze marketing communications in increasing the attractiveness of tenants at Rusunawa Kayu Putih Medan. Data was collected through interviews with informants in the Rusunawa and analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing communication strategy used by the Rusunawa. The results of this research indicate that marketing communications have a significant impact in increasing tenant attraction. By understanding the market characteristics and needs of prospective residents, as well as adopting appropriate communication strategies, it is hoped that the results of this research can create better awareness and greater interest in this residence, so that it can provide maximum benefits for urban communities in need.

Abstract

CV Jaya Abadi Teknik is a company engaged in the plastic machine manufacturing industry, food packaging from various brands located in Protonayan, Nogosari sub-district, Boyolali Regency. The problem at CV Jaya Abadi Teknik is the decline in employee performance caused by a less assertive leadership style. Based on the problem of employee work commitment which has an impact on employee performance achievement which is still low, CV Jaya Abadi. This research is included in quantitative research. This research was conducted at CV Jaya Abadi Teknik. The population in this study were employees from CV Jaya Abadi Teknik. used in sampling is a non-probability sampling technique. The research results show that organizational culture is unable to encourage organizational commitment to employee performance.

Abstract

In various fields, teenagers are the main focus of society. The role of teenagers in forming good character, instilling noble values, and fostering a sense of love for the country is very important. In Tanjungbalai, an interesting phenomenon emerged where many teenagers enthusiastically took part in the Dhiyaul Hady Shalawat Assembly. The uniqueness of this assembly lies in its members, all of whom come from young people, from guides, vocalists, to hadroh players. Before this assembly was established, the condition of the people of Tanjungbalai was quite worrying. Many teenagers fall into negative activities such as nightlife, hanging out without a clear purpose, and drug abuse. The spirit of love for the Prophet was felt to be lacking among the people. Therefore, Ustadz Encev Fariduddin founded the Dhiyaul Hady Shalawat Council. Qualitative research with descriptive-analytic data analysis methods was used to understand the impact of this assembly. Data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation, then analyzed using a Sufism approach. The research results showed positive changes in the personalities of teenagers who attended the assembly. The congregation feels an increase in religiosity after joining. The Dhiyaul Hady Council consistently and gradually seeks to develop the spiritual life of teenagers in a way that is interesting and suits their tastes. Commitment, motivation, spirit of brotherhood, and regular dhikr, as well as prayers to Allah SWT. be an important part of this development. Apart from spiritual formation, this assembly also encourages and supports teenagers to strengthen their love for Rasulullah SAW and build relationships with ulama and habaib.

Abstract

Many discourses in social life are found, one of which is the discourse of "syar'i dating". The word "pacaran syari" has become an increasingly interesting topic of conversation in the context of modern Indonesian pop culture, especially for films in Indonesia, one of which is the religious film "Cinta Subuh". This study aims to determine the meaning of "syar'i courtship" shown in the film "Cinta Subuh," which focuses on how this discourse is portrayed in narrative, characters, and dialogue. This type of research is qualitative research, through Teun Van Dijk's critical discourse analysis approach. The findings of this study provide an understanding that the meaning of "sharia dating" in films affects viewers' perceptions of romantic relationships. The study also found that narrative, characters, and dialogue exist in the meaning of "syar'i courtship". This research is expected to contribute in understanding how film becomes a medium in designing, reflecting, and influencing people's views on other terms or meanings in the context of modern Indonesian pop culture.

Abstract

                  This research is entitled "Marketing strategy for the Syekh Muhammad Baqi Babussalam Basilam Baru Islamic Boarding School in attracting the interest of new students in Angkola South Tapanuli. The following is a paraphrase of the text provided. This research was conducted on Jl. Mandailing Km.11.5 Basilam Baru Village, Batang Angkola District, South Tapanuli using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research include the Board of Teachers/Islamic Boarding School Management, Publication Division, and Social Media Marketing. The information gathering techniques used are perception and meetings. In this exploration, the researchers utilized source triangulation by checking and confirming with the Islamic Live-in School Sheikh Muhammad Baqi Babussalam Basilam Baru regarding the promotion of correspondence methodology information carried out by the Islamic Life Experience School. The research results show that the publication techniques carried out by the Live-in Islamic School of Syekh Muhammad Baqi Babussalam Basilam Baru include print media and virtual entertainment, with print media as handouts. In the individual sales technique, the supervisory team does not form a committed marketing group or provide the power to track new clients; Secret deals are concluded during competition events. Techniques for increasing transactions carried out by Islamic Life Experience Schools include rebate programs for homeless people who are not bothered by food costs, free teaching programs, and organizing events. Abstract

The problem that is the main focus of this research is the lack of interesting interactive multimedia-based educational information media as a provider of information about venomous animals. This information should also be a concern because these venomous animals are very dangerous, especially for children who still lack information about this. The aim of this research is to become a source of educative information to the public, especially children, about venomous animals as attractive as possible and easy to use. Interactive multimedia is one solution to this problem. The Multimedia Development Life Cycle method is used as a guide in building interactive multimedia with the stages of Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. From the results of testing in alpha testing all the features in this interactive multimedia can run well. With the results of beta testing on 30 respondents, they get a rating of 4.54 out of 5, so this interactive multimedia is very good and suitable for use as an educative information medium about venomous animals.
