Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dapat menjamin pengelolaan yang efektif dan efisien dari semua sarana dan prasarana di SMA At-Ta’awun. Serta menyediakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang aman, nyaman, dan kondusif bagi siswa dan staf. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis metode deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui keberadaan variabel mandiri, baik hanya pada satu variabel atau lebih tanpa membuat perbandingan dan mencari hubungan variabel itu dengan variabel yang lain. Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini yaitu proses kebijakan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah sebagai serangkaian rencana program, aktivitas, aksi, keputusan, sikap, untuk bertindak oleh para pihak sebagai tahapan untuk penyelesaian berbagai masalah yang dihadap. Selain itu, pelaksanaan kebijakan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di SMA At-Ta'awun ini menggambarkan komitmen yang kuat terhadap menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang optimal bagi siswa. Pemeliharaan rutin dan perbaikan yang dilakukan menunjukkan kesadaran akan pentingnya fasilitas sekolah dalam mendukung proses pendidikan. Selanjutnya, dampak kebijakan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di SMA At-Ta'awun dapat dilihat dari peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, peningkatan prestasi siswa, dan menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif bagi pengembangan potensi siswa secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusi telah menjadi fokus utama dalam menghadapi tantangan inklusivitas di dunia pendidikan. Salah satu aspek yang menarik perhatian dalam konteks ini adalah implementasi pendidikan inklusi dengan pendekatan Agama Islam di Sekolah Khusus Al Karim Cikeudal Pandeglang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana pendidikan inklusi diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai agama Islam di lingkungan pendidikan khusus ini. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus sebagai desain penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan para guru, siswa, dan orang tua, serta analisis dokumen terkait kurikulum dan materi ajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sekolah Khusus Al Karim Cikeudal Pandeglang telah melakukan upaya nyata untuk menerapkan pendidikan inklusi dengan mengakomodasi siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Selain itu, terdapat integrasi nilai-nilai agama Islam dalam kurikulum dan kegiatan sehari-hari di sekolah. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi melibatkan pengembangan strategi yang lebih efektif untuk mendukung keberhasilan siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus, serta memastikan bahwa nilai-nilai agama Islam terintegrasi secara mendalam dalam pengalaman pendidikan mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang implementasi pendidikan inklusi yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai agama Islam di Sekolah Khusus Al Karim Cikeudal Pandeglang. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai landasan untuk pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan inklusi yang lebih baik di sekolah-sekolah khusus dengan latar belakang agama tertentu, serta memberikan dasar untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dalam memahami hubungan antara pendidikan inklusi dan nilai-nilai agama dalam konteks pendidikan Islam

Abstract

Abstract The success or failure of a school depends on the leadership of the principal. Background factors include poor school administration, poor leadership role in developing the quality of education such as "facilities and infrastructure." Apart from that, a factor that is quite influential is the role of the principal's leadership. schools in improving the quality of education in schools. The researcher's aim is to determine the role of school principal leadership in improving the quality of education. To determine the improvement in the quality of school principal leadership in the quality of education. To find out the results of the school principal's leadership role in improving the quality of education. This research is a qualitative research. The data collection method uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that the leadership role of the principal at Mts Masyariqul Anwar is a central element in determining the success of the school and the principal's leadership is optimal, so that the principal has more time in the school environment. Improving the quality of the Principal at Mts Masyariqul Anwar pays attention to the members of his school, creating a vision and mission, preparing programs (prota, promes), implementing what has been prepared, and carrying out evaluations, and facilitating students' talents and interests with extracurricular activities and improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure. not yet optimal and many are obsolete, such as laboratories and science labs. Most graduates can continue to schools, both public and private, and can compete. Can produce students who can read the Al-Quran and the Yellow Book. Buildings are being built for additional classes aimed at fulfilling and improving the quality of education, and teachers are becoming even better in terms of administration such as learning equipment.

Abstract

Majlis Ta'lim is very closely related to society where in a Majlis Ta'lim there will be social interaction between the speaker and the congregation, as well as between congregations. In the local community, the recitation is only attended by a group of women or mothers whose reception, especially enlightenment, is less than optimal and optimal. However, this did not happen at the Nurul Jannah ta'lim majlis in the Kelapa Dua Tangerang housing complex, which in fact is the biggest advantage of the presence of recitations with the teaching of Islamic education which is able to reflect the norms of good religious life in social life. This research method uses qualitative methods, including observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of this research, it is clear that the recitation of Islamic education has an impact on the community environment, the complex environment especially has an impact on the behavior of the women of the Majlis Ta'lim as parents, they must pay attention to their children's behavior and care about their children's education. Furthermore, the Majlis Ta'lim has provided humanist services through teachers or material providers so that the learning process will run conducively and the quality will increase. Not only is the role of the Majlis Ta'lim but also the Islamic education delivered helps improve discipline and understanding of Islam.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the historical development of Islamic culture in Indonesia today. The main focus of this research is to identify the transformation of Islamic culture, the role of Islam in everyday life, and the impact of globalization on the sustainability of Islamic culture in Indonesia. This research method involves analysis of historical documents, interviews with cultural figures, and observation of religious and cultural practices related to Islam. The research results show that Islamic culture in Indonesia today is experiencing complex dynamics. Globalization brings new influences in the form of technology, social media and lifestyle, which significantly influence the way Indonesian people understand and practice Islamic culture. On the one hand, there have been positive changes in religious interpretation and adaptation to local values. However, on the other hand, there are challenges such as moral decline, conflict of interpretations, and the loss of local cultural identity in the global flow. In this context, this research also highlights the important role of education in developing a correct understanding of Islamic culture, as well as facilitating intergenerational dialogue to maintain the continuity of cultural values. This research provides in-depth insight into the complexity of the dynamics of Islamic culture in Indonesia today, which can be the basis for public policy, educational institutions and society in building harmony and diversity in society.

Abstract

This study discusses the differences between the 2013 curriculum and the independent curriculum in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The research aims to describe the changes that occur in the curriculum, so that the differences between the 2013 curriculum and the independent curriculum will be seen. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with data collection such as interviews, observations and analysing documents to get in-depth information. In addition, researchers also used literature studies from several books. Curriculum and learning are two things that cannot be separated. Curriculum will not be meaningful if it is not implemented in the form of teaching. The curriculum is a plan and arrangement of learning programmes that include material, teaching methods, and evaluation of learning outcomes to achieve educational goals. The curriculum used today is the independent curriculum. However, this independent curriculum has not been fully used in madrasah institutions because it is still in the transition stage from the previous curriculum, namely the 2013 curriculum or what is often called K-13. The results of this analysis reveal significant differences between the 2013 curriculum and the independent curriculum. Both in terms of making teaching tools, teaching methods, and evaluation. It is hoped that this difference in curriculum can have a positive impact that will break the world of education in Indonesia. The impact on learners from the implementation of the 2013 curriculum may have more of an impact on learner involvement and motivating learners. Whereas the independent curriculum has an impact on the level of engagement of participants through different learning approaches. This is reinforced by the findings in the field, namely at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Huda Leuwipapan, that students are more active and creative with the implementation of the independent curriculum. Although this curriculum is still not evenly distributed in units of educational institutions and is not one hundred per cent optimal.

Abstract

The importance of active participation from all stakeholders, including parents and the local community in supporting the implementation of MI Darul Huda Lewihpapan Pandeglang Merdeka Curriculum is also an important part of the findings. The close relationship between the school and the community is proven to support the achievement of the Merdeka Curriculum goals, which focus on developing students' holistic skills. The results of this study provide valuable insights for policy makers, educators, related to MI Darul Huda Lewihpapan Pandeglang, Banten, The theoretical approach in this study refers to the concept of learning competence as the main foundation for evaluating the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum at MI Darul Huda Lewihpapan Pandeglang. Learning competencies are understood as a collection of skills, knowledge, and attitudes that create the basis for the achievement of learning objectives. This theory is used to detail how Merdeka Curriculum can shape and improve learners' learning competencies. The research method applied in this study is a qualitative approach. The choice of this method is based on the need to explore participants' understanding and understand the dynamics of interaction between educators and learners. Through in-depth interviews, observations, and content analysis, this study aims to understand more deeply how the implementation of the independent curriculum at MI Darul Huda Lewihpapan is optima and how the independent curriculum affects learners' skills and independence. Qualitative data helps identify changes in learning strategies, learner learning experiences, and classroom dynamics that may arise as a result of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. By combining learning competency theory and qualitative research methods, this study seeks to provide an in-depth understanding of the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in Pandeglang, one of which is MI Darul Huda Lewihpapan. The results are expected to contribute to the development of more effective education policies and open the door to further research in curriculum development that is responsive to local needs.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of religious education in preparing the younger generation to face family responsibilities according to Islamic family law. The main focus of this research is on the Kaduhejo community, Pandeglang. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that religious education plays an important role in shaping the understanding and readiness of the younger generation to face family responsibilities. Religious education not only provides knowledge about Islamic teachings, but also involves moral and ethical values ​​that underlie family responsibilities in the context of Islamic family law. Respondents emphasized that a deep understanding of religious teachings helps them make decisions that are in line with Islamic values ​​in the context of marriage, parenting and family relationships.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh perubahan sosial dan budaya terhadap implementasi hukum keluarga Islam di Desa Senangsari. Desa ini dipilih sebagai kasus studi karena mengalami transformasi signifikan dalam struktur sosial dan nilai budaya, yang dapat memengaruhi pelaksanaan hukum keluarga Islam di komunitas tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan sosial, seperti urbanisasi dan globalisasi, telah membawa dampak signifikan pada tatanan keluarga dan nilai-nilai tradisional di Desa Senangsari. Hal ini menciptakan tantangan baru dalam implementasi hukum keluarga Islam, di mana norma-norma tradisional seringkali bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai modern yang berkembang di masyarakat. Selain itu, perubahan budaya juga memainkan peran penting dalam memodifikasi pola pikir dan sikap terhadap hukum keluarga Islam. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa pendekatan yang inklusif dan adaptif terhadap hukum keluarga Islam perlu diadopsi untuk mengatasi konflik antara tradisi dan modernitas. Pendidikan dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang prinsip-prinsip hukum keluarga Islam juga dianggap krusial dalam merespons perubahan sosial dan budaya yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman kita tentang dinamika kompleks antara perubahan sosial, budaya, dan implementasi hukum keluarga Islam di konteks lokal. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini mencakup perlunya pembaharuan pendekatan dalam menyusun kebijakan dan pendekatan pendidikan masyarakat guna mendukung harmonisasi antara nilai-nilai tradisional dan tuntutan zaman modern.

Abstract

Penyelesaian sengketa waris merupakan isu yang penting dalam hukum keluarga Islam, yang memainkan peran sentral dalam mengatur hak dan kewajiban anggota keluarga terkait warisan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan analisis kritis tentang penyelesaian sengketa waris berdasarkan hukum keluarga Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menyoroti aspek-aspek kritis dalam penyelesaian sengketa waris, termasuk interpretasi hukum waris Islam, penggunaan mekanisme alternatif penyelesaian sengketa, dan tantangan praktis dalam mengimplementasikan hukum keluarga Islam terkait warisan. Analisis kritis ini didasarkan pada pemahaman mendalam terhadap teks-teks hukum Islam serta perspektif kritis terhadap konteks sosial dan budaya.
