Abstract

Changes to systems such as transactions and marketing are all driven by progress towards a more contemporary period. Along with the increasing and growing industrial world, competition in the business world is very tight. Industry players are increasingly facing the challenge of gaining the market share they want. This study uses quantitative research methods and aims to determine the effect of price changes on purchasing decisions, with service quality as an intervening variable. A case study at the XL AXIATA product distributor outlet PT. Cross Archipelago Access, Tebing Tinggi City. The results of the study can be concluded as follows in the first hypothesis, the price variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on service quality (Z); the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the price (X) has no significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y); and the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that service quality (Z) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Path analysis shows that the direct effect of variable X on variable Y is 0.163. The indirect effect through the Z variable is 0.2114. Based on the calculation results, the direct effect on Y is greater than the indirect effect through Z.

Abstract

Crime is a social phenomenon that is always faced by every society at some point in time. The existence of crime is alarming; it is also considered to disturb order and peace in society. The research method used in this study is empirical juridical, namely legal research on the enforcement or implementation of legal provisions. The results of the analysis conclude that corporations that commit criminal acts of corruption can be held criminally responsible based on doctrine and Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption Articles 1, 2 and 3 in terms of formal law. It is regulated by Supreme Court Regulation Number 13 of 2016. The factors that cause corporations to commit criminal acts of corruption are the political system, the culture of business actors, the culture of state administrators, both executive, legislative, and judicial, low legal awareness, and intense competition between one corporation and other corporations. Law enforcement officers have trouble dealing with corporations that do illegal acts of corruption because of how corporations are punished for doing illegal acts of corruption, as well as because of corporate responsibility and personal responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the procedures for resolving government project construction contract disputes between service users and service providers through arbitration and to analyze the legal force of arbitration decisions on disputes in construction contracts. The research approach used in this research is empirical and normative legal research. The population in this study were all contractors in the Papua Province, while the sample of this study was the party representing the government as the assignor of the Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) in Papua Province. The data analysis method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is the settlement of construction contract disputes between PT. Kusman Jaya Papua and the Public Works Department to pay for the lack of payment for the construction of the Autonomous Office Building. Settlement of disputes through arbitration must be agreed upon by both parties. The verdict is to grant the petitioner's claim, namely regarding compensation for late payments, punish, and pay fines for the delay in the construction of the autonomous office building.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the principle of propriety of business actors in establishing partnerships in Umkm Tugu Keris, Pelayaran District, Pekanbaru City where in the implementation of the agreement it was preceded by an agreement by both parties as a guide to reach an agreement that was not carried out by the parties in accordance with what was stated. has been stated to have been agreed upon in the contents of the agreement. The research method used is sociological law with a descriptive approach. The population and samples are business actors, government agencies, consumers. Oral interview method to find information as data if for this research. The analysis technique uses qualitatively analyzed data which is then expressed in qualitative descriptive language and sentences. The results of the research on the principle of propriety in partnership relationships still need to be considered for changes in the behavior of UMK business actors, in relation to establishing this collaboration it is expected to be even better, namely providing comfort and satisfaction for visitors as customers in enjoying every merchandise offered by business actors at Tugu

Abstract

The objective of this research is determining effect of  variables environmental leadership to pro enviromental behavior with top management commitment as moderating variable of hotels in Tangerang and Jakarta during pandemic Covid-19. This study applies a quantitative research using a sample size of 171 respondents who are employees of five stars hotels in Jakarta and Tangerang. The data was gathered through the use of a questionnaire which is then processed and analysed using the  Partial Least Square to show whether hypotheses offered in this research is accepted or rejected. Results achieved in this research shows a positive influence of top management commitment, active environmental leadership, and motivation towards employees’ pro enviromental behavior, however passive environmental leadership does not appear to negatively impact employees’ pro enviromental behavior. The moderation of top management commitment to direct managers is also rejected. The contribution of this research is to provide support to future research and to any party who would like to seek some understanding about the relation between the rising concern of environmental behaviours of employees and the organization. The results and data gathered in this research could contribute to a firm’s management to maintain a healthy relationship with employees, and to shift strategies to align their organizational strategy with employees’ pro enviromental behavior.

Abstract

Learning during the pandemic, based on government policies through the Ministry of Education and Culture, has issued a Circular Letter of the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) No. 4 of 2020 regarding the implementation of education policies in the emergency period of the spread of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19). In the field of education, make a learning system in such a way as to prevent the spread of Covid-19. For this reason, online learning certainly has obstacles in its implementation. Online learning requires teachers, parents, and students to be able to use the internet. So that not a few schools carry out offline learning, previously all educational institutions conducted offline learning by giving assignments to students as a substitute for studying at school. Offline learning activities like that require parents to be able to guide their children in learning, understanding the material and completing school assignments given. This is an obstacle for offline learning with a task assignment system. Many parents are busy with other activities so they don't have much time to supervise and replace the teacher's position in guiding their children to study. In the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, the teaching and learning process that should take place in a classroom or school must be replaced by studying at home. This paper was written to address the following problems. What is the home visit method in offline learning? Is the Home visit method an alternative to learning during the Covid-19 pandemic? What are the indicators, objectives and benefits of the home visit method in offline learning?

Abstract

Perkembangan kewirausahaan yang pesat telah mendorong pemerintah Indonesia untuk mengembangkan kewirausahaan dan berkomitmen meningkatkan daya saing sehingga wirausaha bisa mengembangkan bisnis dari skala mikro, kecil, menengah dan besar terutama di Jawa Barat. Para wirausahawan baru di Jawa Barat diketahui memiliki kinerja usaha yang kurang optimal meskipun telah mengikuti pelatihan kewirausahaan. Wirausahawan di Jawa Barat juga menunjukkan keterbatasan mindset dan kapabilitas usaha yang rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara mindset kewirausahaan, kapabilitas organisasi, dan pelatihan kewirausahaan terhadap strategi inovasi. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada wirausahawan baru di Jawa Barat yang berbisnis makanan dan minuman dan telah mendapatkan pelatihan dari Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Jawa Barat melalui program UMKM Juara yang berjumlah 1.149 orang. Sample yang diambil secara proportionate stratified sampling berjumlah 203 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Structural Equation (SEM) menggunakan program AMOS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel mindset kewirausahaan, kapabilitas organisasi, dan pelatihan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap strategi inovasi. Maka dengan diadakannya penelitian ini bisa mendorong pengusaha untuk memiliki pola pikir kewirausahaan, dengan meningkatkan kapabilitas, dan mengoptimalkan pelatihan kewirausahaan sehingga strategi inovasi dalam kewirausahaan bisa berjalan dengan optimal.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Pasal 87 UU No. 40 Tahun 2014 tentang Perasuransian, perusahaan perasuransian yang menjalankan sebagian kegiatan usaha dengan prinsip syariah diwajibkan untuk melakukan spin-off tepat 10 tahun setelah UU tersebut ditetapkan atau jika dana tabarru' dan dana investasi peserta unit syariah telah mencapai paling sedikit 50% dari total nilai dana asuransi, dana tabarru', dan dana investasi peserta pada perusahaan induknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat efisiensi unit usaha syariah dari perusahaan asuransi jiwa di Indonesia selama periode 2018-2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Data Envelopment Analysis model VRS dengan orientasi input. Adapun variabel input yang digunakan terdiri dari aset, beban usaha dan klaim, sedangkan variabel output terdiri dari kontribusi (premi) dan pendapatan investasi. Data diolah menggunakan software MaxDEA 8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja unit usaha syariah dari perusahaan asuransi jiwa di Indonesia selama periode 2018-2020 tidak efisien. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata efisiensi 17 unit syariah yang diteliti, 13 diantaranya atau sebesar 76,47% unit syariah memperoleh predikat tidak efisien.

Abstract

The supply chain is a series of operations consisting of interconnected units both within and outside the company such as suppliers, producers, and distributors, each of which holds information at a different level. These parties need to be coordinated using information sharing as a coordination mechanism. Information sharing enables them to make the right and quick decisions that can improve the performance of the supply chain. Information sharing has received a lot of attention from researchers who analyze it from different perspectives. However,  no research shows the relationship between factors that drive information sharing to succeed. This study produces a model of power, trust, and information sharing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the popularity of heritage tourist attractions, namely Borobudur, Prambanan, Besakih, and Tanah Lot using the Google Trends tool based on a historical database of the last five years. In addition to popularity, this study also determines the market segmentation of each tourist attraction based on the geographical origin of the tourists. The information and findings are expected to be used as consideration for the destination marketing strategy, and also to determine the promotion on the geographical origin of tourists. This analysis using Google trends yields several conclusions, in the beginning of 2000 to the end of 2021, almost all heritage tourist attractions have decreased in popularity, this is most likely due to a travel ban for tourists during the Covid-19 pandemic. Borobudur Template Heritage Tourism Attraction is the most popular heritage tourist attraction since the last five years, then Prambanan Temple, Tanah Lot, and Besakih. The segmentation of heritage tourism attractions in Indonesia is domestic tourists, and International tourists by Singaporean, Malaysian, Thai, Philippines, South African, Australian, Indian, Taiwanese, Italian, and French. The government should immediately open up opportunities for opening tourism, and tourist attraction managers will intensify the use of information technology, especially digital marketing to display the image of heritage destinations that are open space destinations. is a safe tourist attraction to visit.
