Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, innovative human resource management (HR) strategies are very important for organizations to overcome the challenges faced in adopting digital technology. This research conducted a thorough literature review to explore key factors associated with innovative HR strategies in the era of digital transformation. The results of the literature review show that adapting technology in HR, increasing employee digital competence, talent management, and effective performance measurement are important aspects in achieving organizational success in this digital era. Apart from that, organizational adaptation to new phenomena also demands adaptive HR management strategies. This research also proposes a hypothesis that links these various factors to an organization's success in facing digital transformation. It is hoped that this research can provide valuable insight for organizations in developing relevant and effective HR strategies in facing the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

This research explores the factors that influence customer engagement in the digital era, with a focus on digital service quality, activity on social media, user experience, personalization of content, responsiveness and speed of service, and adoption of interactive features. Through systematic literature analysis, research findings show that these factors have a significant impact on customer engagement levels. Companies that are able to pay attention to and optimize these aspects in their marketing and customer relationship strategies tend to achieve higher customer engagement. The practical implication of this research is that it is important for companies to prioritize providing satisfying and relevant customer experiences in an ever-evolving digital environment. Additionally, there is still room for further research in understanding the dynamics of customer engagement in an ever-changing digital context.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of implementing work-life balance strategies on employee well-being in an organizational context. A quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis was used to analyze data from surveys conducted on employees. Findings show that flexibility of working hours, flexible leave policies, remote work, accessibility of health and wellness facilities, and work-life balance programs significantly contribute to employee well-being. The implication of these findings is that it is important for companies to pay attention to these aspects in designing their human resource management policies and practices to improve employee welfare and productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of Human Resources (HR) in supporting organizational innovation. Through systematic literature analysis, this research explores factors such as organizational culture, recruitment and selection processes, training and development, rewards and recognition, teamwork and collaboration, policies of flexibility and openness, communication and knowledge sharing, and the role of leaders in encouraging innovation . The findings of this research indicate that the integration of HR functions into an organization's innovation strategy, along with the implementation of innovation-oriented HR policies, can increase the overall level of organizational innovation. Although this research is faced with limitations in the range of literature selected, the research implications provide important insights for HR practitioners and organizational leaders in strengthening the innovative capacity of their organizations.

Abstract

This literature review aims to explore strategies and best practices for building organizational resilience in the era of uncertainty. The research synthesizes existing literature to identify key predictors of organizational resilience, including resilient leadership, human capital management strategies, proactive resilience approaches, and cost optimization techniques. The methodology employed in this study involves a systematic literature review using reputable international academic databases over the past five years. Findings reveal that resilient leadership plays a crucial role in fostering organizational resilience by cultivating a resilient culture, enhancing awareness, facilitating learning processes, and strengthening physiological capital. Additionally, human capital management strategies focusing on individual capability development and resilience-building contribute significantly to organizational resilience. Proactive resilience approaches and cost optimization techniques further enhance organizational resilience by enabling quick adaptation and response to unexpected events. This study highlights the importance of adopting a multi-level approach to cost optimization and emphasizes the need for empirical research to validate the effectiveness of different resilience-building strategies. The findings offer practical insights for organizations seeking to enhance their resilience in uncertain environments.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the factors that influence technology adoption by the Human Resources (HR) Department. The research method used is a systematic literature review using academic databases of international reputation over the last ten years. Research findings indicate that factors such as organizational culture, technology adoption, HR competencies, HR analytics, technology availability and accessibility, symbolic adoption, and organizational factors play an important role in HR technology adoption. An organizational culture that supports innovation and technology, as well as the technological competence possessed by HR personnel, are significant factors in influencing technology adoption. Additionally, adequate technology availability and strong organizational support were also found to contribute to higher technology adoption rates. The implications of this research indicate the need for organizations to pay attention to these factors in an effort to increase HR technology adoption. Suggestions for future research include longitudinal research to evaluate the long-term impact of HR technology adoption, as well as research across industries and cultural contexts to understand the factors that influence HR technology adoption more broadly.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the relationship between financial literacy and financial education and consumer behavior in making financial decisions in the digital era. To achieve this goal, a literature review was conducted to gather insights on the definition and dimensions of financial literacy, the impact of digitalization on financial transactions, and the interaction between financial literacy and consumer behavior. The research method used is a comprehensive literature review analysis, which involves searching and selecting relevant articles from various sources. The findings show that financial literacy has an important role in shaping consumer behavior and financial decision making, especially in the context of digitalization. The implications of these findings for policymakers, educators, financial institutions, and consumers are also discussed. Future research in the area of ​​financial literacy and education in the digital era should pay more attention to the effectiveness of various financial education interventions, exploration of innovative approaches to address financial literacy challenges in the digital era, as well as longitudinal research to understand the long-term impact of financial education on consumer financial behavior and outcomes .
