Abstract

Machining parameters are something that must be considered, where machining parameters are related to vibrations (chatters) that occur during the cutting process. Vibration (chatter) can affect the quality of the geometry of the resulting product. To find out this, it is necessary to test the influence of machining parameters on the vibration level and quality of product geometry. Measurement of vibration level values and product geometry quality is carried out at variations of 60 rpm, 215 rpm, 330 rpm and 1140 rpm, with variations in cutting depth of 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 2 mm and 3 mm. The results of the cutting process with the influence of machining parameters (spindle rotation and cutting depth) on vibration, the most optimal value with a low vibration level is obtained, namely in the cutting process with spindle rotation parameters (n) 1140 rpm, and cutting depth (a) 1 mm produces a vibration value of 2.1 mm / s. However, for the most optimal cutting process, the highest vibration level value is produced, that is, in the cutting process with spindle rotation parameters (n) 215 rpm and cutting depth (a) 3 mm resulting in a vibration value of 3.4 mm / s. From the results of measuring the vibration level, it is obtained that the vibration level value has exceeded the permissible tolerance limit. However, for the influence of machining parameters on the quality of product geometry, results are obtained with the quality of product geometry that is still within the permissible tolerance limits, namely at spindle rotation (n) 1140 rpm. For the results of measuring the quality of product geometry at spindle rotation (n) 60 rpm, 215 rpm and 330 rpm, the quality results of product geometry obtained have exceeded the permissible tolerance limit.

Abstract

Approximately one-tenth of the global population suffer from acne vulgaris, which is a skin disease with considerable psychological impact. Recently, antihistamines have been used in the treatment of acne. However, their overall treatment effects for this indication remain unclear. This systematic review and meta-analysis aim to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the antihistamines in the treatment of acne vulgaris. The following databases were searched: PubMed, Scopus, Embase, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Clinical Trials, and Google Scholar. We included the randomized controlled trials on acne vulgaris patients which compared any H1- antihistamine drug in combination with other medications to placebo, no treatment, or other medications, with acne lesion (non-inflammatory and inflammatory) counts, acne severity score, patient satisfaction, acne flare, or adverse events as an outcome of interest. Six studies contributing to 388 patients were included, involving two H1 antihistamines (i.e., levocetrizine and desloratadine), isotretinoin, azithromycin, and topical azelaic acid cream. From the network meta–analysis, levocetirizine+isotretinoin was better than the isotretinoin alone in the inflammatory lesion count, but not in the non-inflammatory lesion count. The desloratadine+isotretinoin retained the best balance in terms of non-inflammatory lesion count, inflammatory lesion count, acne flare, and mucocutaneous adverse events. The desloratadine+isotretinoin and levocetirizine+isotretinoin were considered safe.

Abstract

One of the reasons for the development of the creative industry is its positive impact on social life, business atmosphere, economic improvement and regional image. Baubau Municipality as an autonomous region is one of the cities that has considerable creative city development potential and already has an economy development masterplan document. The problem that arises is that the knowledge of HR actors is still limited, and this is one aspect that causes business backwardness, in terms of protecting products/services in the creative economy sector of Baubau city, which is difficult to increase the scale of production of superior subsectors. In addition, there are still many works/products that do not state the work produced as the originality of the work/product. This research was motivated by the potential of the leading sector economy in Baubau City, Sultra. But unfortunately it still needs strengthening and development from several aspects. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify and analyze what are the priority problems in the development of works/products in Baubau City, and analyze the strengthening and development model of works/products based on potential sources of excellence in Baubau City. The targeted output in this study is articles in accredited national journals ranked 2 and an additional output in the form of a copyright certificate is planned.  The expected output from the results of the implementation of this research is in the form of strengthening models and developing potential resource-based export products in the leading subsector areas in Baubau City so that they can provide recommendations for local government study materials in making policies for the development of works / export products in their superior subsectors.
