Abstract

The most superior natural resource in the Ombul community is rice where they apply a rainfed system meaning they make rainwater the main supplier of agricultural land. Of course, this also has risks when the dry season arrives. So, the Ombul village community could not plant rice. The Ombul village community also has Ombul UMKM but the program is not running. This is due to young people who migrate looking for work out of town to make ends meet during the absence of the rainy season. There are other causes that make Ombul UMKM not run well, namely: a.) The economic conditions of the community that encourage parents to prefer their children to migrate rather than continue their education, b) The willingness or thought to produce products such as the use of bamboo trees for the community, especially Ombul UMKM is lacking. Based on the observations of previous PKM proposers in overcoming the above problems, a solution is needed. Here we invite Ombul's MSME partners to hold a program in the form of a "Digital Marketing Workshop" which will be held for 2 days, namely on Wednesday and Thursday, 16-17 February 2023. The program aims to utilize natural resources such as bamboo trees into finished goods. and increase in family income. The Community Service held in the village of Ombul Arosbaya- Bangkalan is expected that the community can think creatively and innovatively in producing a product from natural wealth and know how to market the product.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to assist math teachers in developing active learning designs using Lesson Study principles. This service activity is one of the manifestations of the lecturer-teacher partnership program at school. Through collaborative activities between lecturers and teachers, it will produce products in the form of learning designs which are the result of joint designs between lecturers and teachers using the Lesson Study principle. This service activity is carried out through three forms of activity, namely plan, do and see. In activity plans, teachers and lecturers plan learning activities. This planning activity is carried out together both online and offline. After the plan stage completed, it is followed by do and see activities, there are implementation of learning according to the lesson plan that has been prepared with the model teacher, the teacher who participates in planning, while the lecturer acts as an observer. Abstract

Many pregnant women think lower back pain is not something to worry about, but in fact if it is not treated well and early, the prognosis for lower back pain will be poor. Usually pregnant women with lower back pain will have difficulty carrying out activities, for example difficulty getting into a position from sitting to standing, and vice versa, mothers will even have difficulty getting out of bed. Various complementary techniques, including acupressure, have been researched and developed to treat lower back pain in pregnant women (Purnamasari, 2019). Acupressure is part of physiotherapy where this technique is given with massage and stimulation focused on certain points on the body, so that the aches and pains felt will be reduced and the circulation of vital energy and chi will be active again. The aim of this community service is to educate pregnant women on how to do acupressure independently to treat lower back pain. Implementation method: Consists of preparation stage, implementation stage and reporting. There were 16 respondents from third trimester pregnant women in Kemsantani Village, Gondang, Mojokerto. The results show that 11 people (69%) experienced an increase in knowledge after comparing the knowledge scores before and after implementing community service activities. In this community service activity, pregnant women can carry out acupressure techniques well independently.

Abstract

One of the causes of maternal mortality is undetected high-risk pregnancies. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, motherhood classes in Kupang Regency have been postponed. By carrying out routine and regular Antenatal Care (ANC) through examination of the condition of the mother and fetus, you can detect any risks that may arise during pregnancy. So that pregnancy complications can be recognized by cadres and pregnant women, it is necessary to train cadres in self-screening for pregnancy complications. One effort that can be done is by using a Community Screening Card. The aim of this activity is to empower posyandu cadres in carrying out early pregnancy detection using the Community Screening Card. The community service method uses steps: counseling, cadre training, demonstrations/simulations using Community Screening Cards directly to pregnant women. and mentoring. This activity requires the activeness of pregnant women and midwives in the mentoring process using a community screening card (consultation with a midwife). The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in understanding after the training was held, namely that training participants who had a good level of understanding increased from 0% to 85%. Of the total participants, there were still 15% who understood quite well. Conclusion: increasing the role of health cadres in early detection and referral efforts for maternal and child health cases, especially in cases of referral for childbirth in the context of preparedness and preparedness for complications for mothers and newborns, is expected to reduce maternal and child mortality rates.

Abstract

involvement of cadres, mothers and families in monitoring the health and growth and development of babies and toddlers is very important. Cadres, mothers and families are the first people to assist and help babies and toddlers. Monitoring babies and toddlers by cadres is very useful for screening children's conditions every day. If a child is in trouble or sick, immediately take him or her to a health worker or provide first action to reduce pain and even prevent the death of a toddler. The aim of this community service is to empower women, namely cadres, through training in daily monitoring of the growth and development of babies under five in Tarus Village, Central Kupang District, Kupang Regency. The methods used are lectures, training and mentoring related to daily monitoring of the growth and development of babies under five using the latest 2021 edition of the MCH book. In the 2021 MCH book there are daily monitoring instruments for babies 0-60 days and daily monitoring instruments 2-60 months. 85% of the cadres in Tarus Village who are involved in education and monitoring children's growth and development are aged 30-50 years. Cadres' knowledge about the growth and development of babies under five is minimal even though they are provided with MCH books. Abstract

Menopause is the period when menstruation stops which occurs in women aged 48 to 55 years. Menopause is a phase where women do not experience menstruation. It is hoped that the benefits and objectives of this counseling will be useful for improving and increasing knowledge about Reproductive Health in Menopausal Women. Menopause is a phase where women do not experience menstruation. Often women face menopause with anxiety and fear because they are entering old age and are no longer able to bear children. The method used in this program is to provide health education through counseling about Reproductive Health in Menopausal Women. Based on the results of the Self-Awareness Survey, there are several problems, namely the large number of teenagers who consume unhealthy food, teenagers who do not know about reproductive health, the lack of knowledge of pregnant women and mothers with toddlers regarding the contents of MCH books and the lack of knowledge of menopausal women in caring for reproductive health. The priority problem is the lack of knowledge of menopausal women in caring for reproductive health. With 110 people interviewed, there were 101 menopausal women who said they did not know about caring for reproductive health. From the SMD results, we found the problem of low levels of knowledge of reproductive health in menopausal women. To overcome this, we made one effort to provide education regarding reproductive health in menopausal women. After the counseling was carried out, participants looked enthusiastic about the counseling material presented and were able to practice how to care for reproductive health.
