Abstract

The use of plants as traditional medicine has been known for a long time by the community in Kadindi Village, Pekat District. This traditional medicine is passed down from generation to generation. However, at this time due to the development of times and traditional technology began to be abandoned, therefore it is very important to know again about the knowledge of medicinal plants that are used by the community. This study aims to determine the types of plants used by the people of Kadindi Village, Pekat District, the parts of plants used as medicine and how to use these plants in the treatment of various diseases. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research and the sampling technique is purposive sampling. Where the data was obtained from the results of direct interviews with the people of Kadindi Village, Pekat District. The amount of information used was 20 respondents from two hamlets in Kadindi Village. Based on the research results, 35 types of medicinal plants were widely used by the people of Kadindi Village in the treatment of various diseases. The parts used are the roots, leaves, seeds, fruit, rhizomes, tubers, skin, air, and seeds. There are various kinds of processing, some are drunk, rubbed on, put on, put into the nostrils, used for shampooing, used for bathing, used for bathing and in thefemale area.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran sentral dalam perkembangan pembangunan dan salah satu aspek untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia. Permasalahan yang masih ada dalam dunia pendidikan yakni masih rendahnya hasil belajar kognitif siswa khususnya pada mata pelajaran biologi sehingga membutuhkan suatu tindakan yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu salah satunya dengan mengubah proses pembelajaran yang lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Kognitif Siswa Kelas X SMA NW Sukarara Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan Quasi Eksperimental Design.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas X semester I yang terdiri dari 2 kelas dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 33 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X IPA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X IPS sebagai kelas kontrol menggunakan tekhnik simple random sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa tes hasil belajar kognitif dalam bentuk tes essay yang berjumlah 8 butir soal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen yakni 72 dan kelas kontrol yakni 67,65. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan rumus uji-t pada taraf kepercayaan 5% adalah diperoleh thitung sebesar 1,61. Setelah dibandingkan dengan ttabel 1,49, maka thitung 1,61ttabel 1,49, sehingga kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh Penerapan Numbered Head Together (NHT) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Kognitif Siswa Kelas X SMA NW Sukarara Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Discovery Learning Terhadap Keterampilan Proses Sains Siswa Kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Sukamulia Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan quasi eksperimental design dalam bentuk posttest-only control design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sukamulia Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018, yang terdiri dari 6 kelas dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 162 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Kelas X IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan Kelas X IPA 3 sebagi kelas kontrol. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa tes keterampilan proses sains siswa dalam bentuk essay yang berjumlah 7 butir soal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai rata-rata post-test kelas eksperimen yaitu 79,24 dan kelas kontrol yaitu 67,66. Sedangkan, uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan rumus uji-t pada taraf signifikan 5% yaitu diperoleh thitung sebesar 4,445. Setelah dibandingkan dengan ttabel sebesar 2,013 menunjukkan bahwa thitung ttabel yaitu (4,4452,013), maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Ada Pengaruh Model Discovery Learning Terhadap Keterampilan Proses Sains Siswa Kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Sukamulia Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018”.

Abstract

Abstract :Online Learning is a learning activity carried out from home which is one of the policies of the government to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus that is currently happening in Indonesia. However, online learning is inseparable from the problems that hinder its implementation so that researchers conduct research on online learning problems using qualitative methods. The implementation of Online learning for students at MA NW Penendem is not optimal due to several factors, namely lack of facilities, the role of parents, teachers and schools that are not optimal and low student motivation in implementing online learning. The things that become problems in online learning are quota and singles are not available, parents do not accompany and remind online learning schedules, delivery of unattractive material, survey implementation of online learning activities is not comprehensive, free internet quota cannot be used optimally, students not happy, not enthusiastic, feel difficult and undisciplined in studying Online.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of giving chicken manure on the growth of tomato (Lycopercisum esculentum Mill). This research was conducted in the village of Bebara, Darmasari Village, Sikur District. This type of research is a quantitative study with an experimental method with a completely randomized research design (CRD). In this study, there were two treatments, namely giving chicken manure (experimental) and without giving chicken manure (control). Where this experiment uses three concentrations, namely 250 grams, 350 grams, and 450 grams, with 4 repetitions. Growth parameters measured were plant height, leaf length and number of leaves. The data analysis technique used is the one-way ANOVA test. The results of hypothesis testing carried out with a significant level of 5% indicate that the plant height F count F table (9,35 2.92), leaf length F count F table (12,00 2.92), and the number of leaves F count F table (7,22 2.92). Based on the results of the calculation of these data, it can be concluded that the provision of chicken manure can affect the growth of tomato plants (Lycopercisum esculentum Mill) because manure can meet the nutrient needs needed by tomato plants for growth.
