The review process in this journal uses double-blind peer-review, which means that the identity of the reviewer and author is hidden from the reviewer, and vice versa.

Abstract

Free association among teenagers has recently become a complex problem. When viewed from certain aspects, promiscuity has a negative influence on the development and growth of personality, especially in building the young generation who are moral and pious and as the backbone of the nation. Adolescents as the young generation who inherit what has been achieved if not saved from the dangers of promiscuity will destroy the future of the youth itself, which also means that the future of the state and nation will be threatened. This study aims to obtain an overview and analyze the implementation of faith and piety in preventing promiscuity among MA Al-Husna students in Bandung. The basis for this research is 1) Theological basis: There are several verses of the Qur'an that explain the prohibition of free association with goer mukhrim, including the Qur'an of An-Nur verses 30 and 31, the Qur'an of Surah Al- Isro verse 32. 2) The philosophical foundation has written by H. Nasruddin Rajak. 3) Theoretical foundation: Abdul Mujib's theory. This research is qualitative research. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and document review. In analyzing the data, the researcher used qualitative analysis techniques with steps of data exposure, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research that has been done, it was found that MA Al-Husna has carried out the process of implementing faith and piety in preventing promiscuity among students by planning, organizing, implementing, assessing, and trying to make solutions to the obstacles found by good. Departing from the discussion and conclusions that have been put forward, there are several implications of this research as follows: 1) The implementation of the values of faith and piety must first be instilled in the values of faith and piety in students, therefore we need relevant teaching materials as sources values of faith and piety. 2) For the successful implementation of the values of faith and taqwa in preventing promiscuity among teenagers, it is not enough just for teachers to teach the class about science about the values of faith and piety but need field workers who process the actualization of the values of faith and piety so that can prevent promiscuity, therefore an organization must be formed that occupies functions that process the implementation of the values of faith and piety that are integrated into one command. In this study, there are organizations that meet these elements, but the number of BK functions is still lacking.

Abstract

Islamic religious education is education that is more directed at improving mental attitudes that are manifested in deeds, both for the needs of oneself and others, both theoretical and practical. This study aims to describe or explain the integration of multicultural education in Islamic religious education (PAI) learning to form a tolerant character at SDN 037 Sabang Bandung with a research focus: 1) What are the forms of integration of multicultural education in learning Islamic religious education at SDN 037 Sabang Bandung? ; 2) How is the implementation of the integration of multicultural education in learning Islamic religious education at SDN 037 Sabang Bandung?; 3) What is the impact of the integration of multicultural education in learning Islamic religious education in forming tolerance at SDN 037 Sabang Bandung?. This research method uses a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The conclusions of this study are: 1) The form of integration of multicultural education in learning Islamic religious education at SDN 037 Sabang Bandung there are six forms of integrated multicultural values in learning Islamic religious education at SDN 037 Sabang Bandung, the six forms of values are inclusive values, humanist values, values of tolerance, values of mutual assistance, democracy and ukhuwah. 2) The implementation of the integration of multicultural education in learning Islamic religious education at SDN 037 Sabang Bandung is carried out in learning planning, learning implementation, learning evaluation. 3) The impact of multicultural education in Islamic religious learning (PAI) in forming a tolerant character at SDN 037 Sabang Bandung, including: a) Creating a comfortable and conducive learning atmosphere; b) School activities run smoothly and have a high tolerance; c) The realization of religious harmony and harmony in diversity; d) Avoiding conflicts and divisions; e) The creation of a culture of mutual respect, respect and acceptance of differences.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that occurs in today's society, namely the role of parents is needed in the distance learning process. Parents as motivators in providing motivation, attention and also support for children during learning activities. The specific purpose of the researcher is to find out the role of the family (parents) as a motivator in increasing students' learning motivation in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. And to find out the various obstacles and solutions faced by the role of the family as a motivator in increasing student learning motivation in the Covid-19 pandemic era. This researcher uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the research on the role of families in increasing students' learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic show that parents have high enthusiasm in teaching their children at home, especially mothers who accompany their children more all the time. There are parents who pay less attention to their children's learning because they have very busy jobs so that children learn on their own, but there are also parents who are very concerned about their children's school assignments and guide and direct them. The obstacles and solutions in this research are factors that constrain the occurrence of the online learning process carried out by students / students, including: lack of time given by parents, lack of parental knowledge about children's learning, lack of facilities and infrastructure provided by parents, On the other hand there are solutions to support the occurrence of online learning, but only apply to parents who are able and have a lot of time as follows: 1) educators, namely nurturing, educating, fostering and training children so that they achieve developmental tasks appropriately and optimally, 2) people parents as motivators, in this case parents must always provide encouragement to their children to have a passion for learning, especially studying at home as a support for successful achievement in school. 3) facilitator, parents must provide facilities, fulfill family/child needs in the form of clothing, food and shelter, including speed oh education. and 4). Parents as mentors, the role of parents is to accompany, and guide their children in learning and provide assistance to children when experiencing learning difficulties. Abstract

Education and moral development for students is very important so that they have noble character and are trained to like goodness so that good deeds will easily be born from it. In the letter Q.S. al-Hasyr/59 Allah SWT ordered to always follow in the footsteps of the Prophet Muhammad. Philosophically, this research is based on the theory developed by Skinner, especially related to behavior (behavior) which is considered relatively applicable in the formation of behavior. Moral development is the first focus of attention in Islam. This is in accordance with the morality of the Prophet Muhammad SAW to perfect noble character. This study aims to 1) want to know the implementation of noble character development through reading and writing the Qur'an to create students with character. 2) want to know the evaluation of noble character development through reading and writing the Qur'an to create students with character. 3) want to know the factors supporting and inhibiting the development of noble character through reading and writing the Qur'an to create students with character. The method of this research approach is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are by using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses the collection of: 1) data (Data Collection), 2) data reduction (Data Reduction), 3) data display, verification and Confirmation of Conclusions (Conclusion Drawing and Verification). The results showed that: 1). a) The results showed that the learning planning carried out by the PAI teachers which consisted of the application of schedules, methods, mastery of materials and preparation of learning equipment in class VIII of SMP Islam Terpadu Al-Madinah had been carried out smoothly. 2) the implementation of noble character development in class VIII of the Integrated Islamic Junior High School Al-Madinah for the 2020-2021 academic year has been carried out well. The teacher has accustomed students to carry out reading and writing activities of the Koran well, 3). The evaluation used by PAI teachers, namely the evaluation of the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) model is one of several existing evaluation models such as the formative-summative model evaluation, 4). The constraint factor is from parents who do not pay attention to students when students are at home, and the lack of facilities in the form of a mosque that is not wide enough so that it is crammed into the mosque and students do not focus on learning to read and write the Koran. the solution is that teachers and parents work together in educating students, and schools provide a comfortable place in learning to read and write the Qur'an by expanding the mosque.

Abstract

This research departs from an idea about the principal's democratic leadership style that can develop the professionalism of PAI teachers at SMAN 30 Garut. However, even though the principal in his leadership applies a democratic leadership style, there are still PAI teachers who are not yet professional in carrying out their duties as learners. This shows that there is a problem in it. The purpose of the study was to find out about the planning, implementation of the concept and assessment policies and the steps taken by the principal, the inhibiting and supporting factors as well as the solutions and follow-up of the principal in implementing a democratic leadership style to develop PAI teachers. The theological foundations are the Al-Quran and Al-Hadith, the philosophical foundations that form the basis of leadership in accordance with theory. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observations, documentation studies and literature studies. Analysis of the data used in this study using inductive data analysis. From the research, it was concluded that the democratic leadership of the head of SMAN 30 Garut showed a democratic leadership style, (1) Planning by implementing high school curriculum by adopting some of the MA curriculum and creating a school that was in accordance with the declared Vision, Mission and Goals; (2) The implementation is carried out by the principal's efforts to involve and involve all school members (Teachers, Employees and School Committees) to take part in the implementation of school programs in accordance with their respective main tasks and functions; (3) The assessment is carried out by the principal, namely providing control over teacher activities, supervision, seeing teacher preparation and readiness before carrying out the learning process, praise and criticism; (4) Inhibiting factors (teachers, environment, costs, students, learning resources and government policies that do not favor Islamic religious education) and supporting factors (welfare, allowances, certification and rewards); (5) The solution and follow-up are to socialize the rules of the game that apply in schools, control, involve teachers in various scientific activities, seminars and workshops, PAI extracurricular programs, provide welfare, reward and punishment, provide motivation, guidance and direction to students. teachers to achieve maximum educational goals. The researcher conveys a suggestion that the principal should always be dissatisfied with the success that has been achieved, in order to always make innovations and new breakthroughs in developing the professionalism of PAI teachers.

Abstract

Education is one of the sectors affected by Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This condition makes changes to the learning process, especially in the method of delivering lessons. The government conveyed guidelines for organizing learning from home during the emergency period for the spread of Covid-19 by introducing Daring methods (online methods). The intent of this research is to determine the implementation of online methods in PAI subjects in building the students’ charachers. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The location of data collection was taken from two schools, namely SDN Kebonjati and SDN Limusnunggal 1. The results showed that SDN Kebonjati and SDN Limusnunggal 1 systematically used the online method and carried out planning, implementation, and assessment steps in the PAI learning process in order to strengthen the character of the students. The problems that emerge are the lack of students’ enthusiasm because they have not been optimally adapted to online learning methods.
