Abstract

Nowadays people are increasingly aware of the importance of returning to nature to cure various diseases. Increased awareness. so scientific research is increasingly directed at natural ingredients. Herbal medicines that are processed in a modern way and are supported by research results are increasingly available. The use of traditional medicine has long been practiced in developing countries and developed countries. The use of various types of plants is influenced by ethnic groups or ethnic level culture. Exploring the perceptions and conceptions of traditional community knowledge about the plants around them is an activity of gathering local wisdom with the local community. Interactions between humans and plants are studied through ethnobotany studies. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential use of medicinal plants by the East Lombok Sasak etnic and the use of research results as a source of ethnobotany learning. The method used is ethnometodology.  The results of the research have been obtained 32 types of potentially medicinal plants that are often used by the Sasak people of East Lombok Regency to treat various diseases. Utilization by processing the parts of plants, namely leaves, fruit, seeds, stems and roots. The results of this study will continue to be used as a source of ethnobotany learning

Abstract

Education has a central role in the development of a country's development and therefore education is an important concern every government even more so in Indonesia there are still some problems in the world of education, one of which is the low cognitive learning outcomes of students, especially in biology subjects that require an can overcome these problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of STAD (Reading Concept Mapping Student Teams Achievement Devision) Remap Learning Model with Lesson Study Patterns on Cognitive Learning Outcomes of Class XI Students of SMA Negeri 1 Sukamulia 2017/2018 Academic Year. This type of research is experimental research using Quasi Experimental Design. The population in this study students of class XI IPA semester I consisting of 2 classes with a total of 55 students. The sample in this study is class XI IPA 1 as the experimental class and class XI IPA 2 as the control class using simple random sampling technique. The instruments in this study were tests of cognitive learning outcomes in the form of essay tests totaling 8 items. Based on the results of data analysis obtained the average value of the experimental class posttest is 78.82 and the control class is 66.56. While the hypothesis test using statistical analysis with the t-test formula at the 5% confidence level is obtained by tcount of 6.97. after compared with t table 1.404, then tcount 6.97 t table 1.404, so that the conclusion in this study is that there is an effect of STAD (Reading Concept Mapping Student Teams Achievement Devision) Remap Learning Model with Lesson Study Patterns on Cognitive Learning Outcomes of Class XI Students of SMA 1 Sukamulia Year 2017/2018 teaching.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pencampuran tepung beras dengan ragi tempe terhadap kecepatan fermentasi dalam proses pembuatan  tempe. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kalijaga dan untuk uji oranoleptiknya di lakukan di Laboratorium Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Hamzanwadi. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen 1 faktor perlakuan yaitu  tepung beras yang di campur dengan ragi tempe, P1 = tepung beras kualias baik sebagai campur ragi dan P2 = Ragi tempe saja. Ragi tempe sebagai campuran tepung beras masing-masing 18 gram tepung beras dengan 18 gram ragi. Dari perlakuan tersebut diperoleh hasil pencampuran tepung beras (P1) dengan ragi tmpe (P2). Data berupa deskriptif kualitatif yaitu pengaruh pencampuran tepung beras meliputi waktu fermentasi tempe. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pada P1 dengan waktu fermentasi selama 23,33 jam dan pada P2 dengan waktu fermentasi selama 24,66 jam, sedangkan pengujian pada uji organoleptik pada tempe yang meliputi Warna, tektur  juga berpengaruh hasil pengujian uji organoleptik menujukkan bahwa P1 menjadi tempe berwarna putih normal dengan nilai 3% dan  pada P2 menghasilkan tempe berwarna putih keabu-abuan dengan nilai 2% sedangakan pada tekstur P1 menghasilkan tekstur tempe menjadi rata lembut dengan nilai 3% dan P2 menghasilkan tekstur tempe menjadi tidak rata 2% sedangkan pengujian pada kepadatan, rasa dan aroma tempe tidak terpengaruh dari adanya pencampuran tepung beras pada ragi tempe tersebut.

Abstract

Control of Plant Pest Organisms by using synthetic pesticides has a negative impact on the garden. Some of these impacts include environmental pollution, the emergence of "biotypes" that are resistant and resurgent, the natural enemy population decreases and is less efficient, the loss of several types of plants that are potential to be used as refugia plants, expensive control costs, and a decrease in the quantity and quality of production of cultivated plants. In this case, action needs to be taken that can be used as an alternative solution to the problem of pest attacks. Wild plants have the potential as refugia for pest insect predators. Refugia plants are types of plants around plants that can provide shelter, additional feed sources, resting places, and reproductive sites (Nentwig, 1998; Wratten et al., 1998; Sosromarsono and Untung, 2000 in Rahman, 2010). Refugia plants in the field of agriculture generally refer to the types of plants and plants that have a role as a habitat for three tropical biota groups (Murphy, et al., 1998; Wratten, et al., 1998 in Rahman, 2010). Habitat is the place of a living organism or can also indicate a place occupied by the entire community. Begon et al. (1986) in Rahman (2010) argues that an area as a habitat (habitable area) is an area for each species in it, can maintain the existence of its population because (1) has the opportunity to colonize, and (2) is not defeated by competitors . While the potential of various wild plants / weeds as refugia plants for some natural enemies of pests in the plantation area or the system is still limited in information so that the community in particular, in Kerongkong Village East Lombok Regency is in dire need of information related to wild plants as Refugia Predator and Parasitoid. Furthermore, research on Identification of Wild Plants as Refugia Predators and Parasitoid Citrus Plants (Citrus grandis) in Kebun Jeruk Kerongkong Village, East Lombok Regency aims to provide information for the community and as a literature review in studying Wild Plants as Predator and Parasitoid Refugia. The output target desired by the researcher is to provide information and add and as a literature review of wild plants as Refugia Predator and Parasitoid for the community, students and researchers, therefore Descriptive methods are used to identify Wild plants as Refugia Predator and Parasitoid, where the scope of the type of descriptive research is to be able to find various data and facts from the object of research, as well as describe or describe, or describe and explain, in accordance with the sequence of problems presented.

Abstract

Kangkung darat (IpomeareptansPoir) merupakan salah satutanaman sayur yang banyak disukai oleh semua kalangan masyarakat. Kangkung darat termasuk dalam family Convolvulaceae atau kangkung-kangkungan yang dicirikan dengan batang bergetah dan berlubang di dalamnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan juni sampai dengan November 2020 di kebun percobaan biologi universitas hamzanwadi. Rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 10 kali pengulangan sehingga didapatkan 40 satuan percobaan. Variable bebas dari penelitian ini yaitu 20 ml, 40, dan 60 ml. variable terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah pertumbuhan tanaman kangkung darat yang meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan panjang daun. Data yang diperoleh di uji normalitas dan homogenitasnya, bila hasilnya normal dan homogen maka kemudian dianalisis denganan analisis variansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk hijau tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman kangkung darat baik tinggi, jumlahdaun, dan panjang daun.Kata kunci: pupuk hijau, pertumbuhan tanaman kangkung darat
