Authors who intend to submit a manuscript for publication in JPPI obliged to understand correctly the instructions and the ins and outs of the provisions on this journal. For authors who have never published the article on this journal, we recommend reading all of the term and conditions are listed in the journal. Authors are requested to prepare a manuscript in accordance with the Instructions for preparation of manuscript and then to follow the Author Guidelines for submission. Before the manuscript is submitted to the editorial team, please make sure that your paper is prepared using the journal paper template. The authors must refer to JPPI for writing format and style (Please download and use as a template for the initial manuscript submission). This will ensure fast processing and publication. Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on the guidelines to authors or focus and scope, with great regret will not be processed and automatically rejected. The author who will submit the manuscript after deadline of submission as long as meet the requirement for publication in this journal will be process for next issue. The paper submission and reviewing procedures in JPPI will be processed with the web-based system via the Open Journal System (OJS) by Public Knowledge Project (PKP). We strongly prefer to receive manuscripts via our online submission system. With using our OJS system, authors can upload manuscript files (text, figures, and supplementary information) directly to our office and check on the status of Reviews their manuscripts during the review process.

Abstract

A high desire to stop is a sign of a fundamental problem in a company. For the desire to quit employees to decrease, the company needs to consider some elements that impact the intention to quit. This study analysed the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and employee engagement on turnover intention: job satisfaction as an intervening in a hospital. The samples included were 221 employees using the saturated sampling method. Questionnaires are used to collect data. SEMPLS is used as an analysis tool. According to the findings of this study, the variables transformational leadership, organizational culture, employee engagement, and job satisfaction significantly influence turnover intention. The theoretical insight provided by this study is the assumption that transformational leadership, organizational culture, employee engagement and job satisfaction can reduce turnover intention. For further research, it is suggested to examine other hospital that face the same problem which may produce different findings; conduct research on relatively similar objects, such as leasing which also faces the same problem, and add the concept of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and employee engagement, turnover intention, job satisfaction and others for further research.

Abstract

Dinamika pasca reformasi ikut mempengaruhi kondisi organisasi TNI dengan hilangnya fraksi ABRI dan hilangnya hak politik TNI. Walaupun dalam undang-undang tidak secara eksplisit adanya pelarangan hak politik TNI namun sampai situasi yang tepat dimungkinkan TNI memiliki hak pilih. Penelitian ini mempertanyakan “Quo Vadis” mengenai keniscayaan tersebut. Keniscayaan tersebut dapat dilihat dari dua paradigma kritis baik yang berlandaskan pada filosofi idealisme demokratis atau filosofi konservatisme pragmatis dengan berbagai pertimbangan dan situasi lingkungan nasional. Paradigma yang berbeda akan menentukan keniscayaan dan pendekatannya. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis keniscayaan hak pilih TNI dalam pemilu di Indonesia pasca reformasi di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif melalui studi dokumentasi, observasi , wawancara dan content analysis, serta triangulasi sumber data.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dalam paradigma kritis sampai saat ini tren paradigma konservatisme pragmatis cenderung menguat dibandingkan idealisme demokrasi paska reformasi. Berdasarkan pandangan tersebut, peluang perubahan kebijakan negara yang memungkinkan penggunaan hak pilih bagi anggota TNI menjadi semakin kecil. Hak pilih TNI tidak lagi menjadi isu strategis yang menjadi diskursus para akademisi maupun di lingkungan TNI. Dengan tren tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan hak pilih anggota TNI belum dapat dilaksanakan dalam pemilihan umum dalam wkatu dekat khususnya tahun 2024. Kondisi yang perlu dipenuhi untuk mendorong keniscayaan tersebut semakin sulit tercapai karena perspektif konservatisme pragmatis semakin menguat dalam diskursus tentang penggunaan hak pilih anggota TNI dalam pemilihan umum di Indonesia.Kata kunci: Hak pilih, idealisme demokrasi, konservatisme pragmatis
