Abstract

Generalized anxiety disorder is one of the most common anxiety disorders in society. The purpose of this study is to develop a diagnostic scale for generalized anxiety disorder because there is no self-report diagnostic tool for generalized anxiety disorder based on DSM-V and ICD-10 criteria in Indonesia. The research uses quantitative research. Respondents in the field test consisted of 210 adult respondents aged 18-65 years, moderate or had experienced anxiety, and were Indonesian citizens. This study provides the results that the overall anxiety disorder diagnostic scale has gone through the internal validity and internal reliability test stages and obtained valid and reliable results so that this measuring instrument has described the suitability of the measuring instrument construct with the data. Based on testing the average processing time of 6 respondents, it was obtained an average of approximately 5 minutes (2 minutes 4 seconds to 5 minutes 21 seconds). Scoring for each item that supports or is in accordance with the symptoms (favorable), namely Yes = 1 and No = 0. The scoring for each item that does not support the symptoms is Yes = 0 and No = 1. This measuring instrument is declared to have good validity and reliability.

Abstract

Company competitiveness is very important for business continuity. Therefore, the research focuses on investigating and finding an empirical model of the influence of entrepreneurial values, transformational leadership, and service innovation on company competitiveness through mediating mechanisms of organizational performance. The research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and causal design. The sample was 153 leaders of ferry companies in Indonesia. The research instrument used was a questionnaire designed in the form of a Likert scale. The questionnaire was distributed in Google Form format via the WhatsApp application. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling analysis based on partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The research results show that entrepreneurial values, transformational leadership, service innovation, and organizational performance have a significant effect on the company's competitiveness; entrepreneurial values, transformational leadership, and service innovation have a significant effect on organizational performance; and entrepreneurial values, transformational leadership, and service innovation have a significant effect on the company's competitiveness through organizational performance. These findings promote a new empirical model of the influence of entrepreneurial values, transformational leadership, and service innovation on a company's competitiveness through the mediating mechanism of organizational performance. This new model deserves critical discussion by researchers, academics, and practitioners before being adapted or adopted for their future work without ignoring some of the limitations of the results of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to gather empirical data regarding how Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) Performance affects Firm Value. This study uses two sets of control variables selected from several financial ratios to support the ESG score. The first model is the research observation in the short term with the first set of control variables. The second model is long-term with a second set of control variables. The research sample comprises publicly traded companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sustainability history and documented ESG performance. This study compiles secondary data sources for ESG company performance scores from Refinitiv This research uses EViews version 12 statistical package for econometric analysis. This study with first-step variables showed that ENV and GOV significantly positively influence firm value. In addition, variable control DAR and CR significantly positively influence fair value. In Model 2, this study’s second-step variables showed that SOC and GOV significantly positively influence fair value. Variable control ROE and ROA have a significant positive influence on fair value. During the financial crisis, ESG performance reduced financial risks; in more normal circumstances, its role grew considerably. This highlights the importance of ESG performance during the crisis, using new and optimized data sets.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja merupakan upaya yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk mengevaluasi dan menilai kinerja dan perilaku karyawan seperti gambaran yang sistematis, formal, dan evaluatif terhadap kualitas kerja individu. Sistem atau proses penilaian kinerja memiliki fungsi yang sangat penting bagi divisi manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk mengukur sistem tata kelola manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam rangka mencapai tujuan, visi dan misi perusahaan. Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Kerta Raharja merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki kinerja baik dari segi keuangan, pelayanan dan sumber daya manusia dengan predikat PDAM nasional pertama dengan kinerja terbaik tahun 2019 dan 2020, dengan menggunakan manajemen kinerja individu (MUKI) sebagai panduan dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai manajemen kinerja individu yang diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pihak yang berkepentingan dalam menilai kinerja individu karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi serta mencari studi referensi. Kesimpulannya, manajemen kinerja individu dianggap penting dalam sebuah perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan. Kinerja perusahaan tidak terlepas dari peran individu dalam menjalankan tugas pekerjaannya sebagai motor penggerak jalannya perusahaan, seorang pemimpin dapat menilai karyawannya ketika mengetahui apa yang dikerjakan dan dihasilkan oleh karyawan tersebut, hal ini diperoleh dari keberhasilan individu karyawan dalam melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi serta mencari studi referensi. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui tentang hambatan-hambatan pelaksanaan Putusan PTUN dalam sengketa Perangkat Desa di Kab.Lombok Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif empiris. Jenis penelitian ini, digunakan dalam rangka mengakomodir aspek dogmatik hukum dan kenyataan hukum yang keduanya dibutuhkan di dalam mengukur dan menganalisis permasalahan yang diangkat. Hasil Penelitian yaitu Hakekat Eksekusi Putusan Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Yang Telah Memeperoleh Kekuatan Hukum Tetap adalah  Dalam hal amar atau diktum putusan lembaga peradilan telah dilakukan eksekusi, dilihat dari aspek teori norma merupakan pelaksanaan dari norma kongkrit yang diciptakan oleh lembaga peradilan terhadap suatu kasus dengan obyek  tertentu dan subyek tertentu khususnya pihak-pihak yang bersengketa dan Hambatan-hambatan pelaksanaan Putusan PTUN Dalam Sengketa Perangkat Desa Di Desa Pringgabaya Kab.Lombok Timur yaitu Amar putusan, Hambatan eksekusi  putusan  disebabkan  Pejabat TUN adalah Kepala Daerah  yang kedudukannya sebagai Pejabat Politik, Hambatan  eksekusi  putusan  disebabkan  Pejabat TUN yang  digugat  adalah  pejabat  yang  menerima  kewenangan  delegasi semu, Hambatan tentang pemahaman pejabat TUN terhadap teori Negara hukum dan AAUPB, Hambatan Tekhnis, Hambatan yuridis, Hambatan terkait dengan asas-asas hukum, Hambatan dari segi keterbatasan kewenangan hakim, Hambatan akibat perubahan system otonomi daerah dan Hambatan akibat ketidak-patuhan pejabat TUN dalam hal ini Bupati Lombok Timur atau Kepala Desa Pringgabaya.

Abstract

Karawang Rice Agent is one of the rice producing villages in Sentra Bizhub, BLOK B2 Teluk Jambe Timur, Karawang. There are various types of rice produced, such as hybrid rice, virgin rice, jasmine rice and so on. Apart from that, the rice produced by Jaya Makmur Village is not consumed by the community itself, some is also sold in various sub-districts and districts. The aim of this studyto determine the relationship between product quality and price on interest in buying rice at the Batang Girl rice agent in Karawang, with customer satisfaction as the intervention variable. A nonprobability sampling technique was used in this research, where 60 Karawang rice agent consumers were selected as samples. Testing was carried out using validity, reliability, mediation and hypothesis testing tools with the help of the WarPPL version 3.0 program. Hypothesis test results show that product quality (X1) has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (Z), with a path coefficient of 0.93. Apart from that, the R-Square of 0.87 shows that product quality has a large influence of 87% on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the results of the hypothesis test show that price (X2) also has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (Z), with a path coefficient of 0.83. An R-Square of 0.78 indicates that price has a large influence of 78% on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the results of hypothesis testing show that customer satisfaction (Z) has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention, with a path coefficient of 0.98. An R-Square of 0.97 indicates that customer satisfaction has a very large influence of 97% on repurchase intention. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that product quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction which in turn has an impact on repurchase intention. The implications of these findings reflect the importance of maintaining product quality and setting appropriate prices in an effort to increase customer satisfaction, which in turn can increase repeat purchase intention. By further understanding these dynamics, Batang Girl rice agents in Karawang can optimize their marketing strategies to achieve long-term success in a competitive market.

Abstract

Analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat penerimaan auditor atas perilaku audit disfungsional (Studi Empiris Pada Kantor Akuntan Publik Di Makassar). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor yang mempengerahui prilaku audit disfungsional pada kantor akuntan publik. Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dengan menggunakan metode berupa angket (kuesioner). Metode analisis data menggunakan validitas, dan uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa pengaruh Locus of Control berpengaruh positif signifikan, Turnover Intention berpengaruh positif signifikan, dan Time budget Pressure berpengaruh Positif signifikan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa locus of control, Turnover Intention, Time budget Pressure mempengaruhi atas prilaku audit disfungsional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine "what are the factors that influence community satisfaction with services at the Belawang District Office, Barito Kuala Regency, seen from the aspects of tangible (touchable), realible (reliable), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee), and empathy (empathy)?" This research uses a descriptive design with quantitative methods. The data sources used are population and sample. Data collection techniques using literature, observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires The results obtained in this study, namely the factors that most influence community satisfaction in the Belawang District Office, can be seen from the real, convincing, and empathetic aspects. Because it is carried out and carried out properly and in accordance with the expectations of the community, so that community satisfaction with services will increase. However, in contrast to the responsiveness and reliability aspects, it does not affect community satisfaction because its application is not in accordance with what is expected by the community, so that it can reduce the level of community satisfaction but still affect satisfaction.

Abstract

Indonesia's tourism sector is popular all over the world because it has many tourist destinations in all countries. The management of the tourism zone was also raised by the government, through various policies tried by the government to make Indonesian tourism more advanced and known in the eyes of nature. Playing a role in national tourism then becomes meaningful in line with the development and participation provided by tourism through foreign exchange income, regional income, zone development, or in the absorption of capital and activity and development of activities that are scattered in various niche areas in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to examine the literature from various roots, such as information on mass media, relevant research results, and government policies. The research method used in this research is qualitative. The results of the analysis of literature show that the authorities have provided special policies in terms of increasing tourism zones, and various tourist destination areas have also implemented strategies and programs that can adapt to the situation called the new era, and there has been a change in the attitude of tourists.

Abstract

Gus Dur contributed brilliant ideas regarding efforts to build awareness of multiculturalism to increase the development of tolerance and heterogeneity in a multicultural society. This idea is known as the nine main values of Gus Dur including monotheism, humanity, justice, equality, brotherhood, liberation, simplicity, chivalry and local wisdom. The purpose of this study is to increase the availability of learning media for insight into moderate values in religion while at the same time helping educators in ma'had, namely the board of caregivers, murrobi/ah and musyrif/ah in providing students with an understanding of moderate Islamic values in the context of religion and Indonesia. As well as being a counter discourse to negative narratives about intolerance and radicalism in the name of religion or ethnicity. This development research uses the ADDIE model, the ADDIE model went through 5 stages of research, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The development of Gus Dur's Perspective Religious Moderation Education at Ma'had al-Jami'ah UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang obtained very valid criteria. And based on the percentage of the results of field trials, it can be said that the pocket books that have been tested can be said to be effective and feasible to use.
