Abstract

One of the sectors that are progressing and are growing rapidly, especially in Indonesia today is tourism. Tourism has an important role in increasing the income of a region. In terms of employment, the tourism sector can also be a solution to reduce the unemployment problem which is currently rife in various parts of the country. In terms of cultural diversity and natural beauty, Indonesia can be one of the unique tourist destinations in this regard. This study aims to analyze the potential for developing agro-Edu tourism based on community empowerment in the Cipanas Dam area so that it has a positive impact on the economy, especially the economy of the local community. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach, where the descriptive qualitative method is a research method based on the philosophy of postpositivism used to examine the condition of natural objects (as opposed to experiments) where the researcher is the key instrument of data collection techniques carried out manually triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and qualitative research results emphasize meaning rather than generalization. The results of the research from the potential of Agro-Edu Tourism in the Cipanas dam area can be developed in several location spots, including by utilizing the edge of the dam as a pedestrian tracking path along the green belt in the form of trees; the development of a camping ground that can accommodate tourists to spend the night while still being able to enjoy the atmosphere of the outdoors on the edge of the lake; mango fruit agro-tourism area; The Tower of View in the Rest Area and the planned Cipanas Terrace area downstream of the dam.

Abstract

In the era of the 2000s, revolutionary building typologies emerged, with mass forms of buildings that developed beyond the usual boundaries of existing building typologies. For example, the typology of hospital buildings at this time may follow the typology of hotel buildings, or the typology of traditional Lombok buildings, which was originally a typology of rice barns, changing its function to become a full-fledged residential building which is still in the typology of rice barns but has made adjustments to the details. shape, opening, and use. As well as building materials. Likewise, in the development of the building typology of showrooms and car repair shops, typology can change by adopting other building typologies that experience adjustments regarding the function of space and design details that can accommodate the needs of showrooms and car repair shops. So that in the era when the building was designed and built, the showroom and car repair shop would become a building with a contemporary architectural typology. This is because there is a desire to make showrooms and car repair shop buildings different from showrooms and car repair shops of the same type so that they will become icons and attractions for users and consumers as well as entrepreneurs who have an interest in car affairs. This study aims to analyze the application of contemporary architecture to exhibition buildings and car repair shops.

Abstract

Topic of this research was carried out in relation to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works 25/PRT/M/2007 concerning the Certificate of Feasibility of Function (SLF). The factors affecting the speed  of  getting the certificate will be investigated. Each region is required to make further regional regulations that refer to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works 25/PRT/M/2007. Such a regional regulation can affect the speed and quality of results. The case studies selected in this study were SLF at the Microbiology Building, FKKMK UGM and Hotel de Braga, Bandung. This research based on the results of interviews and data obtained in the microbology building UGM Yogyakarta and Hotel de Braga Bandung. The factors that influence the SLF application process are socialization related to SLF, human resources in the application and issuance process, and understanding of the main tasks and functions of each related human resource. The difference requirements and procedures of the regional regulations does not affect each process but does affect the duration of the SLF issuance process. Substantially, the regional regulations in Sleman Regency has no differences compared to the regional regulations in the city of Bandung regarding SLF but sequence.

Abstract

Educational facilities are one of the urban facilities and infrastructure that cannot be simply ignored. The existence of educational facilities must be able to accommodate the needs of the community in fulfilling the need for education, following the mandate of the 1945 Constitution to educate the life of the nation. Cisaat Middle School is one of the educational facilities located in the Cisaat urban area, which is in the trade and service area. The existence of these educational facilities needs to be reviewed for feasibility related to the completeness of infrastructure as well as comfort and safety in the learning process. The methodology used in this study itself uses quantitative and qualitative research methods where the research begins with collecting data from existing schools, which is then compared with the minimum standard of school infrastructure. Furthermore, data collection related to possible relocation alternatives is carried out by making several assessment variables, so that it is expected to be able to provide recommendations for appropriate relocation directions. From the results of the study, we can get the result that the location of the Cisaat Middle School is no longer suitable be used as a place of education from several points of view. Meanwhile, for the relocation land itself, several locations can be used as relocation candidates with several advantages and disadvantages. Keywords: feasibility study, relocation, junior high school, Cisaat urban area

Abstract

Several universities in Indonesia have received assistance for the construction of student flats since the issuance of the policy on assistance for the construction of flats for higher education institutions. One of them is in the city of Bandung on the STAIPI Campus (Persistent Indonesian Islamic School of Religion) Bandung, Kec. Bojongsoang, Bandung City. This university received donations for a 1-tower student flat building with a prototype design. In this observation, we will discuss the effectiveness of the use of special housing units for the disabled in student flats, and that these disabled residential facilities are used properly according to their designation. The research methodology used is qualitative, and the research method used is a literature review method. In the 1 year, the student flats facilities, especially the disabled housing units, and several applications of inclusive designs have not been effective. For example, the disabled housing unit is temporarily filled by other students. The conclusion from the effectiveness of the use of special housing for the disabled is still not effective, because this student Rusunawa facility has only been operating for 1 year from the 2020 Academic Year to the 2021 Academic Year. Keywords: Student Flats, Disabled Residential Units, Prototype

Abstract

Learning that takes place online during a pandemic makes the learning process more challenging because of the difficulty of conditioning the learning process. The role of learning media is important to make learning more interesting which is expected to improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the feasibility of website-based learning media on the basic competence of tubers processing. The development of this website-based learning media uses the ADDIE method which consists of five stages, namely: (1) Analysis; (2) Design (Design); (3) Development (Development); (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. Keywords: ADDIE, learning media, website.
