Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought about economic shocks, prompting an economic contraction. The government carried out a fiscal stimulus for the economy to survive. This study aims to examine Indonesia's fiscal stimulus policy during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research data is sourced from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, the Statistic Indonesia, the Ministry of Finance, and the Financial Services Authority. The analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics presented in tables and graphs. The comparison is made for regional growth of the expenditure component between provinces with the highest Covid-19 cases and others. The study results show that the cases of Covid-19 infection are not related to the economic contraction depth because it depends on the dominant output structure of a province. Bali was the province with the highest demand shock resulting from the tourism sector's slowdown, which triggered a decrease in derived demand, such as transportation, hotels, restaurants, and other products or services. The demand side of fiscal policy is lower than the supply side. Funds for the recovery of the tourism sector are allocated as the sector most impacted during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of auditor experience, auditor work stress, and time budget pressure toward audit quality. The sample of this research were auditors who work as the Supreme Audit Board of The Republic of Indonesia (BPK) representative in The Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study employed multiple regression analysis to test the hypotheses proposed. The results of this study found that auditor experience has a positive and significant effect toward audit quality. Meanwhile, auditor work stress and time budget pressure have negative and significant effect toward audit quality. The implication of this study is discussed.

Abstract

Food security is the most important aspect in live, especially during covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is to know the condition of food security in Cihambulu, Pabuaran, Subang as well as the food security strategies or the concepts can be applied to improve food security and public welfare at Cihambulu, Pabuaran, Subang, Jawa Barat. Type of the research is descriptive qualitative using a theoretical analysis approach – theories related to food security and ice power concept. The object of analysis is the citizen of Cihambulu, Pabuaran, Subang, Jawa Barat. Data collected by surveys, interviews, and observations. The results showed that the condition of food security in Cihambulu, Subang, Jawa Barat is in low level or below the safe limit, while the efforts that can be done are to maximize the use of house yards by planted that can meet the needs of home industry, and also provide entrepreneur training and education. And the business concept than can be applied is Ice Power concept which focuses on socio-social and cultural.

Abstract

The study of organizational conflict is a study that needs to receive attention in the ever -changing organizational code in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 today, so this study contributes to the organizational conflict literature that specifically to test the role of organizational conflict on organizational justice and performance. This study was conducted on private universities lecturers in Riau Indonesia region of 298 respondents through stratified proportional random sampling method, using questionnaires and data analysis using SEM PLS. The results of the study found that organizational justice positive and insignificant to performance, organizational justice negative and significant to organizational conflict, organizational conflict negative and significant to performance, and organizational conflict fully mediate the relationship of organizational justice and performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Padang City, and the impact of skills on SME performance. The participants in the study were mostly business owners in Padang. Most of them said that they were very satisfied with the city's infrastructure. The sampling technique was purposive, specifically targeting specific items. There are 75 samples in total. The author employs a linear regression method using hypothesis testing with SPSS software version 22. The results of this study suggest that having orientation and entrepreneurial skills is a key factor in the success of small businesses.

Abstract

PT Mamagreen Pacific has been running for approximately nineteen years. For a long period in data processing, it still uses a manual system to input data for incoming and outgoing goods and requires a long time to manage. Therefore it is necessary to find alternatives to handling the problem. When viewed from the current era of globalization, the use of computers is expected to solve existing problems, not only calculations but also the ability to store data and convey information quickly and accurately that can be accessed in real-time. The system that will be applied to the PPIC division, especially for the aluminum raw material warehouse section, follows the stages of system development using the prototype, which consists of four main steps: requirements collection, planning, design, and implementation. An evaluation prototype for the system is already made. Evaluation prototype that has been carried out using usability testing, the results show that the five aspects starting from the elements of learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction have an average value above 3, indicating that the Stock RM Aluminum has taken into account the usability or is already usable. This application program is made to find the stock of aluminum raw materials still available in the warehouse. This application program is designed using the MySQL program as a database for data storage, while the programming language uses PHP to design the program interface

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to make a comparative analysis of artificial intelligence adoption and the potential of the digital economy in ASEAN countries. The regions of countries and populations of the ASEAN Region correlate with the adoption of artificial intelligence and the potential of the digital economy. This paper uses qualitative methods and experiments with secondary data sources from online websites. The data used has been validated with other online sources that are credible and follow global information provisions. This proposed paper has four variables used as indicators in data visualization related to AI Adoption, Area, Population, and the digital economy. The four countries analyzed are members of ASEAN. The results of exploratory data analysis using the Seaborn library using the Python programming language obtained correlation results consisting of the variables Adoption of AI, Area, Population, and Digital Economy. The correlation of the Adoption of AI variables with the Digital Economy correlates 0.94. Adoption of AI with Population correlates 0.93. Adoption of AI with an Area of 0.86. Furthermore, the Area or region variable has a correlation value of 0.97 with the digital economy. Areas with a population have a correlation value of 0.98. The Population variable has a very strong correlation with the digital economy of 1. Further research can add several variables such as the potential for future jobs and the number of countries so that it is not limited to ASEAN countries alone.

Abstract

The high interest in the furniture and handicraft industry has led to a surge in demand for furniture and handicrafts, which has made business players compete to increase the quality and quantity of their production. The high demand has also resulted in an increase in the amount of waste from furniture production, but many companies/business actors are still unable to handle this production waste properly. This research is qualitative and aims to know and review readiness in making business plans from processed furniture production waste by using the elements of creating a business model canvas. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview documentation, and literature study. After the data is collected, it is processed using source triangulation. Based on the results of the research, things that can be used as a reference in creating a business here is by stating the readiness of planning from all segmentation according to the method taken, namely the business model canvas here, the production waste is processed into kitchenware, namely cutlery products or multipurpose kitchen needs from processed wood waste

Abstract

This study is motivated by curiosity about Islamic insurance services in Riau Province. Survey technique is used in data collection in this study. The population is Islamic insurance customers in this province and the samples in this study refer to the calculation of Hair et al with total assets of Islamic insurance as a consideration in determining proportional allocation. Sources of data in this study are primary data (data collection techniques using questionnaires) and secondary data (collection of relevant documents). The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics with a frequency distribution (presented using table). The results of the study found that the most Islamic insurance customers are satisfied with various aspects of the services provided by Islamic insurance, while the five service aspects whith the highest level of customer satisfaction are Islamic insurance staff friendliness, advice given by Islamic insurance employees, Islamic insurance name and image, confidentially Islamic insurance customer data, as well as various kinds of facilities offered by Islamic insurances.

Abstract

In achieving the state's goal of providing comprehensive welfare for all Indonesian people, BUMDes has an equal distribution role and grants village autonomy so that it does not depend on the state. BUMDes which in its implementation has problems such as the utilization of existing resources and the effectiveness of production in the business activities carried out is something that must receive attention because this is a common problem but will pose a big obstacle if not handled properly. For this reason, Supply Chain Management may provide a benefit which can solve problems that occur in BUMDes business activities. Therefore, this study aims to explore and find answers to the Utilization of Supply Chain Management for BUMDes. Researchers in this study used a qualitative method which used books and journals that might be available to researchers as the main source and other relevant data as secondary sources. The researcher found that the use of Supply Chain Management in BUMDes business activities has a positive and significant effect if done correctly, because by using this method, BUMDes can make better use of their human resources and the provision of production goods will be wider, not only for local people. the surrounding area can even reach the international market if done properly.
