Abstract

Online shop websites can facilitate company or shop promotions and make it easier for consumers to get information about products from sellers or shops. Limited product merchandising prevented stores from increasing sales, and poor inventory control and manual reporting negatively impacted stores, making sales and inventory reporting difficult. The purpose of this research is to use the waterfall method to create an e-commerce website that can be opened online with an internet network. The method used by researchers in this study is the waterfall method. This method is used by researchers to develop software systems through a sequential software life cycle, starting with analysis, design, coding, and testing. System themes use PHP, HTML, CSS and Notepad while the database uses My-Sql which is accessed via XAMPP localhost. This research produces a web-based e-commerce application that provides real-time stock information, sales reports, stock reports and stores can advertise the products being sold. So that the process of reporting and controlling inventory data is carried out properly, and store marketing has a wider reach, so that store sales can increase.

Abstract

This system is designed to improve the efficiency of the attendance process through the use of information technology. The system allows students to register for attendance online through an android-based mobile application. Implementation involves developing an application with registration and attendance recording features, as well as student data management. Evaluation involves user feedback to improve performance and functionality. The support of PT PLN (Persero) is very important in the implementation of this system. The hope is that this online attendance system can improve the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of the attendance process for practical work students at PT PLN (Persero) and provide guidance for other organizations in utilizing information technology.

Abstract

Tourism activities are currently in great demand by travelers who are usually carried out on holidays or spare time. Travelers often experience confusion in choosing tourist attractions to visit and it is also difficult to book places such as hotel rooms, etc. due to a lack of telephone number information. For this reason, based on the existing problems, this research will design a tourism website using the shopify framework. The purpose of this research is to help make it easier for travelers to find where to visit tourist attractions and to be able to make bookings online so they don't worry about running out of places such as hotel rooms when they arrive at tourist sites. In this study, the Research and Development (R&D) method was used in designing and building a tourism website using the shopify framework. This research succeeded in creating a tourism website using the shopify framework which can be accessed by 2 different parties with a special page, namely the customer on the facilities menu page to place product orders and the admin on the admin page to view and confirm every incoming order, add sales products, change product prices or product images, change or add product descriptions and add new features.

Abstract

Propositional calculus is a method used to calculate the truth value of a proposition. Propositional calculus is commonly studied by various students, from high school to college. Propositional calculus studies the truth value (True/False) of a proposition. The proposition is then processed into the steps of working on the proposition according to the order of operator priority, which is packaged into truth tables and logical expressions. The proposition work done is not easy, but consumes a lot of time and writing media if done manually. Errors in doing proposition work result in inaccurate truth values obtained. Therefore, the author is interested in making an application to calculate student grades using the propositional calculus method that can be used to overcome the problem of working on propositions manually, so that it can produce accurate truth values, which can also be used as a learning medium and media for students to calculate and see the results of their grades manually.

Abstract

Today's fierce business competition requires companies to focus on the needs desired by consumers. This makes companies have to think about how to manage customer data so that it can be utilized properly for the development of marketing strategies. And Grouping (cluster) customers based on their respective characteristics can be an alternative in solving these problems. In clustering (cluster) customers there are several data mining clustering methods that can be used, one of which is the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) method. FCM is a clustering algorithm where one object can be a member of several clusters and FCM cluster boundaries are vague. The output of FCM is a row of cluster centers and several degrees of membership for each data point. In this clustering, customers will be divided into 4 customer clusters namely Golden, Silver, Bronze, and Iron with the variables used as a reference are the final purchase date, purchase frequency and total purchase. The data used is customer transaction data for the period September - December 2015. The total data is 709 transactions from 75 customers. After the data is processed with the Fuzzy C-Means method, the final results show that the iteration ends at the 30th iteration with a change in the objective function of 9.8. The resulting customer clusters are Golden: 27, Silver: 15, and Bronze: 33 with a cluster validity of 0.596277.

Abstract

Coffee is a drink that is brewed from coffee beans that have been roasted and ground into coffee grounds. In addition to the distinctive taste and aroma of coffee, it also contains caffeine which can help reduce the risk of developing cancer, diabetes, heart disease and various other diseases. Therefore, information related to coffee is created, apart from this application provides information about coffee, it also carries out the buying and selling process. The needs provided are several types of local coffee in the territory of Indonesia. Making this system using the PHP programming language. The system that is made has several features, namely the starting location of the delivery of goods in the medan, the process of sending goods or orders is directly selected by the customer. The delivery services used are JNE, JTE and the Post Office. For goods purchase transactions, customers can choose the payment method available on the application, namely via transfer or using the OVO application that is already listed on the application.

Abstract

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a condition brought on by infection with the dengue virus. DHF is a severe illness with hemorrhagic clinical signs that can result in shock and death. One of the four viral serotypes of the genus Flavivirus is responsible for DHF. DHF symptoms include fever, joint pain, red skin patches, and others that are similar to those of other illnesses. So that there are no errors in illness prediction, strong accuracy and accuracy are required when classifying DHF patients or not. The Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor (FKNN) method is used in this study to classify dengue sickness in order to obtain the best classification outcomes. In this investigation, k was searched for eight times, with values of 3,5,7,9,11,13,15, and 20. Each K's accuracy statistics are 75.15, 75.16, 77.58%, 79.51%, 85.01%, 78.14%, and 75.20 percent. K = 13, which has an accuracy score of 85.01%, yields the highest accuracy.

Abstract

This research aims to design an information system for buying and selling motorbike units using the Waterfall method. The information system for buying and selling motorbike units has an important role in supporting motorbike sales business activities, from ordering to the payment process. The design of this system was carried out by following the Waterfall method approach which consists of several stages, namely requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The needs analysis stage involves identifying business and system user needs, including required functions and system requirements. Next, system design is carried out by designing the structure, interface and transaction process flow using the notation and methods provided by the Waterfall method. In implementation, an information system for buying and selling motorbike units is developed based on the design that has been created. Then, testing is carried out to verify the success of the system in carrying out its functions and ensure conformity with the specified needs. After that, the system is ready for use and maintenance is carried out to maintain the performance and reliability of the system on an ongoing basis. By applying the Waterfall method in designing a motor unit buying and selling transaction information system, it is hoped that it can produce a system that is structured, has functions that suit business needs, and is tested overall. The Waterfall method also allows developers to have a clear understanding of each design stage before moving on to the next, thereby minimizing the risk of errors and deficiencies in the system.

Abstract

Rice, as a staple food, plays a crucial role in global food security. Accurate forecasting of rice prices is essential for policymakers, farmers, and consumers alike. This article explores the application of the Holt-Winter exponential smoothing model to predict rice prices. Holt-Winter method is chosen for its ability to capture both trend and seasonality in time series data, which are prominent features in agricultural commodity prices such as rice. The study analyzes historical price data, identifies trends, seasonality, and incorporates smoothing parameters in additive and multiplicative methods. Results indicate that additive method of Holt-Winter exponential smoothing provides a better performance. This research contributes valuable insights to the field of agricultural economics and informs strategies for managing food supply chains and market stability.
