Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. TB is the number 10 cause of death in the world. Indonesia is the third TB contributor in the world after India and China. TB in children is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. The increase in TB is influenced by endurance, low nutritional status, lack of individual, hygiene, and shelter density. Objective of this research analyzed the relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of pulmonary TB at Dr. Soetomo Hospital Surabaya. The research design is a retrospective analytical observational research with a case-control study design, with a sampling technique using probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The analysis uses the coefficient contingency Lambda statistical test and has been approved by the ethics committee of Dr. Soetomo Hospital Surabaya.  A total sample of 130 patients was studied, and the analysis results showed an association between nutritional status and TB incidence (p = 0.019). After finalization by healthy status category, there was no association between overweight nutritional status (p=0.259) and obesity nutritional status (p=0.513). Conclusion: There is a link between nutritional status and TB incidence, but after finalization based on healthy status categories. There is no relationship between overweight and obese dietary status and the incidence of tuberculosis.

This study aims to provide an analysis of how radicalism and violence in the name of religion occur in Indonesian society and to present a recommendation on a strategy for solving these problems through a local wisdom approach originating from the cultural heritage of the ancestors of the Indonesian people. The space for freedom at the beginning of the reform era, which went too far, has been used by certain parties to instill radical ideas that are contrary to Pancasila ideology. The entry of this radical understanding is often manifested in the form of violence in the name of religion. In general, there are five factors that encourage violence in the name of religion in Indonesia, namely: superiority, injustice, vulnerability, distrust and powerlessness. One strategy that can be used as a solution to overcome this problem is through a local wisdom approach. This article raises the culture that exists in the Fak-Fak – West Papua and Karo ethnic groups in North Sumatra as a role model as well as showing that local wisdom is very effective in controlling and controlling people's lives and is able to prevent the growth of radicalism and intolerance in society.

Abstract

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) or hepatoma is the most common type of primary liver cancer, followed by malignant lymphoma, fibrosarcoma, and hemangioendotelioma. In high-incidence areas, the most common cause is HBV transmitted at birth, and HCC is diagnosed about a decade earlier than in North America and Europe, where the most common etiology is HCV acquired later in life. This research uses the contrast review method, meaning the journal review method by finding differences between several research journals and then drawing conclusions, by taking several research journals that use the same sample but different research methods, different reagents used or different data applications used. In this study it was concluded that Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) or hepatoma is the most common type of primary malignant tumor of the liver. Hepatitis B and C infection, alcohol, aflatoxin B1, illicit drugs, cirrhosis, obesity, and diabetes mellitus are all risk factors for HCC.

Abstract

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a newly discovered disease that has spread throughout the world so that it isconsidered a pandemic. Effective initial screening in patients is important to determine the need for diagnostic and therapeutic measures. Until now, there have been no screening tools that have been designated as gold standards so that RSS was developed based on the manifestation of COVID-19 as an early scoring tool. Assess the sensitivity of RSS scoring to comfirmed PCR COVID events. A case control study was conducted on patients from March to April 2021 at RSUP dr. Sardjito. A total of 50 respondents were randomly screened using RSS tools and confirmed with PCR. Then the prevalence of positive cases is calculated based on RSS scoring with patients who are positive based on PCR of the 50 respondents examined, 45 people were declared confirmed with COVID-19. The number of patients with high probable criteria who confirmed COVID-19 was 37 people. The number of patients with moderate probable criteria who confirmed COVID-19 was 9 people. Based on the formula, the sensitivity of RSS to confirmed COVID-19 is 97.72%. Dr Sardjito's SOP r scoring sensitivity to confirmed COVID-19 was 97.72%. Thus, Dr Sardjito's SOP r scoring sensitivity to confirmed COVID-19 was 97.72%. Thus, Dr. Sardjito's Covid R SUP Scoring can be used as a tool to assess high risk confirmed COVID-19 patients in early screening.
