Abstract

Along with the changing era toward progress, in the era of increasingly free competition like today, educational institutions are required to be able to provide quality education because of poor quality educational institutions over time will be abandoned by society and eliminated by itself The form of efforts to improve the quality of education undertaken by the government is to establish a policy of quality management based on madrasah by delegating authority from the center to the school (madrasah), where the madrasah are given the flexibility and authority to organize and implement up to evaluate the education carried out Title of actualization of quality improvement management based on madrasah. While the formulation of the problem is how the actualization of quality improvement management based on madrasah, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in actualizing the management of quality improvement based on madrasah. Based on the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is to describe the actualization of quality improvement management based on madrasah, and to describe what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in actualizing the management of quality improvement based on madrasah. In data collection methods through observation, interview and documentation, with informants. While to analyze the data using qualitative descriptive technical analysis, that is to describe and interpret the data that have been obtained so that will describe the actual reality in accordance with the existing phenomenonThe result of the research shows that the actualization of management of quality improvement of education can be implemented well, because madrasah is basically the existence of madrasah from, by and for society and it is time for madrasah based quality management is applied in madrasah to improve education quality Actualization of madrasah based quality improvement management as a national policy, firstly do program planning and situation analysis to know the target to be achieved and do SWOT analyst to know how far the readiness of madrasah in order to improve the quality of education After MPMBM planning is completed by giving birth to the program that must be implemented, the head of the madrasah performs the division of workload by providing a proportional portion to each individual or group. In evaluating the head of the madrasah perform regular evaluations every week and any problems From this it can be understood that the supporting factor in actualizing the management of quality improvement based on Madrasah Madrasah is the compactness and high morale spirit of the existing elements ranging from head of madrasah to employees, and completeness of existing infrastructure. Abstract

The birth of organizational culture in Islamic educational institutions can not be separated from the typology of visionary leadership. Organizations are therefore defined as a rational tool for coordinating and controlling a group of people in the process of achieving goals. Leadership appears in the process by which a person directs, guides, influences and or controls the thoughts, feelings and behavior of others. In the world of education, especially Islamic education, leadership in an Islamic educational institution has a strategic position in bringing Islamic educational institutions in the direction desired by a leader. Therefore, both the bad image of Islamic educational institutions is determined by both the poor performance, ability and image of a leader in managing the organization. In relation to the influence of the leadership of an Islamic educational institution-the head of a madrasah-, visionary leadership is needed as a requirement to create the effectiveness and efficiency of educational institutions, especially Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Probolinggo, improving the quality of madrassas and forming the image of Islamic educational institutions. Abstract

Munculnya counter productive dalam dunia pendidikan telah menyebabkan munculnya gejala-gejala di kalangan anak muda, bahkan orang tua, yang menunjukkan bahwa mereka mengabaikan nilai dan moral dalam tata krama pergaulan yang sangat diperlukan dalam suatu masyarakat yang beradab. Keprihatinan terhadap dekadensi moral ibarat sebilah pisau bermata dua. Jika mencari akar masalah pada orang lain pada hakikatnya akar masalah itu juga bermula dari diri sendiri sehingga menyalahkan orang lain berarti pula menyalahkan diri sendiri. Untuk itu perlu dicarikan solusi dan aksi pendidikan akhlak yang tepat. Penelitian mengenai “Model Pendidikan Akhlak Aplikatif-Integratif di SMPN 2 Jember” dilakukan berpijak dari keprihatinan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa desain pendidikan akhlak aplikatif integratif di SMP Negeri 2 Jember dengan menerapkan empat model, pertama terintegrasi dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM). Kedua buadaya sekolah yang meliputi kegiatan rutin yang merupakan kegiatan sudah terprogam, kegiatan spontan, keteladanan dari tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, pengkondisian fisik maupun non-fisik. Ketiga kegiatan ekstra kurikuler yang merupakan kegiatan tambahan di SMPN 2 Jember. Keempat Kegiatan berbasis komonitas yang melibatkan orang tua dan masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan akhlak aplikatif integratif. Kata Kuci; Pendidikan, Akhlak, Sekolah

Abstract

Media social adalah struktur social yang berasal dari individu-individu dan organisasi yang diikat oleh kesamaan penggunanya. Media social adalah media online (media daring) yang digunakan sebagai sarana pergaulan social secara online di internet. Di media social, para pengguna dapat saling berinteraksi, berkomunikasi, berbagi networking dan berbagai kegiatannya lainnya secara online. Media social dibuat untuk memenuhi syarat manusia karena manusia sebagi mahluk social,diciptakan untuk bersosial. Karena perkembangan zaman semakin maju, yang tujuan utamanya memfasilitasi user atau pengguna media social tersebut agar dapat terhubung dengan seseorang dalam satu Negara, bahkan antar Negara maupun antar benua dengan praktis dan tidak membuang waktu atau memberikan kemudahan bagi penggunanya untuk bersosialisasi. Namun pada era modern saat ini, media social tidak hanya berfungsi sebagaimana biasanya, ternyata media-media social memberikan pengaruh-pengaruh terhadap pendidikan karakter anak didik yang menggunaknnya. Entah itu pengaruh positif maupun pengaruh negative seperti pamer di media social. Berbicara tentang penguatan pembentukan karakter anak didik melalui pendidikan karakter dalam knteks sekarang sangat relevan untuk mengatasi krisis moral yang sedang terjadi di sekolah-sekolah maupun perguruan tinggi. Diakui atau tidak diakui saat ini terjadi krisis yang nyata yang menghawatirkan dalam lingkungan sekolah yang melibatkan anak didik. Abstract

Era Industri 4.0 has prompted academics to be able to apply a technology in a learning. However, this condition is still not supported by the availability of learning media used in schools. Therefore, this study aims to describe the response of academics, to educational game in learning. Two hundred twenty one students and fifty-three teachers from Probolinggo were randomly allocated to be the subject of this study. The responses collected with non-test techniques, were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results indicated educational game gain a positive response and greatly needed by academics. Furthermore, this result can be followed up for media developers and researchers to test the educational game in learning.

Abstract

Aktivitas kependidikan agama Islam di Indonesia pada dasarnya sudah berlangsung dan berkembang sejak sebelum Indonesia merdeka hingga sekarang. Hal ini dapat di lihat dari fenomena tumbuh berkembangnya program dan praktek pendidikan Islam yang dilaksanakan di Nusantara, baik yang berupa pondok pesantren, pendidikan madrasah, pendidikan umum yang bernafaskan Islam, pelajarn pendidikan agama Islam yang diselenggarakan di lembaga-lembaga pendidikan umum sebagai suatu mata pelajaran, maupun pendidikan Islam yang diselenggarakan oleh kelompok tertentu di masayarakat, serta tempat-tempat ibadah dan media masa. Pendidikan Islam sekarang ini dihadapkan pada tantangan kehidupan manusia modern. Dengan demikian, pendidikan Islam harus diarahkan pada kebutuhan perubahan masyarakat modern. Dalam menghadapi suatu perubahan, diperlukan suatu disain paradigma baru di dalam menghadapi tuntutan-tuntutan yang baru. Untuk itu, pendidikan Islam perlu didisain untuk menjawab tantangan prubahan zaman tersebut, baik pada sisi konsepnya, kurikulum, kualitas sumberdaya insaninya, lembaga-lembaga dan organisasinya, serta mengkonstruksinya agar dapat relevan dengan perubahan masyarakat tersebut.

Abstract

Educational institutions are faced with the rapid development of millennial times, so that the impact of the progress of the era has positive and negative impacts, the negative impact issues that concern the public include actions and deviant behavior from the community, such as immorality, gambling, robbery, consuming drugs, drinks hard and so on.The deviant behavior is expected not to poison the young generation as the successor of the nation's life. The youth is the relay holder of the nation's future leadership, therefore the Irsyadul Mubtadiin High School educational institution strives as much as possible to educate and nurture the mental health of the young generation. Youth is a generation that is capable of achieving the nation's ideals to be proud of by all levels of society. Religious education taught by professional religious teachers is sought to be able to fortify the souls of the younger generation so that they are not affected by the current and negative effects of the changes and progress of the times. Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan alternatif utama bagi umat manusia dalam memberantas kebodohan. Sama halnya dengan apa yang dilakukan Rasulullah SAW., yang tidak di utus oleh Allah kecuali untuk penyempurnaan akhlaq manusia. Pembahasan tentang pendidikan ini akan tetap menjadi suatu perbincangan yang aktual, karena hanya pendidikanlah sarana satu-satunya bagi manusia untuk mengembangkan fitrah dasar yang diberikan Tuhan kepadanya (QS. Al A’raf : 172)Al Quran sebagai kitab suci yang diwahyukan Allah untuk menunjukkan manusia kepada kehidupan yang baik, dengan maksud tersebut Al Quran memuat berbagai petunjuk, keterangan, prinsip, hukum serta konsep-konsep tentang pendidikan. Allah tidak akan menurunkan Al Quran kecuali menerangkan kepada manusia tentang apa yang mereka selisihkan dan sebagai petunjuk serta rahmat bagi orang-orang yang beriman (QS. 16 : 64), juga agar manusia memikirkan ayat-ayatNya dan orang-orang yang berfikir itu ingat kepada Allah (QS. 38 : 29).Ada dua hal pembahasan ini, 1) Konsep Pendidikan dalam Al Qur’an, QS Al An’am ayat 75-80. 2) Komponen-komponen Pendidikan yang ada dalam Al Quran yang meliputi Tujuan Pendidikan, Kurikulum Pendidikan, Subyek dan Obyek Pendidikan serta Metode Pendidikan, yang termaktub dalam beberapa ayat Al Quran diantaranya ; QS Al Alaq 1-5, QS Ali Imran 138-139, QS Ar Rahman 1-4, QS At Tahrim 6. Abstract

Islam with its teachings from the Qur’an and the Hadith which are enriched by interpreters and takwil of the ulamas has shown clearly and highly to various problems found in education. Therefore we do not say wrongly that epistemologically, Islam has a unique concept of education, namely Islamic education. Islamic education as rational and empirical knowledge of Islamic education, outlines educational theory that can be applied in the activities of the teaching and learning process. Islamic teaching views humans as body, mind and heart. The view of Islam is different from the west who sees humans as mere bodies and minds. The logical consequence of this view is that the curriculum, methods and other components do not pay attention to just one aspect. Physical, reason and conscience have the same place in Islamic education. And only as Islamic teachings have guided humans to become whole human beings, including also about how the concept and orientation of education in Islam. Keywords: Islamic education as a way of life

Abstract

At the level of reality, student management studies are an important part in building and developing the quality of Islamic education in the era of industrial revolution 4. 0. Management in the field of student affairs in essence is still considered to be not optimal, especially for Islamic education institutions, as an effort to give birth to the intended quality, can be started from student management, by planning learning activities, carrying out continuous guidance for students in developing their abilities. Student management can be started from planning, student admission, grouping, recording attendance of students, fostering student discipline, regulating student transfer, graduation and ending with the implementation of the program. In addition, student management is part of a variety of other managerial activities, therefore student management can run well if it considers several aspects, namely; a) the role of the teacher is expected to be responsive in determining various policies in the field of student affairs, b) student services must be based on needs, taking into account the characteristics of students c) student management is expected to create orderly and pleasant learning situations so that students’ personalities grow and develop, d) effectiveness student management requires funding and adequate facilities. Thus various management activities basically aim to achieve a goal, namely the creation of quality education in accordance with the wishes of today’s society.
