Abstract

White oyster mushroom is one of the most popular types of mushrooms and is widely consumed by the public, while Mr. Suherman's white oyster mushroom business has not been able to meet the demands of his customers. The researcher considers that Mr. Suherman's white oyster mushroom business needs to be developed by creating alternative strategies by taking into account the factors contained in Mr. Suherman's white oyster mushroom business in Kwala Begumit village. This study aims to determine the strategy for developing a white oyster mushroom business through SWOT analysis in Kwala Begumit Village, Stabat District, Langkat Regency. The theories used in this study consist of strategy, business development, business development strategy in the white oyster mushroom business, SWOT analysis, and the strategy for applying SWOT analysis to oyster mushroom businesses. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques were obtained from interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is the SWOT analysis technique. The research method used is a qualitative approach by collecting data through documentation, interviews.

Abstract

This study focuses on the discussion of the implementation of the distribution of multi-service financing, the contract used in multi-service financing and analysis of the multi-service financing at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method with an empirical approach. In this study, researchers used a collection technique, namely by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study explain that the implementation of the distribution of multi-service financing of PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat to customers, namely customers who come directly to the Bank with the aim of submitting a multi-service financing application, the customer chooses which financing is desired, then fills out the financing application form provided by the Bank and is accompanied by predetermined requirements and guarantees. . If all the requirements have been met and the bank agrees to provide financing, then both parties agree to put this contract in an ijarah or kafalah financing contract and signed by both. The last stage the bank will disburse the required amount of funds through the customer's account. In practice at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat, multi-service financing using ijarah contracts and kafalah contracts. Analysis of multi-service financing products at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat are as follows: strengths, namely easy requirements, fast processing, competitive margins and profit sharing, sharia-compliant contracts. weaknesses, namely: officers in the financing department are still lacking in inviting the public, people still think that Islamic banks are the same as conventional banks and limited human resources. Opportunity is the interest of the public who want to do financing at Islamic Financial Institutions. Threat is the number of similar products offered by other conventional banks. Lack of public knowledge of PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat.

Abstract

BTPN Syariah is a sharia bank that is expanding its segment by embracing and focusing segmentation on productive underprivileged customers in disbursing financing. According to Law N0.21 of 2008 concerning Islamic banking. Islamic bank is a bank that carries out its business activities based on sharia principles. One form of disbursement of funds by Islamic banks to the public is financing. In accordance with its commitment to providing financial literacy and empowerment activities for productive underprivileged customers, BTPN Syariah has a variety of funding and financing products that can help millions of families to grow and have a more meaningful life. One of them is the Right Syariah-Group Financing product which is specifically aimed at productive underprivileged women based on a wakalah wal murabahah contract whose focus is on building the character and good habits of customers. With the existence of the Right Syariah-Group Financing product, the community, especially mothers who are engaged in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) sector, find it helpful to increase the effectiveness of the businesses they have run. Therefore, Hinai District is one of the locations for the implementation of financing carried out by BTPN Syariah by providing financing to MSE players, especially mothers, to make business capital and capital for business development through financing funds from BTPN Syariah through sharia financing products. -group without collateral. The type of research used in this thesis is field research. Unsecured financing using a murabahah contract during the COVID-19 pandemic at BTPN Syariah, Hinai District is said to be effective, seen from the number of submissions or financing plans and the realization of the financing. During the COVID-19 pandemic, BTPN Syariah provided one-time payment relief for customers by canceling installment payments. In applying for unsecured financing using a murabahah contract during the covid-19 pandemic at BTPN Syariah, the customer does not have any problems, the prospective customer only provides a photocopy of his ID card and family card.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the largest group of economic actors in the Indonesian economy and are the largest sector contributing to national development. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) also create sizable job opportunities for domestic workers, so that they are very helpful in efforts to reduce unemployment. Seeing the existence of the micro business sector which is managed by business actors who have problems with limited capital. With the existence of Islamic Banking, it can assist in providing additional capital through financing products that can be used by business actors to support and develop their business for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In practice, Islamic Financial Institutions mostly use murabaha products in the distribution of MSME financing. In Indonesia, the dominance of murabahah financing in Islamic banks compared to financing with other contracts reached 57%, even though most users of other types of contracts switched to murabahah. One of the branches that focus on developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is in Binjai City, one of which is by channeling murabahah financing to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative research. The research approach taken in this study is an empirical approach. The role played by PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Binjai in Developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), in Developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, namely in the following ways: Providing Capital Efforts for MSMEs, Easing and Facilitating MSMEs in Obtaining Financing, Providing Assistance to MSME Actors who Receive Financing, Holding Entrepreneurship Seminars and Workshops. With the existence of the Indonesian Sharia Bank, it is possible to increase the productivity of micro, small and medium enterprises in the city of Bengkulu. With the presence of the Bank Indonesian Sharia is expected to change the mindset of MSME actors to switch from loan sharks and conventional banks that use the usury system to Islamic Bank financing based on sharia principles.

Abstract

The business world is a business world full of risk and uncertainty, that is, between success and failure, it happens easily and quickly. Entrepreneurship can be interpreted as a process, namely the process of creating new (new creations) and making something different from existing ones (innovation). While entrepreneurship refers to people who carry out the process of creating wealth/wealth and added value, through reasoning and generating ideas, combining resources and realizing these ideas into reality. The research approach used in this study is associative (relationship), associative research is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The results of the study, there is a significant influence between promotions on profits for UKM Keripik Cinta Mas Hendro Kec. Gbang Langkat. This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test, namely the t-test with a significance value greater than 0.05 (0.30 > 0.05) and a tcount < t table (2.268 > 2.02809), so there is no effect of variable X on variable Y. The promotions carried out affect the profit of the Keripik Cinta Mas Hendro Kec. Gebang Langkat is only 10.9%, while the remaining 89.1% (100% - 10.9%) is influenced by other variables such as the pandemic, sales, location, salary expenses, expenses, and others. There is a positive relationship between Promotions (X) and Profits (Y), the more frequent and effective the promotions carried out by UKM Keripik Cinta Mas Hendro Kec. Gebang Langkat then the acquisition of profit at UKM Cinta Chips Mas Hendro Kec. Gebang Langkat will increase even though it is not significant.

Abstract

Ushûliyûn divides the rule of fiqhiyyah in terms of its substance into two parts; First, the main rule which contains five rules and second, the branch rule which covers many good aspects of the rules related to worship, muamalah, siyâsah, mâliyah and others. However, in this paper, the author only focuses on the basic rules of fiqhiyyah (tree). The general rules and universal principles are what is called al-qawanin al-fiqhiyyah or al-qawaid al-fiqhiyyah (rules of Fiqh). And in this paper will be discussed about the rules of fiqh as a foundation and argument in Islamic law. Qawaid fiqhiyah is not formed at once in the form and systematics that we find now. The formation of the qawaid is in line with the legislative process in Islam. The history of the formation and development of qawaid fiqhiyah from the time of the establishment of law (tasyri ') to the present can be divided into three historical periods: namely the period of growth and formation of qawaid, the period of development and writing, and the period of consolidation and systematization.

Abstract

Sharia Financial Institutions as intermediary institutions between shahibul maal (owners of funds) and mudharib (who need funds), namely by collecting and distributing funds from the public effectively and efficiently. As one of the Islamic Financial Institutions that has direct contact with small communities, Islamic Banks have an important task in all aspects of people's lives in an effort to channel financing to customers so that the business carried out develops and earns profits. Microfinance is one of the development contracts for Islamic Banking products. Microfinance itself is a financing provided by Islamic banks to the public as customers to run micro or small and medium businesses. This business has an important role in supporting the economy of a country, with financing provided by Islamic banks to customers so that these activities will be able to create jobs and reduce unemployment. Financing in Islamic Banks requires marketing / marketing to sell products owned in order to meet the targets to be achieved as a way to get customers who will have a positive impact in the form of profits. There is a significant influence between marketing strategies on increasing Micro Business Financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Pangkalan Brandan. This is evidenced from the results of the hypothesis test, namely the t test with a significance level of 0.00 because the significance level is smaller than 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05) and the tcount > t table (5.565 > 1.99254), then there is a variable influence X to variable Y. The marketing strategy carried out affects the increase in Micro Business Financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Pangkalan Brandan by 28.5%, while the remaining 71.5% (100% - 28.5%) is influenced by other variables such as administrative costs, monthly installments, customer income, and others. There is a positive relationship between Marketing Strategy (X) and an increase in Micro Business Financing (Y), the more frequent and effective the marketing strategy is carried out by Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Pangkalan Brandan, the customer's decision to choose Micro Business Financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Pangkalan Brandan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate on work motivation of employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research and data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires that were informed to respondents. The data analysis methods used in this research are data quality test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and determination R2 testing. Results Based on the research shows organizational climate (X) has a positive and significant influence on work motivation (Y). The results of the t-test (partial) obtained a value of sig 0.00 <0.05, because the provisions of the t-test (partial) can be said that Ho is partially accepted and partially organizational climate (X) affects work motivation (Y).

Abstract

This Thesis Discusses the Effect of  Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Sharia Financial Literacy of Intention Digital Based ZIS Transactions. This study uses a quantitative approach through the SEM-PLS method by taking a case study in Jabodetabek area. The data from this study were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents, moeslim and use Fin-Tech for ZIS Transactions. The results showed that of the 6 hypotheses, there were 4 accepted hypotheses, namely 1) perception had a significant effect on attitude 2) perceived ease of use had a significant effect on attitudes 3) perceived ease of use had a significant effect on perceived use 4) attitude had a significant effect on transaction intentions. On the other hand, Islamic financial literacy has no significant effect on attitudes and transaction intentions
