Abstract

Kemudahan yang terdapat pada aplikasi dompet digital dapat mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi dompet digital terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Peneliti menggunakan Teori Model Penerimaan Teknologi (TAM), Teori TAM adalah model analisis yang digunakan untuk menentukan perilaku pengguna untuk penerimaan teknologi baru. Kerangka teori dalampenelitian ini adalah manajemen, komunikasi, media baru, financial technology, penggunaan aplikasi, dompet digital, perilaku konsumen, perilaku konsumtif. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian kepada para followers akun Instagram @dana.id yang berjumlah 100 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi dompet digital terhadap perilaku konsumtif dibuktikan dengan hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,513 yang menunjukkan korelasi cukup baik. Uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 26,3%. Hasil uji hipoteis juga membuktikan bahwa t hitung lebih besar darit tabel yaitu 5,912 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi dompet digital terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar 26,3% dengan mayoritas responden adalah mahasiswi dengan rentang usia 18-23 tahun.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and prove the effect of religiosity and other factors such as subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control on purchase intentions through halal awareness as intervening variables on Safi cosmetics in Tangerang. The population in this study were visitors at Purimall Karawaci, Tangerang Regency, who used cosmetic products from Safi. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a purposive sampling method of 140 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study using path analysis or path analysis. The results of the study show that religiosity and other factors such as subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control influence halal awareness. As for the religiosity factor, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms, and also halal awareness have a direct effect on purchase intentions. However, the direct effect of religiosity, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control has a greater effect than the indirect effect, so this shows that the halal awareness factor does not have a stronger effect as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to examine how service quality, facilities, and online marketing impact client satisfaction and, in turn, influence client loyalty at Nagasatwa Pet Shop and Vet Care Animal Clinic in Pangkalpinang. The study's target population comprises clients who have visited the Pangkalpinang Nagasatwa Pet Shop, and a sample of 375 respondents was selected using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The researchers employed various data collection techniques, including interviews, direct observation, and the analysis of relevant documents. To analyze the data, regression analysis models, the coefficient of determination test (R2), path analysis (path analysis), the F test (simultaneous), and the t test (partial) were utilized.The research findings indicate that service quality, facilities, and online marketing significantly and positively impact client satisfaction and, consequently, lead to increased client loyalty. The calculated F value of 1056.000 exceeds the F table value of 2.396, with a significance level of 0.000, which is less than the standard significance level of 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak penerapan kreativitas, transformasi lingkungan, dan budaya kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif melalui pengelolaan sumber daya strategis sebagai variabel perantara, penelitian ini melihat model kewirausahaan strategis. Sebanyak 40 pengusaha yang mewakili pelaku UMKM sektor kreatif di Kota Bandar Lampung menjadi sampel penelitian. Purposive random sampling digunakan selama proses pengambilan sampel. Persyaratan sampel mencakup pelaku UMKM inovatif yang telah menjalankan bisnis setidaknya selama satu tahun dan mempekerjakan setidaknya lima orang. Alat untuk analisis data adalah analysis path. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kewirausahaan, penerapan kreativitas, transformasi lingkungan, dan manajemen sumber daya yang cerdas semuanya berkontribusi pada keunggulan kompetitif. Faktor perantara antara penerapan kreativitas, transformasi lingkungan, dan budaya kewirausahaan untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif adalah manajemen sumber daya strategis, karena dapat memediasi antar variable independent dan dependen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efek pergantian tunai, pergantian piutang dan pergantian inventaris pada pengembalian aset di perusahaan manufaktur kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Informasi yang dikumpulkan dari sumber yang sudah ada sebelumnya disebut sebagai data sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 36 orang. Analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi tradisional, uji determinasi, uji t, dan uji F adalah metode analisis yang digunakan.. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat dikatakan bahwa pergantian tunai dan pergantian inventaris sebagian memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembalian aset, pergantian yang sebagian piutang tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembalian aset. Secara bersamaan tunai tunai, omset piutang dan omset inventaris mempengaruhi pengembalian aset.

Abstract

Every year, a large number of university graduates and diploma holders enter the Indonesian labor sector. When fresh high school or trade school graduates are included, the figure becomes even more astounding. Finding a job will undoubtedly become more difficult. This was entirely avoidable. If, from the start of their education, an interest in entrepreneurship was fostered so that when they graduated, they could choose to become entrepreneurs in addition to working for a company or continuing their studies (college), it is necessary to have activities to increase students' interest in entrepreneurship, namely through entrepreneurship training. The goal of this project is to see if entrepreneurship training may boost students' interest in entrepreneurship at Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School. If proved, the use of Entrepreneurship Development can be a solution to the problem of students' lack of interest in entrepreneurship. This instruction was offered to 39 participants, all of whom were 12th grade students from Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational High School, and was delivered using the lecture technique.

Abstract

Advances in technology and digital systems are increasing rapidly, making work easier and faster. AI technology is able to hypnotize all people. With only voice, written and image commands, we can get the desired information. AI enters the realm of architectural design with its viral AI that is able to design without an architect. does this threaten the existence of architects and what about infrastructure development which is an instrument and a reflection of certain areas in sustainable economic progress in Indonesia. The method used is a systematic literature review with literature/journals/electronic databases according to topics in the last 10 years. The results show that the position of architects cannot be replaced with digital, because through a long and difficult design process and architectural products as economic instruments for certain regions related to the culture and wealth of the archipelago, they are not easily replaced by AI. But in the future, AI technology will be more advanced and developing rapidly, so strengthening human resources must also be strengthened so that humans remain in control of technology.

Abstract

The creative economy sector is one of the sectors that is growing in Indonesia. Not only does it make a real contribution to national economic growth, this sector is also one of the main drivers in building the image and brand awareness of a product. To achieve this, the use of social media is an important key in introducing and expanding market reach. With the increasing number of social media users, the creative economy sector can utilize social media to increase brand awareness and expand market reach. The implementation of digital technology in increasing brand awareness in the creative economy sector is also followed by measurement and data analysis. This study used quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis techniques, and data analysis tools used the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it was found that the significance value of the influence of digital technology on increasing brand awareness was 0.001, because the sig. < 0.05 and a positive regression coefficient of 846,715, it is concluded that digital technology has a positive and significant effect on increasing brand awareness, meaning that the better the digital technology, the higher the increase in brand value.

Abstract

In this modern era, society cannot be separated from technology because they always create new creations from technology, including computer programs. However, many cases of copyright infringement on computer programs have caused losses to creators and copyright holders. Based on this, this research will analyze Decision Number 60/Pdt.SusHakCipta/2020/ PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. related to the legal protection of Telkom as the copyright holder of the computer program and the legal power of recording the copyright of the computer program carried out by Iman Fauzan Syarief. The research method used in this research is normative juridical. The results of the research show that Telkom has received legal protection based on Article 33 paragraph (1) jo. Article 34 jo. Article 1 point 4 of Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright because Telkom is the creator and the true Copyright holder for a computer program in the form of the CXM application. The legal power of recording Copyright on a computer program carried out by Iman Fauzan Syarief is deleted based on Article 74 paragraph (1) of Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright.

Abstract

The enactment of Law Number 16 of 2011 concerning Legal Aid has become the basis for the state to guarantee its citizens, especially the poor, to get access to justice and equality before the law. However, the provision of legal aid has not touched the poor much so that they have difficulty accessing justice. Therefore, this study will discuss the effectiveness of the implementation of legal aid for the poor by LBH Jakarta. The method used in this research is normative juridical and empirical juridical. The results of the study show that the implementation of legal aid for the poor by LBH Jakarta is still ineffective due to limited human resources, where the number of public lawyers is very small which is not proportional to the large number of cases that must be handled each year. This has resulted in not all cases being handled directly by public lawyers at LBH Jakarta.
