Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze (1) the influence of communication on employee job satisfaction at the North Morowali Regency Agriculture and Food Service, (2) the influence of organizational innovation on employee job satisfaction at the North Morowali Regency Agriculture and Food Service, (3) the influence of motivation on job satisfaction of employees at the North Morowali Regency Agriculture and Food Service. This study uses a quantitative approach using a population of 75 employees with sampling using a saturated sample using all members of the population as a sample. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression method with hypothesis testing using the F test, T test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that (1) communication has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the North Morowali Regency Agriculture and Food Service, (2) organizational innovation has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the North Morowali Regency Agriculture and Food Office, (3) motivation does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the North Morowali Regency Agriculture and Food Service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze partially and simultaneously the influence of discipline on employee productivity at PT. Cemerlang Surya Gemilang, The research method uses quantitative research and hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression methods. The population is 30 employees and the sample obtained uses the saturated sample method with a total sample of 30 people. The results showed that partially discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee work productivity and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Cemerlang Surya Gemilang. Simultaneously it was found that discipline and the work environment jointly influence the work productivity of employees at PT. Cemerlang Surya Gemilang. Discipline and a good and conducive work environment have a positive effect on increasing employee work productivity and management maintains these conditions by supporting supporting facilities, attention andreward employee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze; 1) The influence of work culture and work environment on personnel performance in XIV Hasanuddin Transportation Supply (Bekangdam), 2) The influence of the work environment on Transportation Supplies (Bekangdam) XIV Hasanuddin. The research design used quantitative descriptive method using a population of 292 personnel and the sample used was Slovin's method with a sample size of 169 personnel. Descriptive analysis using the frequency distribution of the respondent's profile and the frequency of respondents' responses. While the data analysis used multiple linear regression method using SPSS 22 equipment with multiple linear regression analysis method using hypothesis test with F test, determinant test and t test. The results of the research obtained after testing the hypothesis, namely 1) work culture has a significant effect on the performance of personnel at the XIV Hasanuddin Transportation Supply (Bekangdam), 2) the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of personnel in XIV Hasanuddin Transportation Supplies (Bekangdam). The results of the study using the F test are that work culture and work environment simultaneously influence the performance of personnel at the XIV Hasanuddin Transportation Supply (Bekangdam) and have a very strong influence with R2 = 74.2% and the remaining 26.8% is influenced by other factors outside the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the significant effect of competence on employee performance in PDAM Makassar City, test and analyze the significant effect of service quality on employee performance in PDAM Makassar City, and test and analyze competence and service quality simultaneously. a significant effect on employee performance in PDAM Makassar City. This research was conducted at the Makassar City PDAM Office, with a population of 477 people and a sample of 265 people ( Slovin formula). The data analysis used is descriptive to explain the research data, while to analyze quantitative data using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results found that competence showed a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The competencies shown by employees based on knowledge, skills, experience and mastery attitudes determine the achievement of PDAM Makassar City employees' performance. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The quality of service applied by employees is in accordance with the variety of expertise, task identity, task significance, service autonomy and feedback, thereby contributing to the improvement of PDAM Makassar City employee performance. Simultaneously, competence and service quality have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Improving employee performance in quantity, quality, efficiency, effectiveness and loyalty cannot be separated from the competence of employees and the quality of services applied to PDAM Makassar City customers.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of work discipline, leadership, and motivation on the performance of North Pamona Police Sub-precinct members using a quantitative approach. A survey involving 45 members as samples was analyzed using statistics, including multiple linear regression. The results indicate that work discipline and leadership do not have a significant influence on performance, while motivation has a strong positive and significant impact. These findings are consistent with previous research that highlights motivation as an important factor for individual performance. Recommendations include improving motivation, evaluating leadership policies, regularly monitoring performance and motivation, as well as opportunities for further research.

Abstract

The pottery products from Takalar Regency, Indonesia, are highly sought after by consumers for various reasons. The success of these products is based on several important factors. Firstly, these pottery products are appreciated for their high artistic and cultural value, reflecting the rich local heritage of traditions and culture. Furthermore, the main attraction of these pottery products lies in their uniqueness, capturing the attention of consumers seeking unique and distinct items. The quality of the raw materials and production techniques also leaves a positive impression on consumers who appreciate craftsmanship. The success of these products is also closely related to customer satisfaction, which, when met, tends to create loyal customers who promote the products. Through the use of social media and online marketing, pottery products from Takalar Regency can reach a wider audience, increase sales, and receive more positive responses.

Abstract

Purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, commitment, budaya commitmentto employee productivity at the Department of Rural Community Empowerment of North Morowali Regency. Penelitian ini mengguna-This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a population of 33 people by sampling using the saturated sample Method. The analysis method used is linear regression analysis method. The results obtained are leadership has no significant effect on employee productivity, commitment psoitif psoitif significant effect on employee productivity, BUpower of work has no significant effect on employee productivity. Commitment is the dominant variable affecting employee performance and simultaneously the three variables studied have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity.

Abstract

Analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat penerimaan auditor atas perilaku audit disfungsional (Studi Empiris Pada Kantor Akuntan Publik Di Makassar). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor yang mempengerahui prilaku audit disfungsional pada kantor akuntan publik. Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dengan menggunakan metode berupa angket (kuesioner). Metode analisis data menggunakan validitas, dan uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa pengaruh Locus of Control berpengaruh positif signifikan, Turnover Intention berpengaruh positif signifikan, dan Time budget Pressure berpengaruh Positif signifikan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa locus of control, Turnover Intention, Time budget Pressure mempengaruhi atas prilaku audit disfungsional.

Abstract
