Abstract

Abstrak. Matematika sering disebut ratunya ilmu hal ini disebabkan karena matematika tidak bergantung pada bidang studi lain. Pendidikan di bidang matematika merupakan ilmu yang penting dipelajari dan dipahami maka diperlukan cara untuk menarik minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika. Berawal dari hasil belajar matematika kelas VII-2 dengan persentase pencapaian yang masih rendah menjadi indikasi bahwa sebagian besar siswa belum memahami konsep dengan baik. Pemahaman merupakan salah satu tujuan penting dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT). Dengan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas terhadap siswa kelas VII-2 SMP Negeri 3 Cianjur yang berjumlah 30 orang pada pokok bahasan Garis dan Sudut didapatkan hasil bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematis. Selain itu, adanya perbaikan pada setiap pertemuan serta siswa berperan aktif dalam pembelajaran serta respon yang diberikan oleh siswa terhadap pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) positif.Abstract. Mathematics is often called the queen of science, this is because mathematics does not depend on other fields of study. Mathematics education is an important science to learn and understand, so it is necessary to find a way to attract students' interest in learning mathematics. Starting from the results of learning mathematics in class VII-2 with a low percentage of achievement, it is an indication that most students do not understand the concept well. Understanding is one of the important goals in learning. This study aims to improve students' conceptual understanding through the Numbered Head Together (NHT) cooperative learning model. With the Class Action Research method of class VII-2 Junior High School 3 Cianjur, totaling 30 people on the subject of Lines and Angles, it was found that learning using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) type cooperative learning model can improve understanding of mathematical concepts. In addition, there are improvements at each meeting and students play an active role in learning and the responses given by students to learning using a positive Numbered Head Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model.

Abstract

Abstract: The goal of this study was to identify: (1) Significant differences in mathematics learning results between the jigsaw learning model and TAI. (2) Significant variations in kids' AQ levels and mathematical learning results (3) There is a relationship between students' AQ scores and the outcomes of mathematics learning. A quasi-experimental research design is used in this quantitative study type. 98 students from SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta in the seventh grade made up the research population. The first class was sampled using the jigsaw model, the second class was sampled using the TAI model, and the third class was sampled using the conventional model. Cluster random sampling was employed as the sampling method. ways for gathering data via tests, surveys, and documentation. Two-way analysis of variance with uneven cells is the analytical method employed. Using the study's findings and a 5% level of significance, the following was discovered: (1) Jigsaw, TAI, and conventional learning models all produce the have different in terms of learning outcomes for mathematics, however Jigsaw performs better than TAI and conventional; (2) There are variations in kids' AQ levels in terms of mathematics learning results. While students with AQ campers are superior to students with AQ quitters, students with AQ climbers are superior to students with AQ campers and quitters; (3) There is a relationship between AQ levels (climbers, campers, quitters) and learning models (Jigsaw, TAI, and traditional) on the outcomes of mathematics learning. Students who are AQ climbers in the jigsaw learning paradigm learn mathematics more effectively than students who are AQ quitters.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi: (1) Perbedaan hasil belajar matematika yang dihasilkan dari penerapan model pembelajaran jigsaw dan TAI; (2) perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa antar kategori AQ; (3) interaksi antara penerapan model pembelajaran (jigsaw dan TAI) dengan AQ siswa terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Desain quasi-experimental digunakan dalam penelitian kuantitatif ini. Populasi penelitian merupakan siswa kelas 7 SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta yang berjumlah 98 siswa. Cluster random sampling digunakan sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Kelas pertama dijadikan sampel untuk penerapan model jigsaw, kelas kedua dijadikan sampel untuk penerapan model TAI, dan kelas ketiga dijadikan sampel untuk penerapan model konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik tes, survei, dan dokumentasi. Analisis varians dua arah dengan sel tak sama adalah jenis formula statistik yang digunakan. Dengan menggunakan tingkat signifikansi 5%, ditemukan hal-hal berikut: (1) model pembelajaran jigsaw, TAI, dan konvensional semuanya menghasilkan hasil yang berbeda dalam hal hasil belajar matematika, jigsaw berkinerja lebih baik daripada TAI dan konvensional; (2) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar matematika ditinjau dari variasi tingkat AQ. Sementara siswa dengan AQ camper lebih unggul daripada siswa dengan AQ quitter, siswa dengan AQ climber lebih unggul dari siswa dengan AQ campers dan quitter; (3) Ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran (Jigsaw, TAI, dan traditional) dan tingkat AQ (climbers, campers, quitters) terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Siswa dengan AQ climber dan menggunakan model jigsaw memiliki hasil belajar matematika lebih baik daripada siswa dengan AQ quitters.

Abstract

This research aims to determine differences in social arithmetic learning outcomes based on yells variations in the CRH method. This research uses quantitative research methods. Based on the results of the study, a significant average difference was obtained in class VII social arithmetic learning outcomes, so that the researchers conducted further tests with Scheffe and the results: between variations in the Dermayu yells and English did not have significant differences, but between yell-yell variations speak English and Indonesian and between the Dermayu and Indonesian chants are experiencing significant differences.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini, meningkatkan pemahaman kognitif pada pembelajaran matematika materi lingkaran, mengetahui suasana belajar siswa dan mengetahui respons siswa kelas VIII-1 semester II SMP Negeri di Cianjur melalui model cooperative learning tipe Snowball Throwing. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus tindakan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah soal tes tiap siklus, lembar observasi siswa dan guru dalam proses pembelajaran, angket skala sikap dan jurnal harian siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan  dengan menerapkan model cooperative learning tipe Snowball Throwing  dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar  siswa kelas VIII-1 di SMP Negeri di Cianjur. Hal ini ditunjukan  dengan hasil tes pemahaman kognitif siswa pada tindakan siklus I rata-rata tingkat  “paham” siswa sebesar 41%, “paham sebagian” sebesar 31% dan ‘tidak paham” sebesar  14%.  Pada rindakan siklus II rata-rata tingkat  “paham” siswa sebesar 53%, “paham sebagian” sebesar 37% dan ‘tidak paham” sebesar  9%. Sedangkan pada tindakan siklus III rata-rata tingkat  “paham” siswa sebesar 54%, “paham sebagian” sebesar 43% dan ‘tidak paham” sebesar  3%. Selain itu susasana belajar siswa baik setiap siklusnya dan respons siswa posotif sangat baik dengan nilai 3,22. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulakan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model cooperative learning tipe Snowball Throwing  dapat meningkatkan pemahaman kognitif. Oleh karena itu hendaknya guru mata pelajaran Matematika dalam proses belajar mengajar matematika perlu dilakukan  dengan model cooperative learning tipe Snowball Throwing. Abstract. The purpose of this study was to increase cognitive understanding in mathematics learning on circle material, to determine the student's learning atmosphere, and to find out the responses of class VIII-1 students in the second semester of Junior High School in Cianjur through a cooperative learning model Snowball Throwing type. This research method is Classroom Action Research which is carried out in 3 cycles of action. The instruments used are test questions for each cycle, student and teacher observation sheets in the learning process, attitude scale questionnaires, and student daily journals. The results showed that applying the cooperative learning model type Snowball Throwing can improve student learning outcomes in class VIII-1 in Junior High School in Cianjur. This is shown by the results of the student's cognitive understanding test in the first cycle of action, the average level of "understand" students is 41%, "understand partially" is 31%, and "do not understand" is 14%. In the second cycle of action, the students' average level of "understand" was 53%, "partially understood" was 37%, and "did not understand" was 9%. While in the third cycle of action, the average level of "understand" students is 54%, "understand partially" is 43%, and "do not understand" is 3%. In addition, the student learning atmosphere is good every cycle and the positive student response is very good with a value of 3.22. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that learning by using the cooperative learning model type Snowball Throwing can improve cognitive understanding. Therefore, the teacher of Mathematics subject in the teaching and learning process of mathematics needs to be done with a cooperative learning model of the Snowball Throwing type.
