Abstract

Employees are valuable assets to the organization, and their efforts will help the company accomplish its mission. Companies that cannot manage and monitor their employees' performance will negatively impact the achievement of the company's goals and vision. Employee commitment supported with excellent work discipline and a high level of job satisfaction has an impact on employee performance. However, there are still employees that are uncommitted and lack strong work discipline. This study aims to investigate and identify some of the factors of employee performance at PT. Boston Nusantara, such as employee commitment, work discipline, and job satisfaction. The multiple correlation and the determination coefficient methods were employed in this study. The results showed that (1) Employee Commitment Variable had no effect on Employee Performance, (2). Employee Performance is influenced by Work Discipline Variable. (3). Employee Performance is influenced by Job Satisfaction Variable. (4). Simultaneously, Employee Performance is influenced by the variables of Employee Commitment, Work Discipline, and Job Satisfaction. The implication of this study is that the organization must develop a work environment that encourages employees to maintain persistent commitment, work discipline, and job satisfaction to create a collaborative work environment and achieve the company goals.

Abstract

Kecelakaan pabrik merupakan peristiwa malang yang dapat menimbulkan akibat yang parah, termasuk cedera, kematian, dan kerusakan properti. Insiden ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, seperti tindakan keselamatan yang tidak memadai, kurangnya pelatihan yang tepat, dan kegagalan peralatan. Untuk lebih memahami masalah ini dan mencari cara untuk mencegah kecelakaan tersebut, penting untuk mengetahui peran penting K3 untuk memastikan lingkungan kerja yang aman bagi pekerja. Kecelakaan kerja juga biasanya terjadi akibat kondisi lingkungan kerja tidak aman dan human error. Kecelakaan kerja dapat disebabkan oleh pelanggaran aturan lama kerja yang telah ditetapkan dan juga disebabkan oleh kurangnya tingkat pengetahuan tentang keselamatan kerja ditempat kerja. Keselamatan dan kesehatan itu sendiri sangat mempengaruhi tingkat kecelakaan dan tingkat keparahan kecelakaan yang terjadi. Rendahnya penerapan terhadap Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja yang disebabkan oleh rendahnya pemahaman terhadap pentingnya kualitas keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan yaitu masih tingginya risiko kecelakaan kerja karena kurangnya penekanan kebijakan K3 di perusahaan serta masih banyak pekerja yang tidak memahami bahkan mengabaikan pentingnya K3 terhadap tenaga kerja itu sendiri dan terhadap perusahaan. Tulisan ini akan membahas pentingnya kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, tanggung jawab pengusaha dan karyawan, serta peran peraturan dan standar dalam menjaga lingkungan kerja yang aman, agar mengurangi tingkat resiko kecelakaan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dan meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Ganesha, menghadapi tuntutan dinamika pendidikan dan kebutuhan pasar kerja yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama dua bulan mulai November hingga Desember 2023 kepada 50 partisipan yang terdiri dari Dosen, mahasiswa dan tenaga pendidik STIE Ganesha. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) untuk menilai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman terkait SDM di STIE Ganesha. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi Pustaka. Penelitian ini diharapkan menghasilkan gambaran komprehensif tentang kondisi SDM di STIE Ganesha, dengan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas dosen, mengembangkan kurikulum, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian Analisa SWOT yang didapatkan yaitu Strengths (Kekuatan): Kualitas pendidikan yang tinggi, Solidaritas yang tinggi dan kesadaran sosial tinggi, Kemampuan dalam memasarkan produk dengan tepat dan memperluas jaringan. Weaknesses (Kelemahan): Kurangnya keterampilan dan pengetahuan dalam bidang tertentu, Kurang memperluas jaringan dan partisipasi dalam kegiatan perlombaan, Mudah stres ketika melakukan tugas dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Opportunities (Peluang): Program beasiswa dan pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas SDM pendidikan, Sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan berpengalaman, kerjasama dengan pemasok dan penyedia layanan yang mendukung. Threats (Ancaman): Persaingan dengan lembaga pendidikan lain dan perubahan regulasi pendidikan, Tantangan dalam menghadapi persaingan dan perubahan regulasi, Keterbatasan dalam sumber daya dan persyaratan yang meningkat.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) technology gives marketers the ability to identify differences between consumers, understand various personas, and understand the factors that drive consumers to make purchasing decisions. Therefore, marketers use Artificial Intelligence to recognize and predict consumer habits. Information obtained from AI, marketers can provide a special experience for each consumer. The objective of this study is to determine and measure the impact of AI on customer experience using simple regression analysis. There are four AI indicators analyzed, namely mechanical intelligence, analytical intelligence, intuitive intelligence, and empathetic intelligence. In addition, there are four dimensions of customer experience that are evaluated, namely immersion, flow, cognitive fit, and emotional fit. From the results of observations of 116 people, it was concluded that Artificial Intelligence and Draiv's customer experience received a positive assessment, and Artificial Intelligence had a significant effect on customer experience.

Abstract

The Indonesian economy is significantly influenced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which are the main support for the country's economy.. Therefore, the aim of this research is to identify the impact of supply chain management strategies on the operational performance of MSMEs. Data was collected by questionnaires distributed to 151 respondents, and testing was carried out using the Structural Equation Method (SEM). The findings of the study reveal that the operational performance of MSMEs is not impacted by all implemented supply chain management strategies. Out of the five supply chain management strategies, not all exhibit a significant effect. employed, one of them is not demonstrated to have a significant impact on the operational performance of a business.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the impact of work discipline and work-life balance on work productivity at the Sintesa Mercure Hotel Jakarta. Data was collected through the use of a questionnaire filled in by 70 respondents and then analyzed using correlation coefficients and regression analysis. From the research results, it was revealed that work productivity at the Sintesa Mercure Hotel Jakarta is influenced positively and significantly by work discipline and work-life balance. The recommendation from this research is that companies continue to facilitate employees in efforts to improve work discipline and work-life balance, so as to increase overall work productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh halal awareness dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian makanan halal (studi pada milenial muslim di kawasan Lego-lego CPI Makassar, dimana sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen milenial muslim yang pernah mengunjungi dan membeli makanan di kawasan Lego-lego CPI Makassar minimal satu kali. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini bahwa Hipotesis pertama diterima, dimana halal awareness berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian makanan halal di kawasan Lego-lego CPI Makassar, Hipotesis kedua diterima, dimana harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian makanan halal di kawasan Lego-lego CPI Makassar. dan hipotesis terakhir diterima, dimana secara simultan atau melalui Uji (F) Halal awareness dan harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian makanan halal di kawasan Legolego CPI Makassar.

Abstract

Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dimediasi Motivasi (Studi Pada Karyawan Di Kantor PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan kantor PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner sebagai instrumen untuk membuktikan hasil penelitian. Sedangkan data sekunder yang digunakan meliputi gambaran umum perusahaan dan jumlah karyawan. Untuk menguji hipotesis pada penelitian ini digunakan model persamaan struktural dengan bantuan program SmartPLS. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipilih adalah metode simple random sampling dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 107 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, 2) pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, 3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, 4) pengembangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi. dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, 5) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, 6) disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi, dan 7) pengembangan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi.

Abstract

The rapid digital revolution has changed the paradigm of human resource management in the context of the digital era 4.0. This article presents the results of a systematic analysis of literature which aims to explain the influence of the digital revolution on Human Resource Management). A total of 20 selected journal articles were used as the basis for the research, focusing on main themes such as the transformation of the role of Human Resource Management), human resource management strategies for sustainability, and digital-based human resource management concepts. The results of a systematic analysis of literature highlight the key role of Human Resource Management as a strategic partner in facing organizational transformation in the digital era 4.0. The concept of digital-based human resource management is in the spotlight, emphasizing the importance of developing digital skills among the workforce. Abstract

In the era of industrial revolution 4.0, the role of E-commerce for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is becoming increasingly important as a digital marketing strategy. This research aims to investigate the impact of E-commerce adoption by MSMEs in facing changes in global business dynamics. Through the Systematic Literature Review method, we analyzed relevant academic literature to understand the level of adoption, benefits, digital marketing strategies, and the impact of the industrial revolution 4.0 on MSMEs that adopt E-commerce. The research results show that MSMEs that adopt E-commerce experience increased competitiveness through market expansion, increased operational efficiency, and direct interaction with consumers. Digital marketing strategies, such as the use of social media and online advertising, dominate MSME efforts to increase visibility. The role of E-commerce has also proven vital in helping MSMEs adapt to the industrial revolution 4.0. The conclusions of this research highlight the complexity of the challenges and opportunities facing MSMEs, including technological barriers and the need for digital skills development. Policy implications include government support, digital skills development, facilitation of collaboration between MSMEs, and industry 4.0 awareness campaigns. This research provides in-depth insight into the crucial role of E-commerce for MSMEs in facing the industrial revolution 4.0, with the hope of providing guidance for practitioners, researchers and policies to support the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in this digital era.
