Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh free cash flow, kepemilikan majarial dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen melalui profitabilitas sebagai variabel mediasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan mendapatkan data sebanyak 22 perusahaan selama 3 tahun dan data ini digunakan dalam sampel penelitian. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SEM PLS (partial Least squares) sofware 3.0. Dalam penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil free cash flow berpengaruh langsung terhadap profitabilitas dan kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh langsung terhadap kebijakan dividen. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan kepemilikan manajerial dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh langsung langsung terhadap profitabilitas serta free cash flow dan ukuran perusahaan tidak bepengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kebijakan dividen. Hasil lain juga menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas tidak mampu memediasi antara free cash flow, kepemilikan manajerial, ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of workload and motivation on the performance of nurses with work motivation as an intervening variable.The research method used is the quantitative method. Research respondents were nurses at UPT RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati with a sample of 120 nurses. The data collection technique uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Statistical tests and data processing were carried out using SEM analysis.The results showed that workload and compensation had an effect on nurses' work motivation. Workload indirectly affects the performance of nurses. While compensation and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of nurses. Workload and compensation directly through work motivation have a significant effect on nurse performance.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja perawat dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatip. Responden penelitian adalah perawat di UPT RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati dengan sampel sebanyak 120 perawat. Tehnik pengumpilan data menggunakan instrument berupa kuesener. Uji statistikdan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SEM analisis.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa beban kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. Beban kerja secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kinerja perawat. Sedangkan kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Beban kerja dan kompensasi secara langsung melalui motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat.

Abstract

The performance of regional governments can be influenced by various factors, including internal control systems, regional financial management and organizational commitment. The study aims to analyze the effect of internal control systems on organizational commitment, regional financial management on organizational commitment, internal control systems on local government performance, regional financial management on performance, organizational commitment to performance, the effect of internal control systems on local government performance through organizational commitment, the influence of regional financial management on the performance of local governments through organizational commitment to employees in Jepara District, Jepara Regency.This research is explanatory research. The research subjects were all employees at the village and village offices in Jepara sub-district, Jepara Regency with a total sample of 152 employees. The instrument for collecting data was a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).The results of the study stated that the system of internal control and regional financial management affects the performance of local governments. The internal control system and regional financial management influence the organizational commitment. Organizational commitment influences the performance of local government. Internal control systems and regional financial management affect the performance of local governments through organizational commitment.Keywords: internal control system, regional financial management, organizational commitment, local government performance.Kinerja pemerintah daerah dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya yaitu sistem pengendalian intern, pengelolaan keuangan daerah dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem pengendalian intern terhadap komitmen organisasi, pengelolaan keuangan daerah terhadap komitmen organisasi, sistem pengendalian intern terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah, pengelolaan keuangan daerah terhadap terhadap kinerja,  komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja,  pengaruh sistem pengendalian intern terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah melalui komitmen organisasi, pengaruh pengelolaan keuangan daerah terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah melalui komitmen organisasi pada pegawai di Kecamatan Jepara Kabupaten Jepara.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory. Subyek penelitian adalah semua pegawai pada kantor kelurahan dan desa di kecamatan Jepara Kabupaten Jepara dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 152 pegawai. Instrumen proses pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa sistem pengendalian intern dan pengelolaan keuangan daerah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah. Sistem pengendalian intern dan pengelolaan keuangan daerah berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah. Sistem pengendalian intern dan pengelolaan keuangan daerah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah melalui komitmen organisasional

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, organizational climate, career development on organizational commitment and job satisfaction as an intervening variable on CV. Maya Antique. The research method used is a quantitative method using primary data. For data collection, 112 employees were processed using SEM-Amos. The results of the research analysis show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (1) Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (2) Career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment (4) Organizational climate has no significant effect on organizational commitment (5) Career development has no significant effect on organizational commitment (6) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment (7).

Abstract

Profit Loss Sharing (PLS) plays a crucial role in determining the potential value of profits in Islamic banking. The PLS profit-sharing system indicates the success or failure in the financing investments undertaken by the banks. To generate profits from the financing investments, it is essential to have a reliable and sustainable risk management. In this study, the risk management variable will be comprehensively examined in relation to its impact on supporting the implementation of PLS systems (mudharabah and musyarakah) on financial performance. The analytical method employed is quantitative analysis with the support of the E-Views application program. The research sample includes 11 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, with an observation period from 2017 to 2022. The research analysis results demonstrate that mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing have a positive influence on financial performance. Risk management weakens the influence of mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing on financial performance. In terms of direct influence, risk management exerts the strongest impact compared to mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing. Mudharabah financing has the smallest impact on the value of financial performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of individuals, and the work environment on work loyalty through motivation as a mediating variable at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning, Kudus Regency. The object of research at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Kudus Regency was used as research, so that data collection used questionnaires, so that it was a source of data in the form of primary data which was the result of distributing questionnaires and secondary data about the description of the object of research, the research sample was 111 respondents. Data processing using the computer program SEM AMOS Version 23. The results of the data analysis carried out can be concluded (1) There is a positive and significant effect of individual characteristics on the motivation of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Kudus Regency. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of the work environment on the motivation of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Kudus Regency (3) There is a positive and significant effect of individual characteristics on work loyalty at the Kudus Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (4) There is a positive and significant influence work environment on work loyalty at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Kudus Regency (5) There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on work loyalty at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Kudus Regency. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik individu, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas melalui motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Kudus. Objek penelitian pada Kantor Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Kudus dijadikan sebagai tempat penelitian, sehingga pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner,dan  sumber data berupa data primer yang merupakan hasil penyebaran angket dan data sekunder tentang gambaran mengenai objek penelitian, sampel penelitian sebanyak 111 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan komputer program SEM AMOS Versi 23. Hasil analisis data yang dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan (1) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan karakteristik individu terhadap motivasi pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Kudus. (2) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Kudus (3) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan karakteristik individu  terhadap loyalitas  pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Kudus (4) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja  terhadap loyalitas  pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Kudus (5) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi  terhadap loyalitas  pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Kudus.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect price earning ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, return on assets,  current ratio on stock retur. The objects chosen in this study were textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sample selection using purposive sampling which yielded 58 samples. This study uses secondary data. The data analysis method used is Descriptive Statistics, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that: (1) price earning ratio does not affect the stock return, (2) debt-to-equity ratio ratio does not affect the stock return, (3) return on assets does positive and significant influence the stock return, (4) current ratio does negative and significant influence the stock return, (5) price earning ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, return on assets, and current ratio simultaneously positive and significant affect the Stock Return.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, customer relationship marketing, dan citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah dengan kepuasan nasabah sebagai variabel intervening pada BPR BKK Pati. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah BPR BKK Pati sebanyak 150 responden nasabah dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling. Data hasil penyebaran kuisioner yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan tehnik analisis data SEM melalui program AMOS.Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, customer relationship marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, customer relationship marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, dan Kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research based on the problems faced by the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Jepara Regency, including a decrease in the results of the Performance Assessment in 2019 compared to the results of the Performance Assessment in 2014. From the results of the assessment, it is believed that there are still many factors that need to be improved, including human resources that must be improved to optimize the performance. There are some employees that do not support each other between their education with the training they have attended. The employee’s distribution is not suitable to the existing crew and the crew itselves. This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional quotient and employee competence to their performance with motivation as an intervening variable.The population of this study were 200 employees of the Ministry of Religion of Jepara Regency. The sample in this study was 115 respondents. Instrument data collection used questionaire which is multiple linear regression analysis and uses Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model with an approach based on variance or component-based structural equation modeling.This study proves that emotional quotient, competence and motivation have impacted to the employees of the Ministry of Religion of Jepara Regency. The results of this study also prove that motivation also has an important role in increasing value or strengthening the effect of emotional quotient and competence on employee performance.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi permasalahan yang di hadapi Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara diantaranya adanya penurunan hasil Audit Kinerja tahun 2019 dibandingkan dengan hasil audit kinerja Tahun 2014. Dari hasil penilaian audit kinerja tersebut diyakini bahwa masih banyak faktor yang perlu ditingkatkan diantaranya tentang sumber daya manusia yang harus ditingkatkan demi kinerja yang maksimal. Masih ada pegawai dengan kompetensi yang tidak saling mendukung antara pendidikan yang dimiliki maupun pelatihan yang pernah diikuti. Distribusi pegawai belum dilakukan secara proporsional sesuai anjab dan ABK yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh emotional quetent dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara sebanyak 200 pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 115 responden. Instrumen pengumpulan data kuisioner. yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS merupakan model persamaan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan berdasarkan variance atau component- based structural equation modeling.Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa emotional quotient, kompetensi dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap Pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara. Hasil penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa motivasi juga memiliki peran yang penting memberikan nilai tambah atau memperkuat pengaruh emotional quotient dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai.
